Abstract

The achievement of educational goals depends on the learning process in schools. When in teaching and learning activities, educators still use the lecture style related to the material in the book (teacher centered), students tend to be less active and participate less in the teaching and learning process. The lack of formation of a pleasant teaching and learning process results in students not having good concentration and focus. So that resulted in less than optimal ability of students in understanding the subject matter. This research aims to explain the effect of ice breaking on student learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental nature. This research design uses a one-group pre-test-post-test design, and uses 21 students as samples drawn by a saturated sampling technique from the entire population. The instrument used is in the form of a test with the aim of obtaining data on student learning outcomes. The results of the research show that the mean score of students in the pre-test is 65, while the mean value of the post-test is 76. This shows that there is an increase in student learning outcomes after being given treatment by 11. To test the impact of applying ice breaking, data analysis was carried out by t test (paired sample t test) obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, there is an effect of ice breaking on student learning outcomes in class II thematic learning at SD Negeri Pusakajaya Utara I-Cilebar District-Karawang Regency in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini dibuat untuk menggali konsep hidup bahagia berdasarkan 3 prinsip yang terdapat di dalam ilmu tauhiid dan dampaknya. Metode yang penulis gunakan saat proses penulisan jurnal ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara studi literatur. Masih banyak yang tidak paham mengenai konsep bahagia di dalam Islam. Maka dari itu penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang konsep hidup bahagia berdasarkan 3 prinsip yang terdapat di dalam ilmu tauhiid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsep hidup bahagia berdasarkan 3 prinsip yang terdapat di dalam ilmu tauhiid yaitu, bersyukur jika mendapatkan nikmat, bersabar jika mendapatkan musibah, dan beristighfar jika berbuat kesalahan dan dosa. Berbicara tentang kebahagiaan, setiap orang juga harus mewaspadai istidraj yang merupakan kebahagiaan semu karena orang yang terkena istidraj akan terus diberikan nikmat oleh Allah, sehingga membuat pelakunya lalai dan jauh dari Allah, hingga nanti Allah menurunkan hukuman-Nya ketika penguluran waktu siksa telah selesai. Hal ini harus diwaspadai oleh setiap Muslim. Kata Kunci: Bahagia, Istidraj, Istighfar, Sabar, Syukur.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Mts Al- Ahliyah. Facilities and infrastructure are one of the supporting factors for the success of teaching and learning activities, namely helping students to easily understand subjects, facilities and infrastructure can also help educators to convey the material to be discussed or delivered. With good management of facilities and infrastructure, teacher performance will increase, because one of the factors that affect teacher performance is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Because of this, this paper will discuss the management of facilities and infrastructure and improving teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to find out how important infrastructure is to improving teacher performance. The research uses descriptive methods and data collection techniques are literature studies and interviews. The results showed that the management of facilities and infrastructure can affect the performance of teachers in schools. The more and better the facilities and infrastructure in schools, the better the performance of teachers in schools.

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the fields of general management which includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Human resources are considered to have an increasingly important role in achieving goals. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of human resource management. The method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research, and the type of research used is library research, namely collecting data or scientific papers related to the object of research or collecting data that is library or research carried out to solve a problem basically focused on critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. The results of this study found that utilizing human resources is a process of leadership activity that intends to employ employees who provide sufficient performance and do not employ employees who are not useful. Thus, it is very important to manage human resources. From the results of the study, researchers can conclude that the reality of Islamic education in general is less attractive and receives less attention. This is due to inadequate curriculum materials and Islamic education management, less relevant to the needs of society and the world of work. The graduates also lack the skills to compete in the world of work. Seeing this reality, the management reform of Islamic education is a must. Because with efforts to improve and improve the professionalism of the management of education, it will be able to answer various challenges and can empower Islamic education in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini pertama untuk mengamati secara lebih terperinci mengenai perencanaan strategi pelayanan tata kelola bimbingan manasik haji. Kedua untuk mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai Pelaksanaan dan pengawasan strategi pelayanan tata kelola bimbingan manasik haji. Ketiga untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat strategi pelayanan tata kelola bimbingan manasik haji. Dan terakhir untuk menelaah secara lebih mendalam mengenai evaluasi strategi pelayanan tata kelola instruksi manasik haji untuk jamaah haji yang lebih tua di Kabupaten Karawang penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dan mengumpulkan data deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, bahwa Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Karawang memiliki tiga tahap perencanaan, pertama perencanaan strategi pelayanan administrasi dan pelaksanaan manasik haji, perencanaan pengorganisasian, dan perencanaan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan manasik haji.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan (pada semua jenjang dan tingkatan) memiliki tugas penting dalam mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang handal. Dalam posisi ini, institusi pendidikan harus mempersiapkan diri agar sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman, karena sumber daya manusia yang handal adalah yang sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Sejumlah lembaga pendidikan berkompetisi untuk membangun model sekolah yang dapat memfasilitasi potensi peserta didik. Perubahan budaya hierarkis dari satu sudut pandang dapat lebih mengembangkan eksekusi, tetapi juga dapat gagal jika tidak disiapkan dan diawasi dengan baik. Namun, jika Anda tidak mengubah budaya hierarkis, sementara iklim berubah, Anda harus yakin akan menghadapi kekecewaan. Pada dasarnya perubahan harus dilakukan untuk memiliki opsi untuk menjaga diri dari ketegangan yang serius. Namun, yang ingin Anda fokuskan adalah menyadari kapan waktu yang tepat untuk melakukan perubahan pada budaya otoritatif. Perubahan dalam budaya otoritatif penting dengan asumsi ada pergantian peristiwa alami yang tak terhindarkan, sekali lagi perubahan sering kali merupakan kebutuhan dalam asosiasi, dalam iklim kejam yang tidak dapat disangkal, penting untuk membangun produktivitas untuk mengimbangi intensitas atau pengembangan lebih lanjut administrasi kepada klien. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan sehingga metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi pustaka.
