Abstract

This study was conducted, first, analyzed to determine the learning styles of students excel in Mathematics and Science subjects in class XI SMAN 1 and MAN 1 Yogyakarta by applying the theory of David Kolb's learning style. Second, to predict the differences and similarities of learning styles of students achievement in learning Mathematics Class XI SMAN 1 and MAN 1 Yogyakarta. 18 research subjects were drawn from students of class XI. Determining the subject of research is done by using purposive sampling technique that refers to the result of the average value of UTS Mathematics which is the third highest of any class. The results showed that: (1). Students' learning styles achievement in Mathematics and Science subjects in class XI SMA N 1 and MAN 1 Yogyakarta is varied. This is evidenced by the results if the data obtained show that the student has a unique learning style of each and likely to lead to the individual's personality. Based on the analysis of student learning styles achievement shows that students SMA N 1 Yogyakarta been the subject of much research as 4 students have a learning style Assimilator, 3 students have learning styles Konverger, one student has a learning style Akomodator and one student has a learning style Diverger again. While students perform at MAN 1 Yogyakarta who is the subject of research, as many as four people have Akomodator learning styles, each two students have learning styles Assimilator and Diverger, then one student again has a learning style Konverger. (2). Differences in learning styles that happens is the individual habits that become unique to them. Students perform at SMA N 1 Yogyakarta dominates the Assimilator learning styles, while students of MAN 1 Yogyakarta dominates the Akomodator learning styles.

Abstract

Analisis sosiometri merupakan salah satu teknik BK non tes yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan sosial individu dalam kelompoknya. Melalui analisis sosiometri didapatkan informasi siswa yang terisolir dalam kelompoknya, sehingga penting bagi mereka untuk menumbuhkan interpersonal skill melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling supaya siswa tersebut lebih mampu mengenal dan mengelola pola komunikasi dengan lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumentasi sosiometri berupa angket. Adapun hasil analisis sosiometri di kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Sukajaya menunjukan bahwa terdapat 5 siswa yang masuk pada kategori terisolir karena sama sekali tidak mendapatkan arah pilih siswa. Pengembangan interpersonal skill siswa dapat diupayakan melalui program layanan bimbingan dan konseling pribadi sosial. Salah satunya adalah mengikuti kegiatan intra dan ekstra kulikuler yang telah disediakan oleh sekolah. Lebih lanjut pada waktu tertentu mereka perlu dilatih untuk dijadikan pemimpin dalam kelompoknya, sehingga ia memiliki tanggung jawab penuh atas kendali kelompok dan ia dapat merasakan memiliki peran penting bagi orang lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group work training to increase the adaptability career of students. The unemployment that occurred in Indonesia is caused by college graduates that are not ready in terms of both skills and knowledge. Unemployment is also caused by the mismatch between the majors in college and work and ideals, low salary, and unpreparedness to accept changes. Quasi-experimental research methods and purposive sampling are executed. There are 66 of 388 students categorized in low and very low career adaptability. These 66 students are divided into two equal groups: every 33 students in the experimental and control group. For those in the experimental group are trained with the group work method. Based on a calculation using the Wilcoxon Pair Test p = 0.000 was obtained with ɑ = 0.05. To determine the effect of group work training towards career adaptability of students is by comparing the probability value (p) obtained by ɑ = 0:05. The study result indicated to reject the null hypothesis (Ho), which means there is a significant difference between the experimental and control gain. It could be argued that effective workgroup training effects to increase the career adaptability of Education Department students of Jakarta State University.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan group work terhadap peningkatan adaptabilitas karir mahasiswa jurusan kependidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Banyaknya pengagguran yang terjadi di Indonesia disebabkan oleh lulusan perguruan tinggi yang tidak siap pakai baik dari segi keterampilan dan pengetahuan. Pengangguran juga disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara jurusan dengan pekerjaan dan cita-cita, gaji yang kurang, serta ketidaksiapan menerima perubahan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari 388 sampel, terdapatlah 66 orang mahasiswa yang memiliki kategori rendah dan sangat rendah. Adapun 66 orang mahasiswa tersebut dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu sebanyak 33 orang pada kelompok eksperimen dan 33 orang pada kelompok kontrol. Hasil pelatihan di dapat bahwa berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon pair test diperoleh p= 0,000. Dengan ɑ=0,05. Dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pengaruh pelatihan group work terhadap adaptabilitas karir mahasiswa adalah dengan membandingkan nilai probabilitas (p) yang diperoleh dengan ɑ =0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut artinya tolak hipotesis nol (Ho), bahwa pelatihan group work efektif (berpengaruh) meningkatkan adaptabilitas karir mahasiswa jurusan kependidikan UNJ

Abstract

The concept of mental health in adolescents is very important to understand, especially from an Islamic perspective. Because teenagers are vulnerable to an identity crisis, so the concept of mental health from an Islamic perspective can be the basis for teenagers in thinking and behaving. Therefore, this study aims to make individuals, especially teenagers, aware of how to maintain mental health and what changes occur during adolescence by exploring Islamic education patterns that are in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah. The research method used is library research. Retrieval of sources of date and information obtained through journals, books, newspaper or online information, and other sources. Based on the result of the search and date analysis, it can be concluded that the mental health of adolescents in an Islamic perspective, at least they can already know and implement worship practices according to Islamic teachings, are able to face various problems in life. Can adapt to changes new, establish a good relationship with the surrounding environment and strengthen the relationship with God.AbstrakKonsep kesehatan mental diusia remaja penting untuk dapat dicapai dalam prespektif Islam. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat membuat semua individu dapat tersadarkan mengenai kesehatan mental yang terjadi dalam usia remaja dan dapat pula mengetahui apa saja perubahan kondisi dalam usia remaja dan juga dapat menerapkan pola pendidikan Islam yang sesuai dengan Al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi keperpustakaan ( library research) ) dengan jenis pendekatan pendekatan, dimana melakukan pengambilan sumber data dan informasi melalui jurnal, buku, artikel dsb.Kemudian pembahasan ini peneliti mengulas kembali dari hasil jurnal yang ditulis oleh Subur pada tahun 2006 yang berjudul “peran pendidikan agama Islam dalam perkembangan jiwa remaja”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya bahwa dapat dikatakan usia remaja seharusnya dapat mengetahui dalam penerapan praktik-praktik ibadah, dapat mengahadapi berbagai permasalahan yang dialaminya, dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan baru, menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan lingkungan sekitar lalu yang terpenting adalah mempererat hubungan dengan Tuhan. Sehingga hal tersebut dapat dikatakan kesehatan mental remaja yang baik dan sesuai dengan prespektif agama Islam.

Abstract

Based on the author's observations on grade IX MTs Al-Irsyadiyah students, Bogor Regency. Some students still have difficulty being active in material they do not understand and are less able to express their opinions while studying. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Innovative learning in SKI subjects and to determine the influence of Innovative learning on student creativity in SKI subjects. The method used in this study is quantitative with a field research approach to obtain or collect information about the influence of learning on the creativity of grade IX students at MTs Al-Irsyadiyah Bogor Regency. Then a simple linear regression test was carried out using SPSS 22 to determine the significant results of the effect of innovative learning on the creativity of grade IX students in MTs. Al-Irsyadiyah Bogor with the T test. If T is calculated with a significant level of 0.05% with free degrees (df) = N-2 (38-2) = 36, Tcalculate = 2.707 > Ttable 1688. Because Thitung > Ttabel, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is an influence of innovative learning on the creativity of grade IX students at MTs Al-Irsyadiah, Bogor Regency Keywords: .
