Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work quality, supervision and work discipline on employee performance at Bandar Jaya Lahat Health Center, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were all employees of the Bandar Jaya Lahat Health Center, totaling 53 people. Then the method of determining the sample in this study using the census method. The census method is a method by collecting data on the total population. Testing the effect of Work Quality (X1) on Performance (Y), obtained a Significant value, 0.014 <0.05, then accept Ha and reject Ho, which means Work Quality (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y). Testing the effect of Supervision (X2) on Performance (Y), obtained a Significant value, 0.000 <0.05, then accept Ha and reject Ho, which means that Supervision (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y). Testing the effect of Work Discipline (X3) on the Performance variable (Y), obtained a Significant value, 0.000 <0.05, then accepting Ha and rejecting Ho, which means that Work Discipline (X3) has a significant effect on Performance (Y). The calculation results obtained a Significant value of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that Quality of Work (X1), Supervision (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Harga Jual dan Biaya Promosi Terhadap Volume Penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu analisis data yang berdasarakan pada perhitungan angka statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga Jual dan biaya promosi terhadap volume penjualan. Tempat Penelitian Dilakukan Di Toyota Auto 2000 Lahat. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hepotesi uji T dan uji f serta uji koefisien diterminasi. Hasil perhitungan statistik regresi linier berganda di dapat persamaan Y = -26,533 + 1,592E-6 + 3,366E-8. Hasil dari uji T untuk variabel biaya promosi mempunyai Nilai biaya promosi sebesar 6,683 dengan tingkat signifikan besar 0.022. (P-value < 0,05 maka menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara biaya prmosi terhadap volume penjualan. Nilai harga jual sebesar 0,201 dengan tingkat signifikan besar 0,859 (P-value > 0,05) maka menunjukan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga jual. Hasil uji F didapat 22,630 dengan mengambil taraf signifikan sebesar 5 % maka dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 042 ( P-value < 0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara biaya peromosi, harga jual, secara bersama – sama terhadap variabel volume penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and selling price independently or jointly on consumer satisfaction (a case study in Bipang Tanjung Sakti). This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 67 Bipang Tanjung Sakti consumers taken based on a portion of the population to represent the entire population using the Slovin formula calculation with a confidence level of 90% and an error rate of 10% (0.1). Sampling using accidental sampling method. The results showed, a) the product quality variable (X1) on consumer satisfaction (Y), obtained a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05; b) the selling price variable (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y), obtained a value of Sig 0.000 <0.05; c) variable product quality (X1) and selling price (X2) together on consumer satisfaction (Y), obtained Sig value, 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, product quality variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction variables, selling price variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction variables, product quality variables, and selling prices, have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction variables together. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee work productivity at the Research and Development Agency of Lahat Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were employees at the Development Agency Office, totaling 32 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated census technique with a sample of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression using the SPSS 24 program. The results showed, a) showing the effect of work discipline on work productivity, obtaining a Sig value of 0.019 <0.05; b) testing the effect of work motivation on work productivity, the value obtained is Sig 0.000 <0.05; c) testing the effect of the work environment on work productivity variables, obtained a Sig value of 0.024 <0.05; d) the results of the F test show a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, the variables of motivation, work environment, and work discipline have an effect on employee productivity either partially or simultaneously.
