Abstract

The development of SME businesses in Indonesia is currently very much supported by their marketing capabilities. Marketing that is being carried out is now more upgraded than before, one of which is Digital Marketing starting from Endorse, Paid Promote and Social Media such as Instagram. However, for the last few years there have been several digital platforms that are specifically intended for culinary-based businesses (Food and Beverage), these digital platforms are quite positive for consumers as well as producers, in addition to saving time and energy, the costs incurred are not too large. One example of a digital platform that has a positive impact on users is Shopee Food. Shopee Food is a feature diversification of the shopee application other than shopeepay, shopeepaylater which is specifically made for food and beverage products. We as the Service Team are trying to help Kamsia boba Mataram, as one of the boba beverage businesses that has only been established for 2 years, to use the application to increase sales levels. The methods used in this service are 1) Identification of problems and solutions; 2) Process Design; 3) Implementation; 4) Validation and Evaluation; and 5) Conclusion. The stages of activities carried out by the community service team for Kamsia Boba Mataram SMEs were followed enthusiastically, this was proven by the use of the Shopee Food application as a means of promotion and sales by Kamsia Boba Mataram SMEs.

Abstract

The use of e-commerce applications which are currently in great demand by business activists has been very helpful in marketing products, especially those engaged in trade because e-commerce is able to expand the market thereby increasing the number of sales of the products being marketed. To see the level of effectiveness of e-commerce, the authors conducted a service activity entitled Utilization of Tokoko.id in marketing Handcraft products. Tokoko is an application to make selling easier and fasterby simply sharing a link in the Instagram bio that is owned by the Tokoko id producer connected to the WhatsApp application to communicate with customers. Handcraft or commonly known as handicraft is the skill to create a product or item that is done by hand and has a function of use or beauty and has a selling value,so the handicraft business opportunity is quite promising. The use of the tokoko application is very helpful in selling this handcraft. The stages/methods used in this activity are; Planning, Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation and conclusion. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that Tokoko.id is quite helpful in the sales process, especially in the field of promotion

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how students' motivation after being given Reward and Punishment, Kedalan faced and solutions to obstacles faced when given Reward and Punishment for Grade VIII MTs Students Nurul Yaqin Kelanjur. This research was designed with a cauldronative research method with descriptive characteristics. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior that can be observed. The data collection method used is observation method, interview, and documentation. Data analysis methods are inductive with data reduction preparation, data display, and inference preparation steps. The results of this study showed that rewarding and punishment in grade VIII MTs Nurul Yaqin Kelanjur has a positive influence on students' learning motivation. The form of reward applied in Class VIII MTs Nurul Yaqin Kelanjur is a reward in the form of material and non-material. Reward in non-material form in the form of praise, support, appreciation, and so forth. While the reward in the form of material in the form of giving books, certificates, trophies, scholarships, and so forth. While the form of punsihment applied is punishment in the form of speech, such as criticism, scorn, bentakan and threats. Punishment in physical form is rarely done, except in very forceful circumstances and no other punishment is used to change the student's behavior in a better direction. Reward and punishment in MTs Nurul Yaqin Kelanjur encountered various problems that can cause the application of reward and punishment to be less effective. However, by working with parents, teachers and principals can overcome various problems, so that the application of reward and punishment can be carried out effectively in increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu pihak kantor pajak yang berada di Gerung Nusa Tenggara Barat dalam edukasi dan sosialisasi informasi perpajakan dengan menggunakan platform media social kepada masyarakat umum. Kandungan edukasi berisi informasi sadar pajak yang meliputi pembayaran paka tepat waktu, metode dan mekanisme pembayaran yang sesuai prosedur yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat yang datang ke kantor pajak maupun masyarakat secara umum melalui social media. Pengimplementasian social media digunakan sebagai sarana edukasi perpajakan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terkait pentingnya konsep, ketentuan, manfaat dan tujuan perpajakan bagi pribadi maupun pembangunan daerah dan Negara. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari di KP2KP Gerung Lombok Barat dengan cara membuat konten edukatif yang menarik tentang perpajakan, metode pengabdian yang digunakan menggunakan metode semi deskriptif kuantitatif dalam menjelaskan fenomena yang ada dalam bentuk angka-angka penggambaran karakteristik dan menilai sifat dari kondisi-kondisi yang terlihat. Platform media social yang digunakan meliputi Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok dan Youtube dalam persebaran konten sosialisasi dan edukasi perpajakan, dengan masing-masing karakteristik dan perbedaannya menampilkan informasi dengan bentuk konten edukasi yang berbeda .

