ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan KSP Suka Dami tahun 2013 - 2017 dengan mengunakan rasio likuiditas, Solvabilitas dan Rasio Rentabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Koperasi simpan Pinjam Suka Damai Kecamatan Macang Pacar kabupaten Manggarai Barat Pada bulan Juli Sampai bulan Agustus 2018. Obyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kinerja keuangan selama limatahun sebelum 2013-2017 Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sukadamai di Desa Pacar.Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan laporan keuangan dari koperasi Suka Damai. Sampel adalah Sebagian dari laporan keuangan dari koperasi. Suka Damai yang menjadi populasi disini adalah: laporan keuangan di tahun 2013-2017. Metode analisis data pada laporan keuangan yang digunakan untuk mengukur, mengetahui, menggambarkan, menentukan serta membandingkan proporsi pada pos-pos dalam laporan neraca, laba rugi dan arus kas. hasil penelitian ini yaitu tahun 2013 sampai tahun2017 pada umumnya baik artinya sudah memenuhi kriteria yang sangat bagus Perkembangan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas pada KSP Suka Damai dari tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2017 Kata-Kata Kunci: koperasi , Kinerja Keuangan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Dana BOS dalam meningkatkan Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) pada SDN Pajjaiang 2 Kec.Biringkanaya Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data menggunakan metode deskriptif terhadap pengelolaan dana BOS dalam meningkan proses belajar mengajar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapengelolaan dana BOS triwulan I tahun 2014 telah dibelanjakan sesuai Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS) SDN Pajjaiang 2 Kec. Biringkanaya Makassar, guna meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar.

The aims of this study are to: (1) Explain the effect of Education Level on Teacher Performance. (2) Explaining the effect of training on teacher performance. (3) Explaining the effect of Teaching Experience on Teacher Performance. (4) Explaining the influence of Education, Training and Teaching Experience on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of the research that have been carried out state that (1) the level of education has a negative and significant influence on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (2) There is a significant positive effect of training on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (3) There is a significant positive effect of Pursuit Experience on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant effect between the level of education, training and teaching experience on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of planning, implementation, and evaluation in the character education program and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects and information sources were the principal, deputy head of the curriculum section, deputy head of the student section, counseling teacher, Islamic Education subject teacher, PKn subject teacher, and social studies subject teacher. The technique of data collection is done by observation, interviews and review of the documents of the SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. In analyzing the data, steps are taken, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusions and verification. The validity test of the data is done by triangulation.The conclusions in this study are, 1) Planning for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out through 3 processes, namely socialization of character education, compiling curriculum, and managing school culture and extracurricular activities; 2) Implementation of the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out in: (a) learning activities, (b) school cultural activities; and (c) extracurricular activities. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supervision, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of implementation. 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supporting factors include (a) conducive situation, (b) programmed activities, (c) supporting infrastructure facilities, (d) Human Resources, leadership, and good teacher attitudes, while inhibiting factors include: (a) lack of communication between the school and parents, (b) awareness of students who are still lacking, and (c) different understanding of school people about character education. This study examines the implementation of industrial work practice programs (Prakerin/ Workmanship) at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng. The purpose of this research is to find out the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising industrial work practices at Soppeng Vocational School 1. This research will benefit the implementation and development of industrial work practices, especially the apprenticeship managers, namely principals, teachers, and the business world/industrial world. This study uses descriptive qualitative method to analyze the implementation of industrial work practice programs at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng. The sources of data in this study are the Principal, teachers, students, alumni, and the business world/industrial world. Data collection in this study is by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the planning of industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng has been running in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. Organizing industrial work practices at Soppeng 1 State Vocational School is in accordance with school organization standards. The implementation of industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng is carried out well and optimally. While the supervision of industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng involves school stakeholders so that it is well implemented, especially regarding the suitability and quality of students with the competencies that have been owned at the time of implementation of the business practice in the business/industrial world.Keywords: Implementation, Prakerin/Workmanship, planning, organization, actuation, and supervision

Abstract The purpose of this research was to: (1) the description of academic supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic period, (2) the description of teacher work discipline during the COVID-19 pandemic period, and (3) the significant effects of academic supervision on teacher work discipline during the covid-19 pandemic period. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populations in the study were all 23 teachers. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling, so that the samples of 23 people were selected. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using a descriptive analysis in the form of percentages and inferential analysis using analyses of prerequisite tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient determination tests. The results showed that (1) the description of academic supervision during the covid-19 pandemic period descriptively tended to be in very good criteria, with a percentage of 93.48%, (2) the description of teacher work discipline during the covid-19 pandemic period descriptively tended to be in very good criteria, with a percentage of 89.49%, and (3) there was a significant influence of academic supervision on teacher work discipline during the covid-19 pandemic period, where the probability value was fewer than the significant level (0.034 < 0.05).

This study aims to find out: (1) teachers' efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students at UPT SPF SDN Kumaladan (2) obstacles faced by teachers in increasing the learning motivation of students at UPT SPF SDN Kumala?This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal and teacher of UPT SPF SDN Kumaladan. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification.The results showed that; 1) the teacher's efforts to increase the learning motivation of students by giving praise, arousing curiosity, giving gifts, using simulation methods and games in learning activities and giving tasks as a form of reinforcement;2) there are obstacles for teachers in increasing the learning motivation of students, namely, obstacles from students who lack interest in learning, obstacles from the family environment in this case the lack of attention of parents of students and obstacles from the school environment which is still inadequate in supporting learning implementation activities. This study aims to determine: (1) Utilization of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN No. 110 Inpres Mattopodalle in Takalar Regency; and (2) what are the obstacles that hinder the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN Number 110 Inpres Mattopodalle in Takalar Regency This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers of SDN Number 110 Inpres Mattompodalle in Takalar Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification The results showed that (1) the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN 110 Inpres Mattompodalle, Takalar Regency had never been used by teachers in the implementation of learning. Teachers prefer to teach in the classroom rather than outside the classroom by using a learning resource environment. (2) The constraints on the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for students at SDN 110 Inpres Mattopodalle, Takalar Regency were not implemented due to the teacher's preference for teaching in the classroom rather than outside the classroom. Guru dikatakan berhasil dalam mendidik siswa apabila motivasi dan hasil belajar diperoleh dengan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahuai pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay terhadapat motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pembelajaran IPS Kelas IV SDN 29.4 Majannang. Motode yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Sampel penelitian mengunakan teknik rondom sampling sehingga terdapat dua kelas terpilih yakni kelas eksperimen dan kelas control. Teknik pengumpulan datang yang digunakan adalah tes, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa uji persyarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian melaporkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, yang ditandai dengan perolehan nilai traf signifikansi 0,00 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay harus diperdayakan di sekolah dengan baik karena memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas sekolah dan tata ruangan kantor terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMPN 3 Lilirilau. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru PNS maupun no PNS berjumlah 20 orang. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan representative sehingga yang terpilih menjadi sampel penelitian adalah guru PNS sebanyak 18 orang. Pengumpulan data saat penelitian dilaksanakan dengan cara observasi, penyebaran angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitas sekolah dan tata ruang kantor secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMPN 3 Lilirilau dengan nilai R-Squere sebesar 86,8 % dan analisis regresi berganda menunjukan Y=8,781+0,250x1+0,582x2. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa seorang guru akan mempunyai produktivitas kerja yang tinggi apabila fasilitas sekolah dan tata ruang kantor lengkap dan tertata dengan baik.
