Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dalam bentuk Pelatihan Design Thinking and Innovation kepada perwakilan karyawan Kalla Group ini adalah : 1. Meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam mendefinisikan masalah spesifik dan menyiapkan solusinya; 2. Memfasilitasi peserta tentang konsep dan praktik design thinking (5 phase). Pelatihan berlangsung selama 2 hari dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, brainstorming dan simulasi diikuti 12 peserta yang merupakan manajerial level menengah di Kalla Group. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta sangat antusias mengikuti dari awal hingga akhir dan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut sangat kontekstual untuk diterapkan di masing-masing unit kerja.ABSTRACTThe objectives of implementing community service activities in the form of design thinking and innovation training forĀ  representatives of Kalla Group employees are: 1. Improving the ability of employees to define specific problems and prepare solutions; 2. Facilitating participants about the concept and practice of design thinking (5 phases). The training conducted in lecturing methods, interactive discussions, brainstorming and simulations was attended by 12 participants who are middle-level managers in Kalla Group. The results showed that all participants were very enthusiastic about participating from the beginning to the end and showed that the training was very contextual to be applied in each work unit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The transfer of knowledge and skills through training activities is one of the important aspects that is highly considered. As one of the largest group companies in eastern Indonesia that is experiencing rapid business growth, Kalla Group is very concerned about the capabilities of its human resources in carrying out business and cultural transformation. This is indicated by the implementation of HR development to improve the competence of the Kalla Group's HR through the Training of Trainer (TOT) activities. This research was conducted to see the effectiveness of the Competency-Based TOT training in terms of reactions and learning processes. This research was conducted with quantitative methods in the form of descriptive research. The object of this research is the evaluation of the training of the 25 participants of the Kalla Group Competency-Based TOT training. The training evaluation uses the Kirkpatrick Level 1 and Level 2 models to evaluate the training on the aspects of the reaction and learning of the trainees. The results showed that the reaction of the training participants showed a very good category towards the trainers and organizing activities. In addition, the trainees experienced an increase in competence by comparing the test result data before and after the training. Keywords: effectiveness, training, competence, Kalla group. ABSTRAK Transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui kegiatan pelatihan adalah salah satu aspek penting yang sangat diperhatikan bagi pengembangan SDM. Sebagai salah satu grup perusahaan terbesar di kawasan timur Indonesia yang mengalami pertumbuhan bisnis yang begitu pesat, Kalla Group sangat peduli terhadap kemampuan SDM yang dimilikinya dalam melakukan transformasi bisnis dan budaya. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan pelaksanaan pengembangan SDM untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM Kalla Group melalui kegiatan Training of Trainer (TOT). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas pelaksanaan pelatihan TOT Berbasis Kompetensi ditinjau dari aspek reaksi dan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah evaluasi pelatihan pada peserta pelatihan TOT Berbasis Kompetensi Kalla Group yang berjumlah 25 peserta. Evaluasi pelatihan menggunakan model Kirkpatrick Level 1 dan Level 2 untuk mengevaluasi pelatihan pada aspek reaksi dan pembelajaran peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reaksi peserta pelatihan menunjukkan kategori sangat baik terhadap para pelatih dan penyelenggaran kegiatan. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatkan kompetensi dengan membandingkan data hasil tes sebelum pelatihan dan setelah pelatihan. Abstract

Abstract: Analyzing the Antecedents and Consequences of Teacher Job Satisfaction in the Digital 4.0 Era. Objectives: This research analyzes the antecedents and consequences of teacher job satisfaction in the digital 4.0 era. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with a theoretical model assessed by PLS-SEM analysis. The sampling technique was oriented to purposive sampling, so the samples obtained were 125 teachers. Findings: The results of this research suggest that principal supervision has no significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, while compensation significantly affects teacher job satisfaction. The results of this research also confirm that teacher job satisfaction significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior and teacher performance. Conclusion: This study concludes that the principal supervision program must be realized in implementing clinical and non-clinical supervision programs. Job satisfaction shown by teachers can directly improve organizational citizenship behavior and teacher performance.Keywords: teacher job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, teacher performance.Abstrak: Menganalisis Anteseden dan Konsekuensi Kepuasan Kerja Guru di Era Digital 4.0. Tujuan: Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden dan konsekuensi kepuasan kerja guru di era digital 4.0. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model teoritis yang dinilai dengan analisis PLS-SEM. Teknik pengambilan sampel berorientasi pada purposive sampling, sehingga perolehan sampel berjumlah 125 orang guru. Temuan: Hasil dari riset ini mengemukakan principal supervision berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap teacher job satisfaction sedangkan compensation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap teacher job satisfaction. Hasil dari riset ini juga mengkonfirmasi bahwa teacher job satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dan teacher performance. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan program supervisi kepala sekolah harus diwujudkan dalam pelaksanaan program supervisi klinis dan nonklinis. Kepuasan kerja yang ditunjukkan guru secara langsung dapat meningkatkan organizational citizenship behaviour dan kinerja guru.Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja guru, organizational citizenship behaviour, kinerja guru.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v12.i3.202222

