Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengatahui pengaruh supervisi akademik dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Liukang Tangaya se-kecamatan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif  menggunakan studi regresi. Populasi penelitian guru SMP Negeri Liukang Tangaya se-kecamatan. Sampel penelitian sebaganyak 3 sekolah SMP Negeri 4, SMP Negeri 7, SMP Negeri 8. Prosedur pengumpulan data melalui angket, dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data mengunakan uji persyaratan Intrumen, uji persyaratan analisis data, uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya, dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,867. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa 86,7% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh supervisi akademik dan motivasi berprestasi. Sedangkan 13,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to: (1) Explain the effect of Education Level on Teacher Performance. (2) Explaining the effect of training on teacher performance. (3) Explaining the effect of Teaching Experience on Teacher Performance. (4) Explaining the influence of Education, Training and Teaching Experience on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of the research that have been carried out state that (1) the level of education has a negative and significant influence on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (2) There is a significant positive effect of training on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (3) There is a significant positive effect of Pursuit Experience on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant effect between the level of education, training and teaching experience on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. Keywords: Education, Training, Teaching Experience and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang bersifat valid, praktis dan efektif. Pengembangan modul praktikum ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D oleh thiagarajan yang meliputi tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebarluasan (disseminate). Modul praktikum ini telah melalui tahap validasi oleh validator ahli dan telah melalui uji coba terbatas, serta mengalami revisi oleh pengembang sehingga menghasilkan modul praktikum yang bersifat valid, praktis dan efektif. Hasil penelitian pengembangan modul praktikum ini adalah : 1) penilaian kevalidan ahli materi sebesar 3,65 dengan kategori sangat valid, hasil penilaian tampilan modul sebesar 3,68 juga memperoleh kategori sangat valid. 2) respon peserta didik dan guru juga memperoleh 83,14% dan 88,98% dengan kategori sangat tinggi sehingga modul praktikum dikatakan praktis; 3) pada tahap uji coba terbatas kepada 32 peserta didik kelas XI MIA di SMAN 5 Makassar memperoleh masing-masing rata-rata 87,50% yang berada pada kategori tinggi, sehingga modul praktikum dikatakan efektif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah modul praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang dikembangkan dengan model 4D bersifat valid, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Modul praktikum, Inkuiri terbimbing, Larutan penyangga ABSTRACT This study was a research and development that aimed to develop a experiment module based on guided inquiry which valid, effective, and practic. The development of this experiment module reffered development model of 4-D by thiagarajan that included are define, design, develop and disseminate of phases. This experiment module has validated by expert, and had been tried limitedly, and revised by order to obtain avalid, practical and effective experiment module. The result of this study were: 1) Validation of the validity of the material expert was 3.65 with a very valid category, the module display evaluation was 3.68 which very valid category; 2) students and teachers responses received 83,14% and 88.98% which very high category, so experiment module could be said practical; 3) in phase of tried limitedly to 32 students of class XI MIA SMAN 5 Makassar obtained the average score of students learning result was 87,50% which was high category. Experiment module could be said effective. The conclusion of this research was experiment module based on guided inquiry developed by 4D model was valid, practical, and effective to use on learning. Abstract

PPenelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui pengaruh pembelajaran klasikal dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD Negeri 1 Balang Lompo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa berjumlah 204 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan cluster random sampling maka sampel penelitian yang diambil yaitu kelas IV sebanyak 33 orang dan kelas V sebanyak 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angkat dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembelajaran klasikal dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dimana kontribusi pengaruh  simultan  sebesar  17,6 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 82,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran klasikal berpengruh terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa SD Negeri 1 Balang Lompo

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To explain how school planning at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros , (2) To explain how the implementation of the school program at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros , (3) To explain how the leadership of the principal at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros and (4) To explain how the implementation of school supervision at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros . This research is a qualitative research with a narrative approach and takes place at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros. The subjects in this study were residents of SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros (Principal, Deputy Head, Head of Administration and Administrative Officer). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation as well as techniques to check the validity of the data, researchers use triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of education management standards in improving school quality at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo, Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros is by (1) Planning the education program at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros has been carried out by referring to education management standards in an effort to improve quality. Program planning at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros stands out more than the other standard points. (2) Implementation of work programs at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros has referred to the RKS and quality improvement. However, there are still many work programs that have not been realized, such as extracurricular activities, improvement of school facilities and infrastructure, due to very few school funding constraints. Therefore, priority work programs are more important. (3) The principal has carried out supervisory activities in improving the quality of the school. This activity is carried out every day. However, it is not in accordance with education management standards. (4) Principal leadership at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros has been carried out with reference to education management standards in improving school quality.Keywords: School Quality Improvement, Education Management Standards
