Abstract

Abstract: There are many forms of training to improve the quality of physical condition of the tennis court athletes, one of which is coordination training. Thus, the author would like to try applying various forms of coordination exercises that are applied to children aged 10—11 years who participate in tennis clubs in the City of Tasikmalaya to support hand coordination. The aim of this research is to find out eye-hand coordination in elementary school students. The focus of this research is limited to the effectiveness of Coordination to support good physical condition in children. This research used experimental research methods. The population in this research were all 30 children who joined the tennis club in Tasikmalaya City. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. In order to get objective data, the author uses a measuring instrument in the form of a test that is eye-hand coordination test. Based on the results of this research and statistical calculations on the data obtained in this research, the authors can conclude that coordination exercises have a significant influence on improving eye-hand coordination especially for beginner tennis players of elementary school age.

Abstract

The Effect of Team Game Tournament (TGT) Model on Increasing Student Responsibility in Physical Education Class VIII Junior High School Public 4 of Tasikmalaya CityThis study aimed to determine the effect of Team Game Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning on Increasing Students' Responsibility in physical education learning. The research variables were as follows: 1) TGT and conventional learning methods as the independent variables, 2) eight grade students of SMPN 4 Tsikmalaya as the attribute variable, and 3) increased responsibility as the dependent variable. The results of this study were Mann-Whitney test results obtained in the control group before being given a small ranking treatment that is 90 and a large ranking that is 102, as well as in the small ranking experimental group that is 90 and a large ranking that is 102. Whereas in the control group after being given rank treatment the small one is 90 and the big ranking is 108, and in the experimental group the small ranking is 105 and the big ranking is 120. Conclusion of this study that there is an increase in the questionnaire score of the attitude of responsibility before and after treatment is given. Test the effect of treatment on the value of post responsibility between the control group and the experimental group obtained significant results that there are differences that affect the responsibility of students of SMP N 4 Tasikmalaya City.Keywords: Responsibility, Learning Model, Team Game Tournament (TGT) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Game Tournament (TGT) Terhadap Peningkatan Responsibility Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Penjas. Variabel penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) variabel bebas yaitu model pembelajaran Team game tournament dan konvensional. 2) variabel atribut yaitu kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4  Kota Tasikmalaya. 3) variabel terikat: peningkatan responsibility. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Hasil uji test Mann-Whitney  didapat pada kelompok control sebelum diberikan perlakuan rangking yang kecil yaitu 90 dan rangking yang besar yaitu 102, serta pada kelompok eksperimen rangking yang kecil yaitu 90 dan rangking yang besar yaitu 102. Sedangkan pada pada kelompok kontrol setelah diberikan perlakuan rangking yang kecil yaitu 90 dan rangking yang besar yaitu 108, serta pada kelompok eksperimen rangking yang kecil yaitu 105 dan rangking yang besar yaitu 120.  Kesimpulan dalam peneliain ini bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor angket sikap tanggung jawab sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Uji efek perlakuan terhadap nilai sikap tanggung jawab post antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen didapatkan hasil yang signifikansi yaitu terdapat perbedaan sehingga memberikan pengaruh terhadap responsibility siswa SMP N 4 Kota Tasikmalaya.Kata kunci: Responsibility, Model Pembelajaran, Team Game Tournament (TGT)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek dari program pelatihan agility pada petenis pemula KU-10 tahun. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan agility terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelincahan tenis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode eksperimen, Sampel yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini pada penelitian ini ialah 25 orang putra pemain tenis tingkat pemula. Usia rata-rata peserta adalah 10 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan oleh penulis ialah Purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir dengan menggunakan tes agility Zig-Zag Run. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa, program agility drill memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelincahan pada atlet tenis lapang KU-10 tahun.

