Abstract

   Processed Corn Business so far is very promising for those who cultivate it. If you look at the competitors who are engaged in the same business, there are already quite a lot. With better taste innovations, beautiful and attractive sizes, economical prices, and most importantly healthy and hygienic by providing attractive packaging and labels so that partner products are able to compete and sell well in the market. With the Processed Corn business (corn lunkhead, corn chips, popcorn, etc.) Home Processed Corn Industry Business Group Tonasa Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency which already has regular customers will increase its marketing by making attractive packaging and labels to find markets and even agents who want to sell it, so there will be many who help to develop this corn processing business. The problems faced are (1) not yet given good packaging for processed corn products that are marketed and (2) not yet given labeling to introduce their products.

Abstract

Dalam persaingan industri, bidang layanan juga mengalami pertumbuhan pesat. Setiap perusahaan bersaing untuk memenangkan persaingan untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar. Tingginya tingkat kesalahan kerja pada area Receiving Depo Hadji Kalla Makassar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kompleksitas jenis-jenis kesalahhan kerja yang terjadi dalam proses. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya perbaikan terus menerus untuk mengurangi tingkat kesalahan yang telah terjadi dalam proses. Penelitian ini telah menerapkan metode QCC (Quality Control Circle) dengan delapan langkah untuk meningkatkan kualitas. Metode QCC menggunakan alat yang disebut tujuh alat. Kami mengusulkan proses rencana perbaikan. Penelitian kami menemukan bahwa sejumlah besar CTQ (Critical To Quality) adalah kurangnya alat bantu kerja. Kami melakukan pencarian akar penyebab masalah melalui proses brainstorming antara tim QCC dan manajemen perusahaan. Kami menemukan bahwa penyebab paling dominan dari kesalahan kerja adalah kurangnya operator ketelitian dan kurangnya alat bantu kerja yang menyebakan KPI Receiving tidak sampai target di Pareto diagram. nampak bahwa persentase kesalahan kerja terbesar, sekitar 4 LI/Bulan. Perbaikan dilakukan pada proses kerja yang banyak melakukan kesalahan melalui alat kerja brainstorming, Setelah perbaikan alat kerja persentase kesalahan kerja dari 4 LI/Bulan menjadi 0 LI/Bulan. penurunan tingkat kesalahan 100%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh analisis faktor dari variabel exprential marketing yaitu variabel sense, feel, think, act, dan relate terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam berbelanja produk di Indomaret Lajoa, metode pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas sertas Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Pengaruh simultan variabel sense (X1), feel (X2) think (X3), act (X4),dan Relate (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam berbelanja produk di Indomaret Lajoa. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil analisis yang uji F. Fhitung Ftabel (92,231 2,28) yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dalam kepuasan konsumen berbelanja produk di Indomaret Lajoa sangat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain penelitian.Secara keseluruhan variabel independen (sense, feel, think, act, dan relate) baik sebagian atau efek secara simultan positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, sedangkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh di konsumen berbelanja keputusan adalah variabel yang merupakan relate yang memiliki koefisien tertinggi 9,604.

Abstract

One of the global problems related to the future of cities is the environmental problem, namely the amount of municipal solid waste. From this waste, several issues arise in various aspects, such as health, aesthetics, and social and environmental problems. So that focused research is carried out on the management of urban solid waste produced by households. The research objective is to design a conceptual model and determine the variables and indicators that affect the generation of urban household solid waste and determine what prevention can be done. The model intended consists of 5 variables and 17 indicators. Data was collected based on a survey method with a closed questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents aged ≥ 17 years and residing in Yogyakarta. Analysis of the model and variable relationships was carried out based on the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS 24 software. The results showed that the designed model was valid. Socioeconomic variables, KAP level, waste reduction, and seasonality are direct predictors determining waste generation behavior. Socioeconomic variables are also direct predictors of KAP level and seasonal variables, and KAP level variables are direct predictors of waste reduction and seasonal variables

Abstract

PT. XYZ yang merupakan galangan yang memiliki peluang yang besar untuk menjadi galangan maju ini didukung oleh tenaga tenaga Engineering yang berkualitas dan professional dan ketersedian material yang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi penjadwalan proyek kapal penyeberangan Ro-Ro 500 GT dan menentukan waktu optimal dalam menyelesaikan sebuah proyek kapal Penyeberangan Ro-Ro 500 GT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method), PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique). Hasil evaluasi penjadwalan di PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode CPM pada analisa dan pengolahan data dengan membandingkan waktu pada time schedule perusahaan selama 36 minggu, 252 hari dengan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode CPM didapatkan waktu pengerjaan selama 42 minggu, 292 hari. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode CPM dapat menyelesaikan proyek dengan tepat waktu sesuai waktu realisasinya dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode time schedule perusahaan dengan selisih pengerjaan nya sebanyak 6 minggu. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode PERT didapatkan hasil pengerjaan dengan waktu optimal selama 43 minggu.

