Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the human resources sectors of transport, telecom­munications and tourism in a global perspective. This study is a literature study with descriptive analysis method to describe the existing problems and provide recommenda­tions to anticipate the world’s rapidly growing trend. The results show that the increasing mastery of foreign languages and technology has become an absolute requirement that Indonesian human resources can compete on a global level. However, the state, business, and society must work together in forming a mental attitude, promote an understanding of the religion, and raise the nation ideology since early stage so that it can minimize the negative impacts of globalization.

Abstract

Tindakan bodoh dan konyol cepat direplikasi setiap orang, kemampuan melihat (visual) lebih dulu adasebelum manusia mampu berbicara dan menulis, kemampuan merekam dan menyimpan kejadian pada acaraditelevisi lebih kuat dan mudah diingat kembali, maka jadilah politikus, insan pers serta pemilik media yangunggul. Uji teori kulvitasi nyata dan terbukti benar.

Abstract

This research to determine the effect of devidend policy and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on the firm performance on state-owned enterprises (SOE) go public listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all state-owned enterprises (SEO) go public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 as many as 20 companies. The method used is purposive sampling, with the number of samples observed as many as 13 companies. The data used in study is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied in this study to determine the effect of divident policy and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on firm performance. The result shows that divident policy has positive significant impact on the firm performance and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has not significant impact on the firm performance.

Abstract

Through Mr.Djuanda Kartawidjaja (13/12/1957) Indonesia declared as an archipelagic nation and accepts this fact by all members of the union of nations. The Indonesian archipelago consists of many islands scattered stretches from Sabang to Merauke divided by the equator between the north and south as well as put together by the sea. Many potential maritime been dug, but more of the potential of marine resources are not optimally exploited. Author investigate it as search from some of article at and compile it from journal, internet, newspaper, etc. finally the case can to evaluate base on the acknowledgment of marine term and condition at Indonesia with wider history, than found have seriously to manage for come to the dream become to world central of maritime. As the background and as empiric data founded to evaluate base on evaluate methodology & development analysis that have summaries is Indonesia with sea territory majority still not maximum yet to explore and not have creating yet the marine acknowledgment to all of Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai hubungan pernikahan jarak jauh (LDM) dengan stres kerja pada karyawan PT Wijaya Karya (Proyek Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin gas 50 MW Sumbawa). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, bersifat korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data, yaitu menggunakan bentuk skala likert, dimana dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan skala long distance marriage berdasarkan aspek-aspek hubungan berpasangan dan stres kerja berdasarkan aspek-aspek stres kerja yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan (korelasi) positif dan signifikan antara long distance marriagedan   stres kerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar  0,576 dengan nilai p hitung = 0,0001 / p < 0,05 yang berarti semakin tinggi long distancemarriage karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula stres kerja karyawan, dan begitupun juga sebaliknya. Semakin rendah long distance marriage karyawan, maka semakin rendah pula stres kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota, Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota yang berjumlah 77 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja guru pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota. Dengan demikian, kepala sekolah dengan gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi  akademik dapat membantu guru-guru dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja sehingga menjadi guru yang profesional. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Supervisi Akademik, Disiplin Abstract :This study aims to reveal the influence of leadership style and academic supervision of the school head teacher working discipline at the State Primary School in the district of Kota Pontianak, Pontianak. This study uses a quantitative approach. Samples were teachers in public primary schools in the District of Pontianak City which amounted to 77 people. Results of the analysis showed a positive relationship between leadership style and academic supervision of the school head together to work discipline teachers in public primary schools in the District of Pontianak City. Thus, the principal style of leadership and academic supervision can assist teachers in improving work discipline to become a professional teacher.   Key Words : Leadership Style , Academic Supervision , Discipline

Abstract

The importance of understanding the efficiency of lending MSMEs through fintechpeer-to-peer lending (P2P Lending) and increasing the financial inclusion index ofits users (for lenders in particular). We use case studies on the accelerant platformwith grounded research methodology for data collection, estimation of technicalefficiency and intermediation through Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Descriptiveanalysis is used to investigate the determinants that influence the financialinclusion index of acceleration users. We indicate that technical efficiency has a muchsmaller value than the efficiency of intermediation with a strategy required to improvebusiness optimization and steer clear from any conditions of constant to return.In addition, factors considered in the strategy-making are loan period whichhas a positive effect on the business efficiency and non-performing loans that are notaffected by intermediacy efficiency as well as strategies to improve the index offinancial inclusion as targeted by the Financial Services Authority through the StrategyNational Financial Inclusion. Abstract

The public sector has a primary purpose for public services and is not profit-oriented, and has flexibility in financial management. One of them is a public sector organization telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) Kominfo. BAKTI Komimfo is responsible for expanding internet access and strengthening digital infrastructure for all parts of Indonesia. This study analyzes the effect of good governance, Government Internal Control systems, and Public Accountability on the performance of BAKTI Kominfo. This study used a population of 196 BAKTI Kominfo employees using the solving method with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 140 people was obtained. The results of the study that good governance directly affect the performance of BAKTI Kominfo and also through increased accountability and SPIP affect performance through accountability.