Abstract

Taekwondo is a popular martial art sport that originated in Korea that developed in Indonesia in 1975 under Taekwondo Indonesia where the management of provincial activities was supervised by the Provincial Board. This study aims to assist the needs of multi-criteria decision making with the concept of Group Decision Support Systems for selecting Taekwondo athletes in West Nusa Tenggara. This system involves two decision makers, namely the Chief Executive of Pengprov and the Trainer. The method used in calculating decision making is the Weighted Product and Borda methods. The criteria used are geup, weight and age on the cost criteria, and medal criteria, charter, height, push ups, sit ups and balke on the benefits criteria. The data used in this study are 30 alternative data of Taekwondo members who are in the men's division. The stages of the research include: problem analysis, data collection, data initialization, implementation of the Weight Product method, implementation of the Borda method and analysis of the results & drawing conclusions. The results provide decision recommendations for the top 10 best assessments consisting of A25, A19, A14, A09, A26, A28, A01, A04, A07 and A06. Furthermore, the results of the analysis using the division of class categories based on body weight produce alternative data that are not evenly distributed in each class category. This provides more information to decision makers by considering the results of athlete rankings with the needs of prospective athletes in the weight class category.GROUP DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM PADA PENYELEKSIAN ATLET TAEKWONDO

Abstract

Technological developments have had an impact on all activities including retail business. Utilization of managed data can provide information that can be used to improve the quality and effectiveness of buying and selling business activities. One of the patterns analyzed in the retail business sector is the pattern of product sales linkages using association algorithms in data mining using the FP-Growth algorithm. The aim of this research is to find association patterns in purchasing behavior at Heron stores to help make policies in better product inventory management and also increase sales and product promotions at Heron stores. This research uses applied research methods with stages of Data Collection and Preparation, Application of the FP-Growth Method, Testing Results and Conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that the results of pattern analysis provide 13 rules in accordance with minimum support, minimum confidence and minimum lift ratio as strong rules and are expected to help and support decisions from the Heron store. This also has a positive impact on the benefits of technology which can provide information from sales archive data that can be used to improve service and sales in retail businesses, especially at Heron stores.

Abstract

LP3I Course Center Praya menjadi salah satu lembaga pelaksana Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja tahun 2022, sesuai surat keputusan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen Bidang Pengembangan Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja Direktorat Kursus dan Pelatihan nomor 2180/D3/KU.07.00/ 2022. Bidang keahlian yang diselenggarakan oleh LP3I Course Center Praya adalah Teknik Pendingin atau Perbaikan alat Pendingin Udara. LP3I Course Center Praya memiliki masalah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya personalia, berkenaan dengan kapasitas dan kesiapan. Personalia administrator pelatihan LP3I Course Center Praya belum siap dan belum familiar dengan program aplikasi berkonten realtime yang harus digunakan secepatnya serta belum terbiasa dalam pennyiapan konten data doumentasi pelaksanaan secaa digital. Permasalahan lainnya adalah berlebihnya jumla bahasan materi pelatihan, tempat pelatihan yang ada di dua lokasi, yaitu di kantor LP3I Course Center Praya dan di workshop milik pihak Iduka, CV Raja Teknik yang bereada di kota Mataram. Solusi yang diberikan pada mitra kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat, LP3I Course Center Praya, adalah memberikan bantuan teknis opersional, pembekalan kepada personal administrator pelatihan terhadap pembuatan konten data dan pengoperasian program aplikasi, dan memberikan pendampingan. Metode pelaksanaan yang disusun Tim Pengabdian pada Masyarakat adalah tahap identifikasi, perencanaan, pembekalan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Bantuan teknis membuat pengoperasian program aplikasi secara multi-task dan bantuan penyusunan perencanaan alokasi waktu dan distribusi bahasan materi pelatihan merupakan salah satu target hasil yand dapat dicapai. Hasil capaian tersebut dapat membantu pihak LP3I Course Center Praya dalam mengelola pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja beserta tanggung jawab pelaporan pelaksanaan secara online. Pembekalan penyiapan dokumentasi data digital dan pendampingan pengoperasian program aplikasi Bantuan Pemerintah Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan pihak LP3I Course Center Praya. Personal administrator pelatihan LP3I Course Center Praya telah mampu mengoperasikan dan menggunakan program aplikasi tersebut secara baik.
