Abstract

Produk unggulan daerah seperti jagung, madu, ikan, daging sapi,rumput laut,mente, merupakan bahan makanan yang diolah jadi makanan jadi yang dilakukan pengusaha kecil menengah Sasak Maik yang berlokasi di gunung sari.Perusahaan kecil ini memiliki tenaga kerja 30 orang, yang merupakan asset bagi perusahaaan yang harus di perhatikan dan di kembangkan seupaya bisa menghasilkan produktivitas optimal.Pelatihan sebagai upaya untuk meraih produktivitas yang optimal dan unggul dalam persaingan. Pelatihan- pelatihan ini di utamakan bagi tenaga kerja yang baru masuk dan juga untuk mereka yang sudah ada di dalam perusahaan,supaya mereka lebih mengenal apa dan bagaimana pekerjaan mereka, sehingga para pekerja bisa lebih menyiapkan diri di dalam bekerja sesuai dengan tuntuan pekerjaan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job placement, job training, and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Masbagik sub-district office. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS version 26. The respondents in this study were all 43 employees of the Masbagik Subdistrict Office. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Job Placement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Masbagik Subdistrict Office Employees (2) Job Training has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Masbagik Subdistrict Office Employees (3) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction of Masbagik Subdistrict Office Employees

Abstract

The community service carried out at the Sedayu Putri Micro Small Business in Lokon Rangan Hamlet, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency is to increase the community's ability to manage the potential of the surrounding villages, especially from fishery products, namely fish processing with various flavors and aromas that can attract interest. not from the lower economic class but also targeting sales to the upper economic class as the main food and snack for the community around the service location, even those outside the area can enjoy it. Starting from production by looking for quality input materials, then the production process is handled by skilled employees and attractive packaging. The potential of this village is very large, and it needs a good touch to be able to produce quality products that are superior to its competitors. In this service, counseling is given about production and workforce development so that they have skills according to needs, namely having a good entrepreneurial spirit, diligently working and paying attention to the quality of the production produced.
