Abstract

The implementation of work from home certainly has a positive and negative impact on employee work productivity, this paper provides a description of whether or not the work system needs to be continued after the pandemic ends or an evaluation is required considering the emergence of a deadly new type of covid 19 virus variant, it is very possible for government organizations to carry out WFH, this study aims to describe the implementation of work from home and explain its implications,The dimensions of feasibility, availability, speed of response, physical environment, data security, office equipment, and technical support have not been effective, whereas work supervision has been running quite effectively, if there are several employees who experience a decrease in work productivity while working from home, this is based on an assessment of the ability to carry out tasks, work enthusiasm, and motivation to develop oneself, as w workplace. compatible, domestic disturbances in households, the absence of standard operating procedures that touch on technical issues, operating hours restrictions, a lack of conducive communication between superiors and subordinates, and a growing mindset that work from home is perceived as only an appeal/temporary recommendation During an emergency,it is not a binding regulation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of forestry resource utilization policies, and the factors that influence the successful implementation of forestry resource utilization policies in Konawe Selatan District. This study uses a qualitative research approach to investigate and analyze three pillars of the implementation process, namely the elaboration of policies, organizing the implementing apparatus, and budgeting and spending; and the influence of resource factors, implementing organization characteristics, implementing attitudes, and the conditions of the target group, on the implementation process. Primary and secondary data were collected by interview, observation, and document study methods, then analyzed by interactive analysis procedures which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification.The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy on the utilization of forestry resources which includes the elaboration of policies, the organizing of the implementing apparatus, and the preparation of budgets and expenditures, has not run effectively. In these three processes there are still gaps so that the achievement of policy objectives seen from the perspective of household welfare, the policy objectives have not been achieved well. The gap in the implementation of forestry resource utilization policies occurs because of the influence of budgetary resource factors that are lower than needed, implementing organizations that do not yet have adequate service standards and human resource competencies, implementation who do not understand the basic tasks and functions of the organization, and target groups who are still depressed by poverty and low education.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Opportunities for Small Business in the Palm Oil Industry Development Area of PT. Damai Jaya Lestari in Polinggona District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The research informants consisted of company elements, community elements and local observers in Polinggona District. Data collection uses: interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses analysis of data reduction, data presentation and verification.The results of this study indicate that: Identified business opportunities in Polinggona Sub-District there are 9 micro businesses, namely credit business, electricity tokens, workshops, photocopies, basic food stores, pest / fertilizer poisons, clothing sellers, brown sugar making, food stalls, tempeh factories and tofu. With the implementation of these opportunities, people can think creatively or take advantage of these opportunities optimally by knowing several opportunities sources such as self-awareness, the surrounding environment, changes that occur, consumers, other people's ideas, and information obtained, so that it can be said small businesses that have an impact on the industry in the Polinggona Subdistrict, Kolaka District.ABSTRAK        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peluang Bisnis Usaha Kecil Pada Wilayah Pengembangan Industri Kelapa Sawit PT. Damai Jaya Lestari Di Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka Sulawesi Tenggara. Informan penelitian terdiri dari unsur perusahaan, unsur masyarakat dan tokoh pengamat setempat di Kecamatan Polinggona. Pengumpulan data menggunakan: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi.                        Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Teridentifikasi peluang usaha di Kecamatan Polinggona ada 9  usaha mikro yaitu bisnis pulsa, token listrik, bengkel, fotocopy, toko sembako, racun hama/pupuk, penjual pakaian, pembuatan gula merah, warung makan, pabrik tempe dan tahu. Dengan terlaksananya sebuah peluang tersebut masyarakat dapat berfikir secara kreatif atau memanfaatkan peluang tersebut secara optimal dengan mengetahui beberapa sumber peluang berupa kesadaran diri sendiri, lingkungan sekitar, perubahan yang terjadi, konsumen, gagasan orang lain, dan informasi yang di peroleh, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya usaha kecil yang berdampak pada bedirinya industri pada wilayah Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja karyawan divisi laundry pada CV. Putra Senayan Group Kendari, dan untuk menganalisis loyalitas karyawan divisi laundry Pada CV. Putra Senayan Group Kendari.Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan CV. Putra Senayan Group, karyawan pada Green Line Laundry (3 orang), karyawan pada Line Up Laundry (3 orang), karyawan pada Fresh Line Laundry (3 orang).Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitin ini adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan kerja karyawan pada CV.Putra Senayan Group Kendari cukup tinggi hal ini dapat dilihat dari cara kerja karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang dibebankan kepada mereka dapat diselesaikan dengan tepat waktu. Adapun mengenai faktor-faktor loyalitas karyawan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan pada divisi laundry pada CV. Putra Senayan Group Kendari yaitu pertama faktor kepribadian yang mengenai kenyamanan ruang kerja yang masih belum cukup nyaman dan tentang keakraban hubungan antar rekan kerja terjalin dengan cukup baik, kedua faktor rasional yang mengenai kecukupan gaji yang di terima kinerja yang di terima karyawan sudah cukup memuaskan, ketiga faktor emosional yang menegenaipekerjaan yang menantangdi lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, dimana para karyawan saling mendukung antara karyawan.Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Loyalitas Karyawan

Abstract

One source of local revenue that has the potential to be developed to support regional fiscal capacity is revenue from regional levies. The purpose of this writing is to find out the strategy for increasing regional retribution revenue in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results of the study found that the intensification strategy through improving the quality of public services and reforming the collection system, improving the quality of management staff, using technology, and increasing supervision, as well as the extensification strategy through updating rules, creating new regulations and establishing new sources of fees as well as increasing citizen awareness in Paying user fees is a strategy of the Kendari City government in an effort to increase local revenue.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of division of tasks, work climate and additional employee income on employee performance. The research uses a quantitative approach, involving 37 respondents taken randomly from 58 employees who make up the study population. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale, (1-5), data analysis uses a multiple regression model with SPSS version 26.0 facilities and hypothesis testing uses an alpha of 0.05. Research results 1) The division of tasks, work climate and provision of TPP have a significant effect on employee performance. The three variables show a significant positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the division of tasks, the conducive work climate and the fair provision of TPP, the higher the employee performance; 2) The results of the partial test also prove that the division of tasks has a significant effect on employee performance, the effect is positive and significant, meaning that a proportional division of tasks increases employee performance; 3) Work climate has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the more conducive the work climate is, the higher the employee performance in carrying out their duties; 4) Provision of TPP has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the fairer the TPP is, the employee's performance will also increase.

Abstract

The research problems are: 1) Do competence and provision of functional allowances simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors?; 2) Does competency have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors?; 3) Does the provision of functional allowances have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors? The approach used uses quantitative methods in answering research problems, by conducting a survey of all agricultural instructors in West Muna Regency in 11 UPTs of Agricultural Extension Centers and Agricultural Service Headquarters, totaling 68 people, and a sample of 40 respondents was determined using the Slovin method in determine the number of samples. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale with a score range of 1-5. Data analysis used a multiple regression model, with the help of SPSS version 26. The significance test used an alpha criterion of 0.05 to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the research were concluded: 1) Competency and provision of functional allowances simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension officers; 2) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors; 3) providing functional allowances also has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors. Both variables show a positive influence, meaning that the better the competence and satisfactory provision of functional allowances, the better the performance of agricultural instructors.
