Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities that need to be done by the company, be it a company of goods or services in an effort to maintain the survival of its business. Marketing comes from the basic word market, the term market is composed of all potential customers who have certain needs or wants and are willing and able to participate in the exchange to meet those needs or wants. The size of the market depends on the number of people who have needs, have resources that others are interested in, and are willing to offer those resources to be exchanged in order to meet their needs. Pondok Pesantren in its journey until now, as a social foundation, pesantren has organized formal education in the form of both public schools and religious schools. In addition, pesantren also organizes non-formal education in the form of madrasah diniyah which teaches the fields of religious science only. Pesantren has also developed its function as a foundation of social solidarity by accommodating children from all walks of life and providing equal services to them, regardless of their socioeconomic level.

Abstract

The curriculum is a level of instructional material developed using the philosophy of progressivism as its main foundation, so the educational objectives are more directed at the process of developing and self-actualizing students and more oriented towards the development of affective aspects. Curriculum development using the philosophy of reconstructivism as its main basis, the educational objectives are directed at efforts to solve crucial social problems and the ability to work together. While the curriculum is developed using the basis of the philosophy of educational technology and the theory of technological education, the goal of education is more directed towards the achievement of competence . In implementing the analysis of components about educational curriculum development is a very complex challenge, it can be said that it is almost impossible to formulate curriculum objectives by only adhering to one philosophy, educational theory or a particular curriculum model consistently and consequently. Therefore, to accommodate the challenges and educational needs that are very complex, an eclectic model is often used, taking the best and most possible things from all the existing philosophical streams, so that in determining the educational objectives it is more balanced.

Abstract

The learning program should be modified in accordance with the characteristics of the students which stem from four aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor as well as physiological aspects. However, the trend of quality control in education is mostly focused on developing quality assurance and ignoring the assessment of learning outcomes. In fact, to obtain information about student development as part of efforts to satisfy educational customers requires simultaneous assessments. To ensure the fulfillment of these things, a comprehensive assessment of development and learning outcomes is needed supported by a measurement system that is in accordance with the characteristics of students. This effort is carried out as information on the development and learning outcomes of students in order to ensure the quality of education and learning. Assessment of learning outcomes as quality control of education can be formulated by combining assessment and evaluation of programs that can be applied to the implementation of the curriculum by conducting research, both qualitative and quantitative

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in various fields of life requires everyone, especially the younger generation, to be able to create and innovate continuously. A generation that is smart, brave, critical, caring, optimistic and tough to compete with the younger generations of other nations. Santri as the younger generation who attend Islamic religious education at Islamic boarding schools need to prepare themselves to be able to seek opportunities and solve problems in everyday life with creative and innovative minds. With the hope that 1. Santri have an entrepreneurial spirit, 2. Santri can open jobs in the community, 3. Develop life skills of students. In this mentoring, we use several steps so that the mentoring program is as expected. The steps in assistance are as follows: Social analysis, Compilation of programs, Coordination, Implementation, Control. From the programs that have been planned and implemented, it can be seen that there are real changes in the form of increased understanding related to entrepreneurship and having guidelines that have been presented at seminars. Apart from that, the enthusiasm of the students in entrepreneurship has increased, so that the students will develop their life skills by establishing small businesses until they are successful.

Abstract

Pendidikan islam merupakan proses pengembangan diri peserta didik. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT. Dalam setiap tindakan harus berorientasi pada tujuan atau rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tujuan pendidikan islam harus berorientasi pada sebuah materi. Maka dari itulah tujuan pendidikan islam menjadi komponen-komponen baru yang wajib untuk diterapkan.
