Abstract

The demands on the performance of employees to work professionally, honestly and justly so obvious, clear, hard and firm. Increased employee performance requires the factors that affect, among others, the ability, motivation, and commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. In this study took a sample of 100 employees. The analytical method used to answer the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The research results indicate that the ability (X1) has a direct influence by 14.30%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the motivation (X2) amounted to 10.36%, indirect effect through Commitment (X3) at 2.44% and the total effect amounted to 27.10%. Variable Motivation (X2) has a direct influence by 22.56%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 10.36%, and the indirect influence through Commitment variable (X3) of 2.31%, so that the total effect of 35.20%. Variable Commitment (X3) have direct influence by 2.95%, while the indirect effect through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 2.44%, and the indirect influence through Motivation (X2) is 2.31%, so that the total effect of 7.70%. The coefficient of determination calculation results are expressed as a percentage portray the contribution of all the independent variables are Capabilities (X1), motivation (X2), and commitment (X3) in determining variation Employee Performance (Y) is approximately 70.03%. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the function of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance. Descriptive research methods of verification with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Total respondents 127 employees denagan stratifield random sampling technique. The results showed there is a significant influence between the functions of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. As for competence has a direct effect of 20.6 %, the function of leadership has a direct effect of 17.2 % and direct influence of organizational culture by 4.4 %. Total overall effect is 72.6 % whereas the effects of other factors were not examined on the performance of 27.4 %. Keywords: function of leadership; competency; organizational culture; performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the use of the electronic procurement system (SPSE) in one of the state defense institutions in the West Java region. In this study, the samples were members of the state defense agency in the resource section. The sampling technique in this study used Probability Sampling with the cluster sampling method. The sampling technique in this study was to use Probability Sampling with the cluster sampling method. It is collecting data using interview and documentation techniques with the analysis technique using the SWOT analysis technique. This study indicates that the use of the Electronic Procurement System in a state defense institution in the West Java region is still not optimal, including due to inadequate human resource factors so that in its implementation, this SPSE does not use optimally. The lack of knowledge of human resources makes optimization from SPSE this is weak.