Abstract

Covid19 ditetapkan sebagai pandemi karena menjangkit hampir sebagian besar negara di seluruh dunia. Indonesia menjadi negara yang kasus Covid19 tinggi di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Perlu adanya peran serta dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid19. Pendidik baik guru dan dosen menjadi ujung tombak untuk melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang digagas ini yaitu melalui edukasi booklet diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami dengan baik mengenai Covid19 ini sehingga tingkat penyebarannya menjadi rendah bahkan tidak ada. Booklet yang dirancang akan disusun dengan mudah dan sistematis sehingga pembaca dapat memahami dengan baik isi informasi dam booklet tersebut. Selain itu melalui kegiatan ini ketahanan pangan melalui kegiatan pengembangan usaha terus berjalan sehingga masyarakat masih bisa melakukan usaha penjualan kopi dengan kemasan yang lebih menarik. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sampai dengan selesai sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, dan pPeserta pelatihan antusias serta memahami dalam pengolahan kopi, kemudian pemahaman Covid-19 meningkat setelah diberikan booklet yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian

Abstract

Forehand Groundstroke in a tennis game is a stroke that aims to defend or attack. To master the Forehand Groundstroke technique, the authors tried two training methods, namely the method of stroke to wall training and pair stroke training. The purpose of this study was: to find out the difference in influence between stroke to wall exercises and paired stroke exercises on Forehand Groundstroke skills in tennis. Referring to the purpose of the study and to prove the hypothesis, the author uses the experimental method. The population consisted of students from the field tennis UKM in UNSIL, Tasikmalaya City, which numbered 27 people. Samples were taken as many as 20 people using random (random) techniques. The research instrument used to obtain the data was Hewitt tennis achievement from Jack E. Hewitt. Based on hypothesis testing, t arithmetic is outside the interval t table, namely t arithmetic <t 0.995 (18) = -4,500 <2,878. So there was no significant difference from the results of the two groups' exercises, namely group A (stroke to wall exercises) and group B (paired stroke exercises). So that stroke-to-wall exercises and paired stroke exercises have the same effect on Forehand Groundstroke skills in tennis games for students in field tennis UKM UNSIL Tasikmalaya. Thus the null hypothesis is accepted, and the alternative hypothesis is rejected. But based on the results of the average increase it is known that group B has a greater increase than group A.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of confidence relationship with physical education learning achievement in elementary schools in the Tawang sub-district, Tasikmalaya City. The research method uses descriptive-correlational. The sample in this study is the sixth-grade students selected representing several schools in the District of Tawang as many as 60 students employing a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a confidential questionnaire. Data processing procedures to obtain answers about whether or not the hypothesis is accepted following the proposed significance are: (1) looking for averages, (2) looking for standard deviations, (3) testing normality through the Lillefors test (4) testing the correlation of two variables. Based on the results of research and statistical calculations on hypothesis testing the relationship of the level of confidence with physical education learning achievement, the authors can conclude as follows; there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and student achievement in class VI in Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. Because the significance value obtained is greater than 0.05, and the value of Yxy (0.90)> (0.250) rtable (0.05) (60) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and achievement learning (significant).

Abstract

T The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce and provide assistance in efforts to improve physical fitness and design a fitness program for PJOK teachers so that later they can implement it in physical education learning in schools. After analyzing the situation, several problems were identified as follows: (1) There are still PJOK teachers who are not optimal in delivering physical fitness-based physical education materials during the COVID-19 pandemic (2) There is still a lack of knowledge of PJOK teachers about how to form physical fitness programs for students. children, (3) There are still PJOK teachers who tend to focus more on giving assignments, giving monotonous material which causes students to get bored. Therefore, this workshop is a solution for PJOK teachers to try to open scientific horizons regarding physical fitness learning in physical education.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara online membuat mahasiswa harus mempelajari materi praktik yang diberikan secara mandiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan psikomotornya. Sementara itu mata kuliah pembelajaran sepakbola ini merupakan olahraga kelompok yang membutuhkan adanya kerjasama dalam melaksanakannya dan hal hal lainnya yang menyangkut tentang dua orang atau lebih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat seberapa besar tingkat motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani dalam mata kuliah pembelajaran sepakbola berbasis online pada masa pandemi covid 19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan jasmani Universitas Siliwangi sebanyak 230 orang dengan jumlah sampel 139, penentuan hasil sampel menggunakan rumus Isaac Michael dengan penyerataan sampel kelasnya menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani sebesar 73% berkategori tinggi.

The aim of this The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge in the field of handling sports injuries through sports massage and the rice method for pencak silat athletes in Pekalongan Regency theoretically and practically in increasing knowledge of handling sports injuries in the field. This community service is carried out in Pekalongan Regency. The material presented at this seminar is about handling sports injuries through sports massage and the rice method. The results of the implementation of this community service activity are expected to provide knowledge to athletes, especially pencaksilat athletes in Pekalongan Regency and can produce quality masseurs for the recovery needs of athletes in Pekalongan Regency.
