Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of services and customer loyalty mail and parcel as well as how much the influence of service performance to customer loyalty of mail and parcel in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung. Quota sampling technique was used to collect data through questionnaires to 115 people who use the services of courier mail and parcel post with Likert scale. The analysis method used is the multiple regression. The results showed that the performance of services in PT Pos Indonesia are in the category of good/high in terms of interaction quality, physical environment quality, and outcome quality. While customer loyalty mail and parcel that are in the category of average in terms of repeat purchase, purchases across product and service line, refers others and demonstrates immunity to the pull of the competition. The conclusion is the performance of services significantly affect customer loyalty mail and parcel in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung amounted to 54.7%.

Abstract

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%.

Abstract

Along with high competition, the ability to survive in the business world strategic leadership is needed to face the competition. Strategic leadership that has dimensions of vision, business model articulation, information delivery well, clever in handling power, and emotional intelligence is one of the factors needed in the company in choosing the appropriate strategy competitiveness. While the competitive strategy itself has a dimension of leadership that low cost, differentiation, and focus. This study aims to measure great strategic leadership, competitive strategy and how much strategic leadership relationship and competitive strategy in SMEs cafe and restaurant. The population of this study is 557 SMEs cafe and restaurant it Kecamatan Bandung Wetan, with a sample of 50 SMEs. The methodology used is descriptive method associative. In this study using simple regression method obtained regression equation Y = 16043 + 0,306X, it means to have a positive relationship of 0.401. The result of research stated that strategic leadership influence 16,08% toward competitive strategy at SMEs cafe and restaurant.

Abstract

The creative industry is one of sector that has rapid development in Indonesia, especially in Bandung. The part of this sector that tends to decrease every year or have smallest development level is Handicrafts. Although the number of businessman in this part is less than in food and beverage part, the competition between them is also fierce. The businessman should be the one who can decide the proper competitive strategy to survive in this competition. The other way to do to win the competition is applying innovation strategy towards the product so that it can be different from our competitor products and attract more customers. This research determined the relationship between innovation strategy and competitive advantage in the UKM handicraft business in Bandung. Linear regression will be used to determine this relationship.

Abstract

Lampu Gentur is one of the superior products of UMKM Cianjur Regency with poor development and experiencing problems in the decrease in production and a decrease in turnover. The incapability of Lampu Gentur in fulfilling consumer desires and luster move in winning the market. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of market orientation conducted by Lampu Gentur, how competitive advantage made by SME in Cianjur, and how the influence of the market orientation to competitive advantage. This study used a sample of 109 MSMEs. The method used simple linear regression. The result of analysis yielded the formula Y = 21,916+ 0,503x with R square equal to 0,344 which means market orientation able to improve the competitiveness of SMEs Gentur Lamp with value 34,4%.

Abstract

Amid the growth of functional beverage industry, Oronamin C is still new on the market so the strength of this brand is still not very visible. Therefore, this study purpose is to determine the effect of Oronamin C’s brand equity on consumer purchase intention. This study uses an explanatory descriptive method with a quantitative approach to 150 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics analysis, correlation, multiple regression, hypothesis testing. The results showed that brand equity and purchase intention were in the good category and both had a significant effect of 65.5%. The dimensions of brand equity, brand awareness and brand loyalty, are in the moderate category, while brand association and perceived quality are in the good category. With the significant influence between perceived quality and brand loyalty on purchase intention, and there is an insignificant influence between brand awareness and brand association on purchase intention.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung tidak mempunyai sistem pengelolaan dokumen pelayanan masyarakat yang baik sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan dokumen administrasi sehingga siap dikelola oleh software Image Ware Scan Manager (IWSM). Software ini memungkinkan pengelolaan dokumen dalam jumlah yang besar secara efisien dan proses indeks dokumen secara otomatis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2022. Sistem administrasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi pekerjaan para perangkat desa sehingga pelayanan pada masyarakat dapat terlaksana dengan lebih tertib dan cepat.
