Abstract

Many factors are deemed influencing team or group performance. This research identifies influence of variables of leadership, followership and loyalty on team performance.  This research is quantitative research on path analysis by using SPSS program. The result is loyalty and followers don’t have direct positive effect on team performance, but through leadership variable as intervening variable. Leadership variable has direct positive effect on team performance and loyalty, and followership variable has direct positive effect on leadership variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the learning motivation of students at AlHikmah Pulo Gadung High School, East Jakarta during the pandemic period, and to determine which factors significantly influence learning motivation at Al-Hikmah Pulo Gadung High School, East Jakarta during the pandemic period. This research was conducted by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to students Al-Hikmah Pulo Gadung High School, East Jakarta. The sample is taking by using saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that of the several variables studied there were two factors. These factors are ideals and conditions of students, and students abilities. Of the two factors formed significantly influence the learning motivation at Al-Hikmah Pulo Gadung High School during the pandemic period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of compensation and work stress on the employee work satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable in Cipinang Class I Jail, Jakarta. This study was conducted using a saturated sample. The analysis tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The test result showed that 1) Compensation had a positive and significant impact on work satisfaction meaning that the increasing compensation increased employee satisfaction. 2) Work stress had a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction meaning that the increasing work stress would also increase employee work satisfaction. 3) Compensation had a positive and significant impact on employee motivation meaning that the increasing compensation increased employee motivation. 4) Work stress had no positive yet insignificant impact on employee motivation meaning that increased employee stress caused work satisfaction to not necessarily increase. 5) Work motivation had a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction meaning that increasing motivation increased employee work satisfaction. 6) Work motivation mediated work compensation had a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction meaning that the motivation given by the leaders could increase work satisfaction. 7) Work motivation did not mediate work stress and was insignificant for employee work satisfaction meaning that work motivation did not necessarily affect employee work stress
