Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of students' learning motivation through the application of the scramble learning model. This research is a research design with non-equivalent control group design, and quantitative research in the form of quasi-experimental research. This research was conducted at SDN 18 Lembah Melintang, Pasaman Barat. The population of this research is the third grade students of SDN 18 Lembah Melintang in the academic year 2021/2022. The samples of this study were 28 students in class IIIA and 26 students in class IIIB. The sampling technique used is "saturated sampling". Data analysis technology uses quantitative descriptive statistics to compare the average score of the final questionnaire on the Learning Motivation Scale with the help of Microsoft Excel. The results showed that the average final questionnaire for the control class was 97, while the average for the experimental class was 99. The results of the independent t-test analysis above can be seen the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000<0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in students' learning motivation in the control class and the experimental class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Scramble learning mode will affect the learning motivation of third grade students at SDN 18 Lembah Melintang, so teachers must be able to use scramble learning mode to convey learning, because this learning mode has been proven to improve students' learning abilities and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policies and curriculum in elementary schools that focus on provisions in curriculum management, curriculum scope, functions and implementation in elementary schools. Policies on the curriculum are related to the provisions or rules that will be set against the wishes of national education. Management of the curriculum is the same as strategies, efforts or efforts designed jointly by leaders in their fields to improve the quality of education. Besides that, it can also produce a learning productivity for children, there is a reciprocal relationship between individuals and groups. The management/management of the 2013 curriculum aims to improve the competence of students and find out the problems of implementing the 2013 curriculum. This activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation/evaluation. The third stage affects children's education, what is planned will have an impact on children as subjects who will implement the curriculum. This research uses a case study or literature study approach. This article was written by reviewing 25 journals related to curriculum management policies. Researchers describe the findings of the phenomena that occur in the field using observation techniques. The results of the study indicate that curriculum management must be carried out as well as possible so that the resulting output has a good impact. Each school gives different results in this management. This can be seen from all aspects of what is done at school.

Abstract

Learning that is still fixated on textbooks and which makes students unable to fully apply critical thinking skills is the background of this research. Therefore, the development of teaching materials for grade V elementary schools needs to be done using the Application Kvisoft Flipbook Maker with the PBL model. This research uses a type of development research or R&D using a design that refers to the ADDIE model with the following steps: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were class II students at SD Sambihisma 04, SDN 10 Ganting and SDN 48 Ganting, Koto Tangah District, Padang City with the results obtained from the validity standard analysis obtaining the criteria of "very valid" with an average media expert rating of 91.8%, the assessment subject matter expert 90.175% and language expert assessment 83.33%. From the practicality test, educators get an assessment of 95.27% with the criteria of "very practical". In conclusion, the application and development of application-based teaching materials kvisfot flipbook maker with the Problem Based Learning model in grade V elementary schools fulfilling the valid, practical, and effective categories
