Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Analisis Dampak Program PNPM Terhadap Pemberdayaan Kelompok Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) Ditinjau Dari Pendekatan Maslahah, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dampak modal PNPM terhadap anggota SPP dan peningkatan pendapatan,perkembangan usaha, dan kegiatan kerja Di desa Gampong Blang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berhubungan dengan ide, persepsi, pendapat atau kepercayaan objek yang diteliti dampak program PNPM terhadap anggota SPP di desa Gampong Blang dengan data yang di peroleh dari hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bantuan modal PNPM-MP terhadap dana SPP sesuai dengan konteks Islam, dengan pemberian modal PNPM anggota SPP mampu mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Potensi PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Menjadi Emiten di Pasar Modal Syariah. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil wawancara dengan pihak Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Cabang Aceh, Broker Phintraco Sekuritas Aceh, Staf Officer Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Aceh, PT. Bank Aceh Syariah dan Tokoh Ekonomi. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan metode koding data hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PT. Bank Aceh Syariah memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi emiten di Pasar Modal Syariah yang didasarkan atas potensi keuangan, potensi standar pelayanan, potensi kualitas sumber daya manusia dan potensi jaringan kantor.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia’s product development entails the application of technology to the creation of product features for Wadiah and Mudharabah savings products, particularly the online account opening method. The purpose of this study was to establish the form of product feature development implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Aceh, as well as the impact of product development on client acquisition. This research use descriptive qualitative methodology. According to the findings of the study, Bank Syariah Indonesia’s product development may be categorized as modification and growth of product lines and complementary items. The results also indicate that the creation of this product was successful, as evidenced by the increase in the number of new Bank Syariah Indonesia clients who take advantage of the product's new features. In the first year after the launch of this feature in 2020, the number of customers increased by 15,992 or 96.58% compared to the previous year's total of 8,135 clients. This demonstrates that the usage of technology in Bank Syariah Indonesia’s product development has a favorable influence on customer growth.

Abstract

Objective – This research focuses on manufacturing companies with high growth rates, as measured by the Tobins'Q proxy. The high growth of a company is closely related to higher agency costs, compared to companies with low growth rates. We investigate the influence of the board of commissioners, directors, audit committees, bid-ask spreads on the high agency costs of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The indicator of agency costs in this study are the EXPR and AUR ratios.  Design/methodology – The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive random sampling resulted 111 samples of companies with high growth rates. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The first analysis with EXPR independent variable and the second analysis with AUR independent variable, both variables could be used as agency cost indicators.  Results – The result reveals that the board of commissioners and directors have a positive effect on the agency costs, which are measured by the EXPR and AUR ratios while the audit committee has a negative significant effect on the high agency costs as measured by the EXPR ratio. Moreover, bid-ask spread as a control variable has a significant positive effect on AUR. The presence of monitoring quality, pressure, reputation of the board of commissioners and audit committee will reduce the types of management policy which may increase agency conflict.

Abstract

The evolution of technology necessitates that banking creates an innovative and useful product for customers, such as mobile banking. This study examines the impact of perception and service quality on mobile banking usage through a quantitative methodology with a sample size of 100 respondents and the method of multiple regression analysis. Partial test results indicate that perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and service quality influence customer interest in mobile banking, however, perceived risk has no significant effect. The simultaneous test indicates that all variables have a favorable effect on client interest in mobile banking.

Abstract

Traditional use of the word "loyalty" refers to a customer's commitment to certain banking-related goods or brands. This research intends to assess the influence of image and service accessories on customer loyalty at the Singkil Branch of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah. All clients of the Bank Aceh Syariah Singkil Branch are the population for this associative quantitative study, and the sample approach is accidental sampling. A questionnaire with a Likert scale that was evaluated for validity and reliability was used to gather data. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis reveal that image and accessories have a considerable influence on consumer loyalty, either concurrently or separately. These findings emphasize the significance of a favorable image and appealing service accessories in fostering customer loyalty at the PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Singkil Branch. The implication is that businesses must continually monitor the image they convey to their clients and assure the provision of appealing service accessories.
