Abstract

Cooperatives are not only expected to be able to produce residual business results in each period, investment activities carried out by cooperatives must be effective in producing positive added value, therefore cooperatives need to be managed as well as possible so that they can grow into a strong and independent organization, with the best performance and ability raise the welfare of its members. This research is in Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises, Seresam Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze Cooperative Performance and Its Impact on Members' Welfare. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, the data the authors use are primary and secondary data, primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to research respondents to measure Cooperative Performance and Members' Welfare Levels, and secondary data obtained directly from Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises in the form of financial statement documents. The analytical tool used to measure / assess financial performance with the viewpoint of Economic Value Added (EVA. Cooperative Performance is measured based on 6 (six) indicators of Cooperative Performance, namely: Business Entity Activities, Business Performance, Members' Cohesiveness and Participation, Orientation to Member Services, Services to the Community and contribution to Regional Development Welfare level is measured based on aspects of family income, expenditure on consumption, employment status, health conditions and the ability to access other basic needs.The results of descriptive analysis show Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises including Cooperatives that are performing well, households Farmers who are members of Kopsa, Manunggal Enterprises are included in the welfare category and the regression analysis conducted shows that the regression coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive impact between Cooperative Performance and Welfare. The better the Cooperative Performance will have a positive impact on increasing yes the welfare of members, this can happen because of the monoculture community farming patterns where the main source of income of the village community, especially Kopsa members. Manunggal Business is a commodity of oil palm plantations managed by cooperatives, so the cooperative performance variable becomes very influential in influencing the ease of service, distribution of member income, access to credit and other ease of convenience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and effectiveness of regional revenue receipts from regional levies in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses a descriptive approach designed to obtain answers to the research objectives. This research data comes from the collection of documents, interviews and data on regional retribution receipts for 2014 – 2020 from the Transportation Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. Data analysis is explained by using Potential Analysis, Contribution, Growth Rate and Potential Matrix, and effectiveness ratio. The results of the study show that the potential for regional levies, on average, has the potential to be developed, but in terms of management and implementation effectiveness, it is still not optimal. Based on quantitative data analysis, parking fees are categorized as potential with positive growth, motor vehicle testing fees have good growth opportunities and have the potential to be developed, while terminal fees and route permit fees are underdeveloped categories. Based on the effectiveness ratio analysis, parking fees are categorized as very effective, motor vehicle testing fees are included in the fairly effective criteria, terminal fees are quite effective, and route permit fees are categorized as quite effective.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) memiliki peran dalam mengisi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD)  melaui pos pendapatan daerah lainnya yang sah. Pos ini merupakan pendapatan yang didapat dari bagian laba penyertaan modal yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah/kabupaten dalam upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada BUMD di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat efektifitas, kontribusi dan pertumbuhan kontribusi BUMD terhadap PAD serta permasalahan manajemen BUMD. Data penelitian di kumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik wawancara terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan, target PAD belum sepenuhnya dapat direalisasikan, secara rata-rata pertumbuhan realisasi PAD lebih kecil dari target, target rasio efektifitas laba BUMD masuk dalam kategori Kurang Efektif. Kontribusi laba BUMD terhadap PAD masuk pada kategori sangat kurang, dan laba BUMD memberikan kontribusi terkecil terhadap PAD bila di bandingkan dengan komponen-komponen PAD lainya. solusi dari permasalahan manajemen BUMD Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu adalah memperbaiki manajemen internal agar dibuat lebih ramping dan adaftif sesuai dengan kebutuhan, menyikapi dengan bijak ancaman dari eksternal dengan memberikan perhatian pada perbaikan mutu produk dan jasa serta fokus dalam mengembangkan usaha agar BUMD mampu tumbuh dan berkembang dengan membuat proyeksi yang jelas dan serius dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha BUMD

Abstract

This research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in Rengat District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest in Small and Medium Enterprises in Rengat District. With the number of samples used as many as 98 respondents. Data processing using IBM SPSS Statistic 21 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Interest. (2) Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Purchase intention has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest.
