Abstract

Banyak instansi khususnya sekolah masih menganggap manajemen aset secara fisik hanyalah sekedar instrumen pengelolaan daftar aset. Realita di lapangan menunjukan banyak kasus yang sebenarnya dimulai dari salah kelola dan salah urus masalah aset; sehingga berdampak kerugian yang tidak sedikit. Manajemen aset adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang terdiri dari indentifikasi aset apa yang dibutuhkan; memperoleh  aset; menyediakan logistic dan sistem pendukung pemeliharaan dari asset dan penghapusan atau pembaharuan asset sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien. Untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan  bagi pengguna di sekolah dalam memanajemen aset sekolah diperlukan fitur tambahan yaitu RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) adalah sistem identifikasi tanpa kabel yang memungkinkan pengambilan data tanpa harus bersentuhan. Prototipe adalah pengembangan yang cepat dan pengujian terhadap model kerja prototipe dari aplikasi baru melalui proses interaksi dan berulang-ulang yang biasa digunakan ahli sistem informasi dan ahli bisnis. Prototipe disebut juga desain aplikasi cepat (rapid application design atau RAD) karena menyederhanakan dan mempercepat desain sistem. Dengan adanya sistem manajemen aset yang baru; modern; sistematis; valid dan real time dapat memudah pekerjaan mengelola aset sekolah dengan baik dan benar; dan dapat meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi akibat kesalahan dalam pengelolaan Aset di sekolah.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan Internet, menjadikan bidang pendidikan pun ikutmengalami perkembangan. Terutama metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online yang biasadisebut dengan e-learning. Salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi Google Classroom. Dalampemanfaatan aplikasi Google Classroom menjadikan pembelajaran lebih efektif dan efesien dikarenakanguru dan siswa dapat setiap saat berinteraksi secara online di aplikasi Google Classroom, dimana siswadapat belajar, berdiskusi, mengunduh materi, dan mengirim tugas dari jarak jauh. Oleh karenanya tujuandalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pembelajaran dan sertaworkshop tentang optimalisasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Google Classroom di SMK DarulMuin. Diharapkan dengan adanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat membantu guru dan siswadalam belajar mengajar menggunakan media aplikasi Google Classroom.

Abstract

The industrial sector in a company, especially those engaged in the industrial sector, cannot be separated from a problem, namely the existence of an increasingly competitive level of competition. This competition forces companies to be able to adjust marketing strategies or productivity in order to survive and even have to increase the amount of production. Production itself is an effort or activity to add value to an item. The direction of activity is aimed at efforts to make arrangements which in nature can add to or create the use of an item or possibly a service. At the D'leg Cake & Bakery Shop, it is a home industry company operating in the food sector in the form of bread, the company produces bread with variants of white bread, bread sweet combination, sweet bread filled with chocolate, sweet bread filled with cheese, sweet bread filled with milk, sweet bread filled with nuts and wheat bread. Based on the number of requests obtained, it can be seen that there is uncertainty about the number of requests from the public as consumers. Based on the uncertainty of the number of requests which also results in uncertainty in producing bread. In this study, the authors used a system development method, namely the Simple Additive Wighting (SAW) method. This method was chosen because the basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes.

Abstract

Elfiza Celluler is a shop engaged in the sale and purchase of used mobile phones, quota vouchers, mobile phone accessories and computer accessories which is located at Jalan Kampung Masjid RT.03, RW.07, Mekarwangi Village, Tanah Sereal District, Bogor City. However, the rapid development of inventory technology at this time has made many stores, especially Elfiza Cellular, begin to develop a goods inventory system by creating a web-based inventory application. However, Elfiza Cellular does not yet have a computerized goods inventory system or a web-based goods inventory application. With this web-based goods inventory application, it is hoped that it can be a solution to problems that exist at Elfiza Cellular in managing store data such as: incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, goods requests, goods returns, supplier data, goods stock report data, and can determine the number of orders of goods efficiently.

Abstract

Monitoring and assessment activities are the main activities in the world of education. However, these activities can’t be implemented optimally. Parents still have difficulty monitoring their children's learning activities at school. Notification of student achievement (grades) is only done at the time of the final report’s reception. Parents can only get the final result of their children’s learning activities without being able to monitor their children’s learning process. Notification of administrative issues (education donations, books, etc) is usually notified before the reception of report cards. In addition, assessment is still done manually, as a result, parents, and students still difficult to know the grades and results of the learning process at the time. Therefore, we need a system that facilitates the process of monitoring and assessment of students, both for teachers and parents to overcome this problem. The research aims to develop a student assessment and monitoring system. The methods to develop this system are data collection, hardware and software analysis, system design and analysis, and system implementation and testing. The result of this research is a system that can help teachers to manage student grades, and facilitate the parents to monitor and get information about their children’s learning activities.