Abstract

The flamboyan noodle factory is a factory that produces food in the form of noodles. This factory produces various types of noodles, namely Mie Rough (as raw material for making soup noodles, Hokkien noodles, fried noodles), Smooth Noodles (used for making dry noodles, meatball noodles etc.), Pangsit Skin (used for making dumpling crackers, martabak skin, etc.), etc) and Mie Pangsit. The make to order (MTO) production strategy is to produce according to the number of orders. This factory has four production employees and a multi-role factory owner, namely the head of the production department and the head of the procurement department. When demand increases, owners are overwhelmed in managing all these parts. Therefore, the owner wants to assess the performance of production employees for the position of head of production. The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of each production employee and choose one of the employees to be the head of production. The results of the study using the profile matching method showed that the value of the first employee was 4.83; the second employee scored 4.92; the third employee value is 4.98 and the fourth employee value is 4.94. So that the one who was chosen as the head of production was the third employee because he had the highest total score. Keywords: Performace appraisal, profile matching and method total score

Abstract

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) or more commonly known as LPG gas is a gas stove fuel that comes from the results of liquefied petroleum gas and is then put into a tube, one of which is a 3-kilogram tube. The behavior of dependence on the consumption of 3-kilogram gas cylinders from the people of Banggai Regency can be seen from the use of non-subsidized 3 kilogram LPG gas, namely (±) 32. 002 people/group, the second is the consumption rate from subsidies and non-subsidies, namely 38. 864 units from total users, namely (±) 45. 000 people/groups with a supply of 30. 800 units and the third about frequent scarcity in 2020 and early 2021 reported by Banggai News and Obormotindok. Simulation Method Dynamic systems are modeling and running simulations of real systems to analyze problems and present solutions from policy scenarios from the researcher's perspective. By using this method, researchers can identify the behavior of 3 kilograms of gas consumption from the rate of consumption and demand through tables and graphs using the Powersim Studio 7 software. The results of the study present 3 policy scenarios, namely the first scenario regarding an increase in the transition to 99% non-subsidized gas cylinders with simulation results, namely September 1 2021 - October 1 2022 the demand is fulfilled, the second scenario regarding the addition of a 7th agent with simulation results, namely September 1 2021 - April 1 2023 demand can still be fulfilled and the third scenario regarding an increase in the transition to 99% non-subsidized gas cylinders and the addition of a 7th agent with simulation results, namely 1 September 2021 – 1 September 2023 the demand for needs is fulfilled. The conclusion is that the third policy scenario will be taken because among the policy scenarios presented, the preparation of tube supplies is fulfilled within two years, namely September 1 2021 - September 1 2023.

Abstract

The compressive strength of lightweight bricks produced by CV. Sinar Jaya Maros has a very high variation because there is no standard raw material composition that meets SNI standards, according to SNI 03-0349-1989 that the requirements for hollow concrete bricks for K-350 concrete quality must have a compressive strength of 350 kg/cm2. This research was conducted to design an improvement or quality improvement of hollow concrete brick products in CV. Sinar Jaya Maros. The quality improvement is in increasing the compressive strength of the concrete brick with an optimal composition. Quality improvement was carried out by using the Taguchi method experimental design to obtain the optimal combination of compositions. The orthogonal array notation used is L9(34) with material control factors in the form of cement (A), water (B), and (C), and Casting plaster (D). Data processing is carried out by calculating ANOVA on the average value and S/N Ratio with the best nominal classification. The classification was chosen because the closer to the compressive strength based on the SNI of hollow concrete bricks, the higher the quality of the concrete bricks. This ANOVA calculation is carried out to know which factors have a significant effect on the compressive strength of concrete bricks. The test conducted to determine the quality of lightweight bricks is the compressive strength test of concrete which is carried out using a compression machine. Based on the results of data processing, the ratio of the optimal composition of cement:water: sand was obtained by 2:1:3,5. Confirmation experiments prove that the compressive strength of the composition is robust.
