Abstract

This study aims to obtain the percentage of coarse aggregate combined between crushed stone and uncrushed stone which produces the optimum compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete. To achieve this goal, an experimental study was carried out in the laboratory using a cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 150 mm, a height of 300 mm with six variations of the mixture. Concrete mix planning is based on SNI 03-2834-2000 concerning Procedures for Making Normal Concrete Mixture Plans. The test results show that the greatest compressive strength and elastic modulus is produced by a concrete mixture in which all coarse aggregates use crushed stone with a compressive strength value of 10.12 MPa and an elastic modulus of 16413.57 MPa. For concrete mixtures that use a combination of the coarse aggregate of crushed stone and unbroken stone, the largest compressive strength and elastic modulus are produced from a mixture of 80% crushed stone and 20% uncrushed stone.

Abstract

This research was examine the potential for CO2 absorption and the provision of other ecosystem services of the Dipterocarpaceae-dominated Gunung Bondang Protection Forest in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan. The study focuses on potential carbon and ecosystem services in the form of CO2 sequestration, O2 production and payments in the form of Carbon creditsin the Gunung Bondang Protected Forest area.The study was conducted non-destructively using the parameters of the diameter and total height of the tree. The results showed the composition of the tree species was dominated by Dipterocarpaceae family, the potential biomass was 624.86 tons/ha, the potential C was 293.68 tons/ha and the potential of environmental services in the form of CO2 absorbed was 1,077.83 tons/ha, the production O2 was 786.81 tons/ha and the carbon credits was US$ 41,788/ha. Moreover, these result show the strong relevance of the Gunung Bondang Protection Forest for climate change mitigation. The protection and restoration of degraded forest parts contribute to the climate mitigation goals set by the Indonesian government, and the issuance of Carbon credits will be an important financial incentive for sustainable forest management and conservation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelaksanaan PLP I di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan hasil yang dicapai berupa pengetahuan akan kultur, manajemen dan dinamika sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif menggunakan Model CIPP dengan  pendekatan kuantitatif-asosiatif. Teknik analisa data berupa pengujian instrumen penelitian dan uji hipotesis. Hasil Uji Validitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian valid yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Koefisien korelasi setiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat lebih besar dari 0,599 yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Pada analisis regresi berganda diperoleh semua koefisien regresi bernilai positif yang berarti memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil Uji t, yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya, memberikan hasil bahwa variabel konteks dan proses berpengaruh secara signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi variabel 0,00 < 0,050 dan nilai thitung > ttabel. Variabel masukan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi variabel 0,252 > 0,050 dan nilai thitung < ttabel . Pada Uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel (54,913 > 2,72) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan PLP 1 di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan hasil yang dicapai.

Abstract

Building Engineering Education Study Program is part of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Palangka Raya University which has facilities and infrastructure to support teaching and learning activities. There are several problems faced by partners, especially clean water installations. The clean water installation consists of a toren (water reservoir) and a pipe network. The water pressure that comes out through the faucet is relatively small. This problem is very important to be resolved because the availability and smooth running of water is an absolute necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic. To prevent and break the chain of the spread of COVID-19, it is necessary to apply health protocols properly, one way is to wash hands frequently, which of course requires the availability of water. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to add an air pipe (ventilation). The addition of an air pipe can increase the flow of water. The increase in water discharge at point 1 is 25.93%, at point 2 is 1.98%.

