Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Kejelasan Peran Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kejelasan Peran berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To identify and analyze the effect of role clarity on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Role clarity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi province. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN in the field of Regional Property Management in South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah memiliki pengaruh PAD terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, dana perimbangan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan bagaiamana Pengaruh PAD terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, dana perimbangan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan dan apakah memiliki pengaruh PAD terhadap tingkat kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi, dana perimbangan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analisys). Menurut David Garson (2003) Path Analisys sebagai model perluasan regresi yang digunakan untuk menguji keselarasan matriks korelasi dengan dua model atau lebih model sebab akibat yang dibandingkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) berpengaruh Positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik. Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan dan tidak signifikan secara statistik. Dana Perimbangan dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Palopo akan tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik. Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Palopo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) menganalisa pola pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengklasifikasian kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) menganalisa tingkat ketimpangan ekonomi antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (3) menguji Hipotesis Kuznets di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu melalukan studi kepustakaan dari publikasi data-data statistik oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber-sumber pustaka lain yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2015–2019: (1) perekonomian Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mengalami pertumbuhan yang fluktuatif, tapi lebih tinggi dari pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional; (2) Berdasarkan Tipologi Klassen, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan hanya terdiri atas empat tipologi wilayah yaitu Daerah Cepat–Maju dan Cepat–Tumbuh, Daerah Maju Tapi Tertekan, Daerah Berkembang Cepat; dan Daerah Relatif Tertinggal; (3) Hipotesis U Terbalik Kuznet tidak berlaku di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan di mana hubungan antara angka indeks Williamson dan indeks Entropi Theil tidak menunjukkan kurva U Terbalik. This research was conducted with the objectives of: (1) analyzing patterns of economic growth and classification of districts / cities in South Sulawesi Province; (2) analyzing the level of economic inequality between districts / cities in South Sulawesi Province; (3) testing the Kuznets Hypothesis in South Sulawesi Province. This research uses secondary data, namely through literature studies from the publication of statistical data by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that during the 2015–2019 period: (1) the economy of South Sulawesi Province experienced fluctuating growth, but higher than the national economic growth; (2) Based on Klassen's typology, South Sulawesi Province only consists of four regional typologies, namely Fast-Forward and Fast-Growing Areas, Advanced But Depressed Areas, Fast Developing Areas; and Relatively Disadvantaged Areas; (3) Kuznet's Inverted U hypothesis does not apply in South Sulawesi Province where the relationship between Williamson index and Theil's Entropy index does not show an Inverted U curve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan 1) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh langsung komunikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap Customer Satisfaction 2) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh langsung kominikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan 3) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh tidak langsung komunikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas melalui Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner sebanyak 110 responden dengan populasi 152. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan April 2021 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS V. 25 dan Amos v 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. (4) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas Pelanggan (5) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas (6) Komunkiasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui Customer Satisfaction (7) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui Customer Satisfaction. This research was conducted 1) To analyze the direct influence of communication and trust on Customer Satisfaction 2) To analyze the direct influence of cominikasi and trust on customer loyalty 3) To analyze the indirect influence of communication and trust on loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This study used quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires of 110 respondents with a population of 152. This research was conducted from April 2021 to July 2021. The data was analyzed using spss programs V. 25 and Amos v 25. The results of this study showed that: (1) communication has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. (4) Organizational communication has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer loyalty (5) Trust positively and significantly affects loyalty (6) Communion positively and significantly affects loyalty through Customer Satisfaction (7) Trust positively and significantly affects loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To Analyze the Effect of Education Level Partially on Unemployment in Makassar City, 2) To Analyze the Effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product Partially on Unemployment in Makassar City, and 3) To Analyze the Effect of Education Level and Gross Regional Domestic Product simultaneously against unemployment in Makassar City. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the level of education had no significant effect on the unemployment rate in Makassar City. Gross Regional Domestic Product did not significantly influence unemployment in Makassar city and together with the education level of funds the gross regional domestic product did not significantly influence unemployment in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital marketing affecting consumer loyalty of the Shopee application in Makassar City; to analyze the brand image affecting consumer loyalty of the Shopee application in Makassar City; to analyze digital marketing affecting the repurchase intention of the Shopee application in Makassar City; to analyze the brand image effect on the repurchase intention of the Shopee application in Makassar City; to analyze repurchase intention affecting consumer loyalty of the Shopee application in Makassar City; to analyze repurchase intention able to mediate the influence of digital marketing on consumer loyalty of the Shopee application in Makassar City; to analyze repurchase intention is able to mediate the influence of brand image on consumer loyalty of the Shopee application in Makassar City. This research approach uses a scientific approach. In this study, the target population is all consumers who have made purchases on the Shopee application in Makassar City. By using purposive sampling, the total sample was 105 respondents who used the Shopee application in Makassar City. The results of this study show that Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; Brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; Brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; repurchase intention has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; repurchase intention is able to mediate the influence of digital marketing on consumer loyalty; Repurchase intention is able to mediate the influence of brand image on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The Palm Sugar Craftsmen Group in Borisallo Village is one of the sugar producing groups in Tinggi Mocong District, Gowa Regency with 20 members. The potential for palm sugar raw material sourced from sap water is quite large to be developed in the future, considering that this area has very adequate palm tree potential. ends in October 2020. The method used in PKM activities is a method of training and mentoring partners related to production, branding, packaging, and marketing processes to change the group production process from traditional methods to more advanced by implementing innovations in sugar in the form of liquid sugar ant sugar and sugar molding with a new method. Through service activities, the community can help partners to facilitate through entrepreneurial guidance and training, so that they can produce sugar variants through product diversification, packaging and branding so as to increase added value and increase group income

Abstract

This service is carried out to increase the ability of partners to create home industry products, change in productivity insights for productive people in entrepreneurship, increase household income in supporting the family economy. From the results of monitoring and evaluation, it is concluded that (1). The IbM program is very beneficial for the taklim assembly group, because with the home industry making beautiful banana nugget products, it can help increase the income of mothers. (2) The ibM Program Team and the Taklim Assembly group partners who have been given guidance and practice in making products can take advantage of the regional potential in their plantations or around their environment so that they can open up job opportunities and increase family income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makasar bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh, investasi dan Inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Makassar selama kurun waktu 2008-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series tahun 2008-2017 dan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi masalah krusial dan strategis di dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Investasi berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan Ekonomi, hal ini disebabkan bahwa investasi yang ada di kota Makassar lebih banyak pada Invetasi yang sifatnya konsumtif sehingga efek multipliernya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat kecil. (2) Inflasi berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.
