Abstract

Character education requires the knowledge and art of managing existing resources, so that the character values that are implanted can be accepted as a whole and comprehensively, in other words so that the purpose of the education unit is to instill the values of Javanese cultural character which are beginning to be neglected, can be achieved effectively and efficient. These Javanese identic character values are integrated into the curriculum and lesson plans. By going through several stages including: learning / school planning, implementation, evaluation and development. Meanwhile, the implementation of character values based on Javanese culture involves all school members, parents and the community. In order for the cultivation of these values to be perfect. In other words, students are able to know, love and do without coercion

Abstract

College is a non-profit organization whose ultimate goal orientation is not to earn and accumulate profits, but college is a servant and community service. Universities are classified into two parts, namely government universities and non-government (private) universities. Strategic management of universities, both government and non-government, goes through the following stages: 1. Strategy analysis known as SWOT analysis. 2. Strategy formulation in general, unit and functional. 3. Strategy implementation. 4. Strategy evaluation. Financial reporting Non-profit organizations are divided into two for accounting non-profit entities, regulated in PSAK No. 45 concerning the financial reporting of non-profit organizations issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. Meanwhile, the government's non-profit entity accounting is guided by Law no. 17 of 2003 concerning the management of state finances, Government Regulation No. 6 of 2004, Government Accounting Standards, and of course also on SAK-PSAK No. 45.

Abstract

This study discusses the elaboration of children's literacy skills, the target of assistance is taking cases to children in Kedungglugu village, Gondang district, Nganjuk district, this is considered important considering the low interest in reading and writing of children in the village. In simple terms, literacy is a basic ability that must be mastered by everyone, especially those at school age. This ability will serve as capital and provision in carrying out their daily lives in the future. However, the facts on the ground show that literacy skills, especially at the age of children, are quite alarming. Based on observations, one of the factors for the lack of interest in reading and writing in children is the absence of infrastructure that supports these literacy activities. Therefore, this mentoring initiated a concentration on the establishment of reading houses as a means for them to improve their literacy skills which will become the basis for their future life principles. The method used in this activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with the main pillars of research, action, and participation. The partners involved in this program are all Muslim women and local village youth organizations.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in various fields of life requires everyone, especially the younger generation, to be able to create and innovate continuously. A generation that is smart, brave, critical, caring, optimistic and tough to compete with the younger generations of other nations. Santri as the younger generation who attend Islamic religious education at Islamic boarding schools need to prepare themselves to be able to seek opportunities and solve problems in everyday life with creative and innovative minds. With the hope that 1. Santri have an entrepreneurial spirit, 2. Santri can open jobs in the community, 3. Develop life skills of students. In this mentoring, we use several steps so that the mentoring program is as expected. The steps in assistance are as follows: Social analysis, Compilation of programs, Coordination, Implementation, Control. From the programs that have been planned and implemented, it can be seen that there are real changes in the form of increased understanding related to entrepreneurship and having guidelines that have been presented at seminars. Apart from that, the enthusiasm of the students in entrepreneurship has increased, so that the students will develop their life skills by establishing small businesses until they are successful.