Abstract

The people of the Misik Kalampangan area, which are located on peatlands, are not yet fully aware of the potential in their area. To turn this area into an agro-tourism, it is necessary to map the potential from the air using an aircraft (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle - UAV). This mapping process is also complemented by a direct observation survey in the Misik area with the aim of validating the results of visual interpretation of the resulting map product, so that the information conveyed on the map is in accordance with the conditions in the field. The product of this activity is a detailed scale photo map of the Misik area that can be used as the basis for land management planning in the Misik Kalampangan area. This activity was followed by the submission of photo map products which were attended by village officials and the community. Through this activity, the community is expected to be able to independently observe and update data on land cover changes and other phenomena that occur in the Misik area.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan komposisi agregat kasar gabungan Batu Banjarmasin dan Batu Merak dengan tambahan superplasticizer yang memberikan kuat tekan optimum. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian di laboratorium menggunakan benda uji silinder dengan diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm. Terdapat 2 jenis campuran yaitu campuran beton tanpa superplasticizer dan campuran beton dengan tambahan superplasticizer. Masing-masing campuran tersebut terdiri dari 4 variasi campuran. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian beton tanpa superplasticizer kuat tekan optimum dicapai pada campuran dengan prosentase 50% Batu Banjarmasin-50% Batu Merak sebesar 27,10 MPa. Kuat tekan beton dengan proporsi campuran 60% Batu Banjarmasin-40% Batu Merak, 70% Batu Banjarmasin-30% Batu Merak, 80% Batu Banjarmasin-20% Batu Merak berturut-turut 24,61 MPa; 22,09 MPa dan 19,29 MPa. Kuat tekan optimum beton dengan tambahan superplasticizer dicapai pada campuran dengan prosentase 50% Batu Banjarmasin-50% Batu Merak sebesar 37,18 MPa. Kuat tekan beton dengan proporsi campuran 60% Batu Banjarmasin-40% Batu Merak, 70% Batu Banjarmasin-30% Batu Merak, 80% Batu Banjarmasin-20% Batu Merak berturut-turut 31,51 MPa; 24,25 MPa dan 25,34 MPa. Campuran beton dengan tambahan superplasticizer memberikan hasil kuat tekan yang lebih besar dibanding campuran beton tanpa superplasticizer. Kata kunci: Sifat fisik agregat, agregat kasar, kuat tekan, superplasticizer  Abstract This study aims to obtain the composition of the combined coarse aggregate of Banjarmasin Stone and Merak Stone with the addition of superplasticizer which provides optimum compressive strength. Based on the test results of concrete without superplasticizer, the optimum compressive strength was achieved in a mixture with a percentage of 50% Banjarmasin Stone-50% Merak Stone of 27.10 MPa. The compressive strength of concrete with a mixture proportion of 60% Banjarmasin Stone-40% Merak Stone, 70% Banjarmasin Stone-30% Merak Stone, 80% Banjarmasin Stone-20% Merak Stone respectively 24.61 MPa; 22.09 MPa and 19.29 MPa. The optimum compressive strength of concrete with the addition of superplasticizer was achieved in a mixture with a percentage of 50% Banjarmasin Stone-50% Merak Stone of 37.18 MPa. The compressive strength of concrete with a mixture proportion of 60% Banjarmasin Stone-40% Merak Stone, 70% Banjarmasin Stone-30% Merak Stone, 80% Banjarmasin Stone-20% Merak Stone respectively 31.51 MPa; 24.25 MPa and 25.34 MPa. Concrete mixes with the addition of superplasticizers give greater compressive strength results than concrete mixes without superplasticizers. Keywords: aggregate physical properties, coarse aggregate, compressive strenght, superplasticizer

Abstract

The chicken roaster has a function for roasting, by utilizing air for cooking it is considered more energy efficient than using charcoal completely. In the process, the charcoal used has weaknesses, such as the smoke produced and the preparation time is quite long. In addition, the food also becomes less hygienic and easy to burn. To overcome this, through community service activities, it is realized by making grills that are faster and easier by utilizing used waste. In the design, analysis is carried out to find out how far the usefulness of the tool according to the user. From the results of the questionnaire obtained three variables, namely the safety features of the tool and the ease of following the instructions for use which have a high index of 97%. For the next variable followed by tool design and color composition by 94%.

Abstract

Universitas Palangka Raya, Jl. Yos Sudarso - Palangka Raya, 74874 Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu penunjang dalam bentuk sarana dan fasilitas untuk pendidikan, perpustakaan memiliki peran yang penting terutama pada jenjang perguruan tinggi. Keberadaan perpustakaan sendiri tentu harus memberi kesan kenyaman baik dilihat dari dalam ataupun luar ruangan oleh pemustaka. Universitas Palangka Raya, saat ini jika dilihat dari kondisi fisik perpustakaan dapat dikatakan tidak memberikan kesan menarik serta kenyaman untuk sebuah perpustakaan dan menyebabkan rendahnya minat baca mahasiswa atau pemustaka yang datang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat kembali perencanaan dan perancangan perpustakaan Universitas Palangka Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah menggunakan Arsitektur Eco-Tech, dengan mengedepankan prinsip yang berwawasan lingkungan ataupun efisiensi energi, agar konsisten terhadap konsep yang ramah lingkungan tanpa adanya perubahan yang merusak lingkungan
