Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja kader posyandu di Kecamatan Cidahu Kabupaten Kuningan. Kinerja merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam setiap aktifitas organisasi terutama dalam hal mencapai tujuan organisasi itu sendiri. Rendahnya kinerja sangat erat hubungannya dengan individu masing-masing diantaranya adalah faktor motivasi dalam setiap individu tersebut. Dalam  membentuk kinerja yang optimal perlu ada dorongan dalam diri sendiri dan juga dorongan dari luar oleh karena itulah motivasi dalam diri atau intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik dibutuhkan dalam mencapai kinerja yang prima.

Abstract

Academic information system is one of the information systems that can be applied in producing quality information so that it is expected to improve the quality of service for students and decision makers by stakeholder’s policy. This study intends to determine the effect of academic information system quality on the attitude and intention to use of students in colleges of High School of Economics in Bandung. The research method used survey of students by using first order structural equation modeling. The results showed that the quality of academic information system significantly influence the attitude and behavior of student reuse. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the development of science in the field of management, especially information systems management in universities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional financial management information systems and regional fixed asset management on the quality of local government financial reports either partially or simultaneously. The sampling technique in this research is using Probability Sampling with the Cluster sampling method. The sampling technique in this research is using Probability Sampling with the Cluster sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees who perform accounting and financial administration functions in two local government agencies in West Bandung Regency. The collected data is processed using quantitative testing with regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient. This study indicates that there is a positive effect partially and simultaneously between the regional financial management information system and regional fixed asset management on the quality of the report. The magnitude of the influence of the regional financial management information system and regional fixed asset management on local government financial reports' quality was 75.3%. In comparison, the remaining 24.7% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. The recommendations recommended can further improve the performance of regional fixed asset management and improve the regional financial management information system's infrastructure.

Abstract

The demands on the performance of employees to work professionally, honestly and justly so obvious, clear, hard and firm. Increased employee performance requires the factors that affect, among others, the ability, motivation, and commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. In this study took a sample of 100 employees. The analytical method used to answer the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The research results indicate that the ability (X1) has a direct influence by 14.30%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the motivation (X2) amounted to 10.36%, indirect effect through Commitment (X3) at 2.44% and the total effect amounted to 27.10%. Variable Motivation (X2) has a direct influence by 22.56%, the indirect influence through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 10.36%, and the indirect influence through Commitment variable (X3) of 2.31%, so that the total effect of 35.20%. Variable Commitment (X3) have direct influence by 2.95%, while the indirect effect through its relationship with the ability (X1) of 2.44%, and the indirect influence through Motivation (X2) is 2.31%, so that the total effect of 7.70%. The coefficient of determination calculation results are expressed as a percentage portray the contribution of all the independent variables are Capabilities (X1), motivation (X2), and commitment (X3) in determining variation Employee Performance (Y) is approximately 70.03%. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the function of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance. Descriptive research methods of verification with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Total respondents 127 employees denagan stratifield random sampling technique. The results showed there is a significant influence between the functions of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. As for competence has a direct effect of 20.6 %, the function of leadership has a direct effect of 17.2 % and direct influence of organizational culture by 4.4 %. Total overall effect is 72.6 % whereas the effects of other factors were not examined on the performance of 27.4 %. Keywords: function of leadership; competency; organizational culture; performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the use of the electronic procurement system (SPSE) in one of the state defense institutions in the West Java region. In this study, the samples were members of the state defense agency in the resource section. The sampling technique in this study used Probability Sampling with the cluster sampling method. The sampling technique in this study was to use Probability Sampling with the cluster sampling method. It is collecting data using interview and documentation techniques with the analysis technique using the SWOT analysis technique. This study indicates that the use of the Electronic Procurement System in a state defense institution in the West Java region is still not optimal, including due to inadequate human resource factors so that in its implementation, this SPSE does not use optimally. The lack of knowledge of human resources makes optimization from SPSE this is weak.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of PP municipal police officers in Bekasi City who have not performed their duties properly and in accordance with applicable regulations including many officers who do not heed discipline which results in violations of the norms of the applicable rules so that the impact on the performance of the officers concerned . in this study the authors want to see the extent of the effectiveness of sanctions given to performance improvements that occur in Bekasi City Satpol PP Officers. The method that the authors do is a quantitative research method with different test analysis. The conclusion that I get is that giving disciplinary sanctions to officers who commit disciplinary violations will improve the performance of officers. Abstract

This study aims to discover the significance of the influence of organizational communication climate which consists of (1) trust, (2) joint decision making, (3) honesty, (4) openness in downward communication, (5) listening in upward communication, and ( 6) attention to high-performance goals for job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method, which aims to obtain an explanation of the causal relationship between the research variables carried out through inferential statistical testing of path analysis. The population in this study was 1661 civil servants at Padjadjaran University, then the sample was determined based on the Taro Yamane formula as many as 325 respondents. The research results show that the variables of trust, honesty, and attention to high-performance goals have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University. Meanwhile, the variables of joint decision-making, openness in downward communication, and listening in upward communication did not have a significant effect. Still, they gave a positive contribution to the job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University. The results showed that the influence of organizational communication climate on job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University was 63.20%. This study concludes that there is a significant influence of organizational communication climate, either directly or indirectly, on the job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University. This study aims to see to what extent the effectiveness of an information system that has just been implemented in a social security institution where this system is a replacement for the previous system which is considered less effective in managing archives. Abstract

Motivation and work discipline are several factors that can affect employee performance; therefore, this study aims to examine motivation and work discipline on employee performance at one of the telecommunications equipment vendors in Bandung. Sources of data used in this study are primary data in the form of questions (questionnaires) which shows to employees of telecommunications equipment vendor companies in the city of Bandung. The respondents used in this study used a population of 65 people or respondents. Statistical methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely, motivation and work discipline, positively influence the dependent variable, namely, employee performance. Motivation has a total effect of 36.96%, consisting of a direct influence of 21.97% and an indirect influence through work discipline of 14.99%. Work discipline has a total effect of 28.74%, which consists of a direct effect of 13.84%. An indirect effect through the motivation of 14.99%, testing the coefficient of determination analysis shows that motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect performance by 65.7%. In comparison, at 34.3%, the rest can influence by other variables not examined in the study. The implications of the study recommend that companies improve employee performance. To achieve better work results, management should further improve employee work results and pay attention to employee work needs. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
