Abstract

Hospital gives health services to the publict to fulfill the patients’ needs and wants. They provides excellent image in production and high quality service. The public’s awareness is increased on the importance of health. Therefore, the best health service is urgently needed. Thus, there must be a further study about the quality of public hospital in Bandung. This study uses the descriptive verificative method. Moreover, this study uses path analysis to analyze the data. There are 317 respondents from four public hospitals as the samples with accidental sampling technique. The result shows the impact of direct evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, the certainty on patients of private hospital are 83.5%. While the other factors that were not analyzed and have an impact on patients’ satisfaction is shown by epsilon 0.165 or 16.5%. Hopefully, the result of this study is beneficial for the growth of management science, especially the marketing management of private hospital in Bandung.

Abstract

The share price is the share value that reflects the company's wealth that issued the shares. So that the greater the value of the stock price, the higher the value of the company. This study aims to prove the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices. The research method used in this study is a descriptive verification method on Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2015 period. To obtain data and information that will support this research, namely by collecting secondary data and testing the multiple regression hypothesis to determine the effect of NPM and ROE on stock prices. Based on the study results showing the results of multiple regression, the equation Y=-144618,665+5167,671 X+6846,367 X from the t-test results obtained tcount results 2,242 with a significant level of 0.05, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.042. From the value R square, it knows that the influence of NPM and ROE Financial Ratios affects stock prices of 0.695 or 69.5%, while the rest is the influence of other factors (variables) not examined. Therefore, the research results above can conclude that NPM and ROE significantly influence stock prices. The research implication suggested increasing the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) of the company's stock price in the food and beverage sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To the company if the management performance is good.

Abstract

This research conducted at the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities, and Infrastructure, Results of the Preliminary Study Shows that the Employee Performance of the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities and Facilities is not optimal. The lack of optimal Employee Performance at the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities and Infrastructure is allegedly due to Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development which are still low. Departing from the above phenomena, the problems formulated in this study are as follows: How to work motivation, compensation, human resource development, and employee performance of the Directorate of National SAR Agency's Facilities and Facilities. How significant is the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Employees of the National SAR Agency Infrastructure and Facilities Directorate both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was descriptive analysis method, with a population of 39 people, and all of them used as respondents (survey). Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between research variables and path analysis to assess the effect of both direct and indirect independent variables on the dependent variable. In its operation, SPSS 20 and Excel software used. The results showed that there was a significant effect of work motivation, compensation and development of human resources on the performance of employees of the National SAR Agency's Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure at 80.12%. Abstract

The aim of this study is finding and analyzing the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses the descriptive analysis and verification analysis with 35 respondents. In addition, this study uses path analysis. The result shows that motivation is adequate, the result of work discipline is acceptable, and employee performance is decent. The direct and indirect effect of motivation on performance is 0,369. The direct and indirect effect of work discipline on performance is 0,362. The entire effect is 0,731. Coefficient determination is 73.1% and the rest is 26.9% from the other variables that have effect on employee performance but they were not analyzed on this study. Abstract

The study of human resources within the organization focuses on individual performance to achieve optimal results. Therefore, it is necessary to have effective communication and employees committed to the tasks assigned by the organization. This research departs from the problems in the field, which indicate that there are inadequate employee performance results that thoughts to cause by interpersonal communication and employee commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method is a survey of employees who work at one of the flagship companies in Bandung with a sample of 35 employees. The results showed a significant effect of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee performance. The study results recommend that companies have more interpersonal communication and employee commitment to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study were 1) to determine the compensation received by employees of the Department of Education Cimahi, 2) to determine the discipline of work, 3) to determine the employee's career development, 4) to determine the influence of compensation, work discipline, and career development to performance, 5) to determine the influence of compensation to the employee, 6) to determine the influence of labor discipline to employee performance, 7) to determine the influence of career development to employee performance Revenue Service Cimahi. This research was conducted in the Department of Revenue Cimahi by taking a sample of 55 people who come from the staff of the Department of Revenue Cimahi. The results obtained answers that compensation Revenue Service Cimahi pretty good category, regarding career development in general, respondents expressed in the category quite well, while the employee is disciplined in either category, and employee performance Cimahi Revenue Service in the good category. In this study the results in partial compensation, career development and work discipline each had an impact on employee performance by 0.411; 0.216; 0.054. Simultaneously variable compensation, career development and work discipline influence on employee performance Revenue Service Cimahi of 0.685 or 68.5%, while the balance of 0.315 or 31.5% is determined by other variables not examined. Abstract

The achievement of operational targets is expected by each organization / company. Due to the achievement of the target, it can be judged that the performance of the company very well. Therefore, if it is not achieved it is necessary to study the factors that influence it. For then do repairs on these factors. In the achievement of the target company, it takes a process associated with the target to be achieved. In order to achieve maximum results and effective it is necessary to an adequate internal control structure, which aims to regulate the operational steps the company to run an organized and effective.The study was conducted at PT. Lucas Djaja Pharmaceutical Industry, located in Bandung, is to know how the implementation of internal controls and how they affect the effectiveness of the production targets, in particular the production of injection of 1 (one) milliliter. This research used descriptive analysis with research techniques such as interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature study. Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of internal control at PT. Lucas Djaja is sufficient, this can be seen from the data obtained from the questionnaire filled out by the respondents, which is related to the control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, control activities, and monitoring. Meanwhile that of the effectiveness of the production target is still this can be seen from the data obtained from the questionnaire filled out by the respondents, ranging from productivity, quality, efficiency, flexibility, excellence, development, and satisfaction. And the obtained results of the research stating that the internal control effect on effectiveness production targets with determination coefficient of 56.01% and the remaining 43.99% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The research objective is to achieve (1) How is financial control in Kupus II Ditkuad, (2) How to use the budget in Kupus II Ditkuad, and (3) How the financial control of the use of the budget in Kupus II Ditkuad. The results showed that the financial controls in Finance Centre II Finance Directorate of the Army in both categories and the conditions of use of the budget in the Financial Center II Finance Directorate of the Army in the category of good anyway. The influence of the financial control of the conditions of use of the budget on the test 's simple determination of 64.5 % which means that the variable X affects Y by 64.5 % while the rest is influenced by other variables.
