Abstract

This research aims to find and describe the selection of code in to three domains as well as the types of code choice in accordance with the context in the environment of Ulil Albab boarding schools. The data provision in this study is linguistic data from visual or audio visual recording by using taping and gathering method. The data is primary and secondary. Primary data is the result of visual or audio visual recording of the communicating interaction event and the secondary data is the result of previous research review.In analysis, the data are utterances that contain three kind of code switching i.e metaphorical, conversational, and situational. Thereby, the three data of speech in kind of code switching are the sign for the presence of code selection. The object of this study is interacting event that contains the form of code choice.As the results of this research are the most usage selection of code founded in the realm of friendship, the types selection of code most used in all domains was conversational. From these three domains, each of them was using language variation and contexs the dominance usage of language was Sasak. So, it can be concluded that in interaction process, the usage of code switching in each domain was appropriated with language variation by speaker, in order that the interaction gone well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the linguistic data relating to language preservation planning in children through the family and school environment in a folklore. The method of this research is a descriptive caucasian which describes the effect of using folktales to preserve the Sasak language. In analyzing the data in the form of linguistic data containing moral values that can be taught to children through folklore and can strengthen the pelakatrian Sasak language. The results of this study are the discovery of factors that can influence pelelsatrian Sasak language through folklore. Children can also catapult Sasak languages starting from sitting in kindergarten so that Sasak is not extinct.

Abstract

This research purpose was to describe linguistic data related to language preservation planning in children through family and school environments in folklore. The method of this research was a descriptive qualitative which describes the influence of using folk tales to preserve the Sasak language. In the analysis, the data was in the form of linguistic data that contains moral values that can be taught to children through folklore and can strengthen Sasak language porting. The result of this research was the factors that can influence the training of the Sasak language can be found through folk stories. Children can also practice Sasak languages starting from sitting in Kindergarten so that the Sasak language doesn't become extinct.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi komunikatif yang dimiliki oleh santri asrama dan nonasrama di Pondok Pesantren Ulil Albaab. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuasal Komparatif (Exs Post Facto).  Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah santri asrama dan nonasrama. Jumlah subjek 30 santri, di mana kelas asrama berjumlah 15 dan kelas nonasrama berjumlah 15 santri. Untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan kompetensi komunikatif yang dimiliki oleh para santri digunakan instrumen, instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang berisi kriteria-kriteria penilaian dalam kompetensi komunikatif berpidato.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh santri asrama memiliki kompetensi yang lebih baik dari santri asrama, dengan perhitungan hasil nilai santri asrama memiliki nilai tertinggi 92 dengan rata-rata 84.2 sedangkan santri  nonasrama memiliki nilai tertinggi 76 dengan nilai rata-rata 58,7. Sehingga hipotesis Ha diterima dengan adanya perbedaan kompetensi komunikatif antara santri asrama dan nonasrama di Pondok Pesantren Ulil Albaab, dan menolak hipotesis 0 atau Ho.

Abstract

Masyarakat suku Sasak tidak pernah terlepas dari adanya Mitologi atau cerita-cerita pada zaman dahulu yang mengandung Mitos yang berhubungan dengan kerajaan-kerajaan yang berada di pulau Lombok. Penelitian ini membahas dan mendeskripsikan tentang upacara Bau Nyale (menangkap cacing laut) yang setiap tahun diadakan oleh masyarakat suku Sasak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan masyarakat suku Sasak dengan mitos cerita putri Mandalika dan perayaan Bau Nyale yang selalu diadakan setiap tahun. Sehingga, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan khasanah keilmuan bagi para peneliti dan mengembangkan keraifan lokal yang ada di pulau Lombok.

Abstract

Berbagai definisi yang dapat ditemukan di media sosial khususnya dalam pencarian Google yang merupakan salah satu mediasi untuk mencari definisi frasa dan kata majemuk yang sudah dikirim dari berbagai sumber yang ada. Oleh karena itu adanya definisi dari berbagai sumber menyebabkan definisi yang berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan berbagai perbedaan antara frasa dan kata majemuk dari berbagai sumber yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa deskripsi dari komparasi antara frasa dan kata majemuk dilihat dari berbagai sumber dalam media sosial google.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tipologi dalam penggunaan bahasa Sasak. Bahasa Sasak dibagi menjadi lima dialek yaitu Ngeto-Ngete,Meno-Mene,Ngeno-Ngene,Mriak-Mriku,Menu-Meni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkalsifikasikan penggunaan bahasa Sasak sesuai dengan klitika berdasarkan dialek yang dipergunakan oleh masyarakat suku Sasak. Sehingga, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi penggunaan bahasa Sasak sesuai dengan dialek masing-masing yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan tempat tinggal.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of code switching for new students at the Ulil Albaab Islamic boarding school when conducting peer tutoring. The peer tutoring lasts for six months running. The students conduct peer tutoring by learning two foreign languages, namely Arabic and English. The sample of this study was the new students in the Ulil Albaab boarding school. The method of this research is the method of tapping and documentation. Thus, the data that will be obtained is in the form of vocabulary, sentences that contain the use of code switching during peer tutoring. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is finding the use of code switching by students from three languages, namely Indonesian, Arabic, and English.

Abstract

Differences in the form a noun phrase and the noun form of the word mejemuk often found in its use both in a scientific paper or literature. The problem in this research is the difference in the form of a noun phrase and form compound nouns. Therefore the aim of this study was to describe the differences between the shape and form of a noun phrase noun mejemuk said. The method in this research use descriptive qualitative, ie to describe the form of phrases and compound words. Results from this study is a description of differences phrases and compound words.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine what grammatical aspects are used in the Sentilan Sentilun discourse "DPR Library for Whom?" and what grammatical aspects are most dominantly used in the discourse. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research needs to be done to find out the grammatical aspects of Sentilan Sentilun discourse. In addition, this research is also expected to add the enrichment of research on talk show discourse. This study uses discourse analysis techniques. The data source in this study is the Sentilan Sentilun talk show "DPR Library for Whom?". The data in this study are lingual units in the form of words, clauses, or sentences contained in the speech of the Sentilan Sentilun talk show " DPR Library for Whom?". The data in the study were analyzed using discourse analysis techniques, namely descriptive text analysis, interpretation, and explanation. The results of this study found several grammatical aspects contained in the Sentilan Sentilun text, including references, substitutions, ellipsis, and conjunctions. There are 3 forms of reference grammatical aspects: personal reference, demonstrative reference, and comparative reference. Persona references are 195, demonstrative references are 274, and comparative references are 2. The following grammatical aspect is substitution. The substitution in the Sentilan Sentilun talk show discourse is only in 2 clauses. In addition, the discourse of the Sentilan Sentilun talk show, grammatical aspects of the ellipsis were also found. The ellipsis contained in the discourse consists of 20 words, 31 phrases, 2 clauses, and 1 sentence. While the grammatical aspects of conjunctions are found in several forms, causality is 20 contradictions, 31 excesses 5, objectives 1, additives 20, as many as 13 alternatives, and sequential as many as 7. The dominant grammatical aspect that appears is the demonstrative reference, with a total 274. Keyword: discourse analysis, talkshow discourse, grammatical aspects.
