Abstract

The “Lab Bisnis”, which is a Business Administration Dept’s laboratory, is a kind of convenience store. The daily transactions which influence the profit of the store are very low compared with other competitors. This condition might happen because of the low level of customer loyalty. This study found that the customer loyalty factor of Lab Bisnis is high in repeat buying & referrals factors. However, as for the retention behavior, it should be increased by the management. The study can make a module to arrange the loyalty strategy program in next future.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is kind of business process that creates product or services which needed by society and/or environment and one of the solution to help the government to solve many kinds of social problems such as health, education, and environmental problems. The purpose of this research is to identify the degree of social entrepreneurship intention of the student in the business administration program. The questionnaire is distributed to 100 respondents. The result shows that the intention of social entrepreneurship from students in the business administration program is high (M= 3.6). The personal characteristics that support the social entrepreneur such as agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, and extraversion has a higher degree than other personal characteristics. Those characteristics have a positive impact on the social entrepreneurship intention of students in the business administration program.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung tidak mempunyai sistem pengelolaan dokumen pelayanan masyarakat yang baik sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan dokumen administrasi sehingga siap dikelola oleh software Image Ware Scan Manager (IWSM). Software ini memungkinkan pengelolaan dokumen dalam jumlah yang besar secara efisien dan proses indeks dokumen secara otomatis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2022. Sistem administrasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi pekerjaan para perangkat desa sehingga pelayanan pada masyarakat dapat terlaksana dengan lebih tertib dan cepat.

Abstract

Research aim: Determine the effect of social media marketing capacity on business performance in MSMEs, especially in West Java Design/Methode/Approach: The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting primary data through questionnaires to 150 MSME players in West Java, however, only 149 questionnaires were returned in full and could be analyzed further using the SEM-PLS test Research Finding: This study found that financial performance in MSMEs in West Java is influenced by social media marketing capacity through consumer relationships as a partial mediator Theoretical contribution/Originality: The implementation of social media marketing, social media marketing communications, and product development through social media has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on consumer relations and has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on financial performance through consumer relations as a partial mediator Practitioner/Policy implication: Proper social media marketing strategy planning and effective implementation are needed to improve the performance of MSMEs, especially in the West Java area which is the focus of this study Research limitation: This research specifically only examines MSMEs in West Java
