Abstract

This study aimed to determine the positive and significant relationship, a) leadership to work discipline, b) supervision to work discipline; c) leadership and supervision of work discipline. Data collection method used the questionnaire. The population of all employees of PT. Satria Mayangkara Sejahtera Lahat as many as 52 people and a sample of 52 people using the census method. The results showed that partially the leadership variable (X1) 5.567>2.009 was significant 0.000 <0.05, there was a significant influence of the leadership variable on work discipline. Supervision variable (X2) 15,734> 2,009, significant 0.000 <0.05, there is a significant effect of supervision on work discipline. Simultaneously 209,708>3,19 significant 0.000<0.05. In conclusion, the leadership variable, the supervisory variable and simultaneously the leadership and supervision variables have a significant influence on the work discipline variable of PT. Abstract

Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden yang disebar pada pelanggan Bengkel Aceng Motor Penandingan Kab. Lahat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi kuantitatif dengan menggunkan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikulinieritas), Uji Hipotesis (Uji T dan Uji F), Uji Anlisis Regresi Berganda dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,633>1,994). Dan Biaya Servis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanganggan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (5,410> 1,994). Serta Kualitas Pelayanan dan Biaya Servis secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai f hitung > f tabel (57,424> 3,13) dan nilai signifikansi < taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

The title of this research is "The Influence of Brand Image and Price on Purchase Intention of Elzatta's Quadrangle Hijab Products (Survey on Grai Elzatta Lahat Consumers)". The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction. To find out, analyze and prove the effect of brand image on buying interest in Elzatta's rectangular hijab products on Grai Elzatta Lahat's consumers, to find out, analyze and prove the effect of price on buying interest in facet hijab products. four Elzatta for Grai Elzatta Lahat Consumers and to find out, analyze and prove the effect of brand image and price on the purchase interest of Elzatta's rectangular hijab products on Grai Elzatta Lahat's consumers. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 86 consumers of Grai Elzatta Lahat. The data analysis technique used was the SPSS version 23.0 application, using data testing and statistical testing. From the results of data analysis on the variables studied, namely brand image and price, it shows that there is an influence on the buying interest of Elzatta's rectangular headscarves for Grai Elzatta Lahat consumers simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and selling price independently or jointly on consumer satisfaction (a case study in Bipang Tanjung Sakti). This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 67 Bipang Tanjung Sakti consumers taken based on a portion of the population to represent the entire population using the Slovin formula calculation with a confidence level of 90% and an error rate of 10% (0.1). Sampling using accidental sampling method. The results showed, a) the product quality variable (X1) on consumer satisfaction (Y), obtained a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05; b) the selling price variable (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y), obtained a value of Sig 0.000 <0.05; c) variable product quality (X1) and selling price (X2) together on consumer satisfaction (Y), obtained Sig value, 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, product quality variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction variables, selling price variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction variables, product quality variables, and selling prices, have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction variables together. Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam  meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan bagi pegawai desa atau perangkat desa yaitu desa Talang Tangsi Kecamatan Pajar Bulan Kabupaten Lahat.Adapun cara pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut adalah kita dengan tim langsung datang ke kantor desa Talang tangsi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh antara lain meningkatnya kualitas perangkat desa  untuk bekerja lebih giat dan meningkatkan kompetensinya serta bertambahnya pengetahuan perangkat desa agar memiliki wawasan yang luas,  baik tentang pentingnya meningkatkan kualitasnya dan membangun motivasi diri untuk bekerja lebih baik dan belajar bertanggung jawab di masa kini maupun dimasa yang akan datang  sebagai bekal hidup di masa  yang akan datang.
