Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan deskripsi dari implementasi program pendidikan gratis di SMPN 4 Kecamatan Ulumanda Kabupaten Majene. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hal ini dimakusdkan untuk mendapatkan data dan gambaran nyata atas implementasi program pendidikan gratis di SMP Negeri 4 Malunda Kecamatan Ulumanda Kabupeten Majene. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan fakta bahwa Implementasi Program Pendidikan Gratis di SMP Negeri 4 Malunda Kecamatan Ulumanda Kabupaten Majene telah membebaskan biaya pendidikan bagi peserta didik yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran. Program Pendidikan Gratis tidak sepenuhnya menggratiskan semua biaya pendidikan diantaranya adalah pembayaran untuk pengambilan baju batik dan baju olahraga karena itu masuk dalam Biaya Operasional Sekolah. Diluar daripada itu tidak ada lagi pembayaran yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran, melainkan memberikan biaya bagi siswa dalam bentuk beasiswa miskin. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the implementation of the free education program at SMPN 4 Ulumanda District, Majene Regency. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This is intended to obtain data and a real picture of the implementation of the free education program at SMP Negeri 4 Malunda, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency. In this study, it was found that the implementation of the Free Education Program at SMP Negeri 4 Malunda, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency had educational costs for students related to the learning process. The Free Education Program does not completely eliminate all educational costs including payments for taking batik clothes and sports clothes because they are included in School Operational Costs. Apart from that, there are no more payments related to the learning process, but instead provide costs for students in the form of poor scholarships.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe how the implementation of green open space governance in urban development in Majene Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis and explanation methods. In analyzing the data obtained, researchers used qualitative descriptive techniques that describe and explain the results of the study. The results showed that the implementation of green open space governance in Majene district is self-managed and is the responsibility of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) in charge of each green open space according to the criteria and types.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance evaluation of officers in the service of making e-KTP introductions in Mamasa Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the performance of the Mamasa village apparatus was good but still needed to be improved in providing services to the community. In addition, the community expects the quality of public services to increase in the form of services that are fast, easy, fair, with legal certainty, transparent, safe, precise, free of charge, and accountable. In terms of the identity card service, the community wants a truly quality service.
