Tri dharma of higher education is the obligation of lecturers, and one of them is community service. This service raised the theme of health education on the prevention of gout arthritis. Previously, a Health screening was carried out with the Sheep Indonesia Foundation that the problem found in Proud Village was gout arthritis. Proud Village is a remote area in Sigi Regency. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about the prevention of gouty arthritis. The method of implementing community service with direct counseling techniques to the community with media flip chart and leaflet. The results of the service, the community is very enthusiastic to listen to the material. Previously, many residents did not know about gout arthritis. This is reflected in the many questions asked regarding the disease. In the evaluation session, the community was given questions and on average the community could answer correctly according to the material provided. The conclusion of community service activities has been carried out smoothly. The community response is very good and it is hoped that the community can prevent the occurrence of gout arthritis, and this community service activity can be carried out regularly

Corona Virus Disease-2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new type of corona virus, namely SARS-CoV-2. Since December 2019, the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 has continued to increase. Covid-19 has become a pandemic that has attacked many countries globally and has infected more than 243,561,596 cases with 4,947,777 human deaths in 204 infected countries and 151 community transmission countries. In Indonesia, on October 26, 2021, there were 4,241,090 confirmed cases with 143,270 deaths from the total confirmed cases. Central Sulawesi Province with 1.1% of the total confirmed cases in Indonesia or 46,959 cases and Sigi Regency being the fifth highest number of confirmed cases with 3,556 cases. Seeing the high incidence of Covid-19 cases in Sigi Regency, it is very necessary to provide health education about Covid-19in the form of community service activities by providing education and a good understanding of Covid-19. The method of implementing community service is carried out by health counseling techniques with counseling media using Flip Charts and Leaflets. The results of this community service show that many participants ask questions directly and the evaluation results from the questionnaires given show that the community has a good understanding by answering each question correctly and is very enthusiastic. Health education activities for the community in Bangga Village, Sigi Regency are very important to increase public knowledge about Covid-19, its signs and symptoms, causes and prevention efforts so that the community can minimize the risk of transmission in the surrounding environment.

Heart disease is still a threat in Indonesia and even in the world, one of which is congestive heart failure. congestive heart failure is a type of heart failure that requires timely medical attention. Besides that, community service is one of the duties of lecturers in carrying out the Tri dharma of higher education. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about awareness of the occurrence of congestive heart failure. The counseling method uses Flip chart and Leaflet media. As a result of the service, the community came at the appointed time, listened to the presenters seriously and during the question and answer session, many people asked questions. In the evaluation session, the community can answer according to the material provided. The conclusion of community service activities has been carried out. The community welcomes the Justitia nursing academy very well and it is hoped that the community will be aware of congestive heart failure, and this community service activity can be carried out on a scheduled basis in Enu village, Donggala district.