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the cost management strategy is in an effort to sustain coffee shops in Ajatappareng during the Covid-19 pandemic and how the cost management forms for coffee shops in Ajatapparengduring the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of this research was carried out in the Ajatappareng area, namely the City of Pare-Pare, Kab. Pinrang and Kab. Sidrap. The results of the study show that each coffee shop has its own way or strategy in reducing costs during the pandemic in order to maintain business. Even though they have different strategies, the main goal of this strategy is to survive after the pandemic and then reorganize businesses that have been stuck due to the Covid 19 pandemic. This study implies that many businesses have gone out of business during the pandemic due to the absence of a strategy in face conditions. Abstract

Abstrak Selama Pandemi Covid 19, penelitian terkait pemasaran di sosial media menunjukkan tren yang semakin meningkat dan memperkuat posisi penting social media sebagai sumber informasi yang dapat diterima oleh costumer. Studi ini mengkaji content strategi pemasaran kue melalui metode storytelling di media social Facebook oleh Mimi Hilzah, perempuan-pemilik bisnis Toko Kue Mimilicious yang beroperasional di kota Makassar. Peneliti menganalisa melalui metode netnografi bagaimana beliau membangun engagement dengan pelanggannya. Netnografi adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk pengumpulan data dalam komunitas virtual. Dalam penelitian ini, prosedurnya adalah multistep: observasi, pengumpulan data kualitatif berupa status facebook Mimi Hilzah dalam periode pandemi April 2020-April 2021, selanjutnya peneliti melakukan analisis dan presentasi hasil. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa karakter kewirausahaan yang dibutuhkan selama masa pandemi yaitu kegigihan, visi dan tanggung jawab sosial dari pemilik bisnis menjadi bagian yang banyak dieksplorasi oleh Mimi Hilzah. Temuan unik lainnya adalah perangkat alat komunikasi pemasaran yang terbuka yang digunakan untuk mengirimkan pesan, penyatuan profil pribadi dan bisnis, eksploitasi hubungan keluarga, dan testimoni konsumen sesuai dengan karakteristik dari pengguna facebook yang mengedepankan rasa kebersamaan, rasa memiliki, dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi menambah literatur terkait pemasaran online dengan metode storytelling dan mendukung penelitian netnografi semakin diperluas tidak hanya untuk lingkup bisnis, pemasaran namun juga kewirausahaan di masa mendatang. Abstract During the Covid 19 Pandemic, research related to marketing on social media has shown an increasing trend and strengthened the important position of social media as a source of information that could be received by customers. This study examines the contents of cookies marketing strategies through storytelling method on social media (Facebook) by Mimi Hilzah, owner of Mimilicious Cookie Shop which runs in Makassar. The researchers analyzed through the virtual ethnography (netnography) method about how she builds engagement with her customers. Netnography is a qualitative approach to collect data in virtual communities. In this study, multistep procedure was conducted: observation, qualitative data collection of Mimi Hilzah's Facebook Posts and Statuses from April 2020 to April 2021 (pandemic period), then the researchers analyzed and presented the results. The main finding shows that the entrepreneurial characters of the owner needed during the pandemic period, namely grit, vision and social responsibility, are the parts that are mostly exploited by Mimi Hilzah. Another unique finding is an open set of marketing communication tools used to send messages, combine personal and business profiles, exploit family relationships, and collect consumer testimonies according to the characteristics of Facebook users who prioritize a sense of togetherness, belonging, and trust. This research can contribute to adding to the literature related to online marketing using storytelling method and support netnographic research in the field of entrepreneurship in the future.
