Abstract

There are 26 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Srumbung Village registered at the village office. However, not all MSMEs run well. Most of the MSMEs players have limited knowledge and skills in using information technology. Meanwhile, information technology for MSMEs players is critical, especially since the emergence of the Covid-19 and the implementation of the PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) policy. The existence of MSMEs will be hampered or slumped if they do not utilize technology in their business. Therefore, this society's dedication aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs players on utilizing Facebook and Instagram as online marketing tools. Society dedication was conducted from October 20, 2020, to November 5, 2020. The participants are 4 MSMEs, consist of Jenang & Krasikan, Keripik Pegagang, Sagon Kering dan Manisan Salak. The method used is education (socialization) about online marketing and operating and management training of Facebook and Instagram. This society's dedication is the increase of knowledge and skills of participants in operating and managing social media Facebook and Instagram as digital marketing media.

Abstract

Kagiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Tidar Selatan, Kota Magelang. Sebagian besar masyarakat desa Tidar Selatan masih belum menyadari bahayanya Covid-19. Mereka masih menganggap covid-19 merupakan penyakit flu biasa dan covid-19 hanya melanda kota-kota besar. Masyarakat masih melakukan aktivitas seperti biasa. Oleh karena itu, penting memberikan masyarakat sosialisasi terkait covid-19 untuk mencegah dan menekan penyebaran covid-19 dan meningkatkan health awareness. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat untuk menerapkan pola perilaku bersih dan sehat. Hasil yang telah dicapai dengan adanya program ini adalah masyarakat memahami bahayanya covid-19 dan mampu menerapkan program PHBS atau perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, seperti mencuci tangan secara teratur, memakai masker, memakai handsanitazer, dan pembersihan lingkungan sekitar. Dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat mengantisipasi jumlah penyebaran virus covid – 19 yang ada di Desa Tidar Selatan

Abstract

 This study is an case study that aims to analyze the effect of ambiguity confusion on word of mouth. The type of data used in this study is primary data from platfom marketplace user. The number of samples in this study were 150 user that selected by purposive sampling method. The independent variable used is ambiguity confusion, while dependent variable is word of mouth. The analysis model used in this research is multi linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The result show that the ambiguity has positive effect on word of mouth.

Abstract

People in Pesidi village have an additional livelihood as woven bag craftsmen. Many housewives become craftsmen because the production time is flexible and can be done at home. However, the problems faced by woven bag craftsmen include the lack of product innovation, conventional sales systems, low selling prices resulting in low income, craftsmen not having knowledge of digital marketing, and inventory buildup due to lack of sales. The purpose of this community service is to increase digital marketing knowledge and reduce the problems of woven bag craftsmen. The methods used are socialization to local government and craftsmen, training (lectures, simulations, and discussions), and assistance in making digital marketing. The results of the service are in the form of marketing innovation through digital marketing, an increase in income of 7%, an increase in the understanding of woven bag craftsmen about digital marketing, and product sales with an online system via email, Facebook, Instagram, and market places available on digital platforms.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to investigate the role of social media in investment decision making, particularly related to the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived trust on the intention to use investment opinions in the investment decision-making process. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using an online survey method. The respondents in this study are individuals who use social media platforms and have experience conducting transactions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The 50 sampel size was selected through the purposive random sampling techniques. The method of data analysis and hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of smartPLS software. The results of this study revealed that the perceived trust affects to the millenials’s intention to use investment opinion in the investment decision-making process. Contrary to expectations, however perceived usefulness and ease of use did not have an effect to the millenials’s intention to use investment opinions in the investment decision-making process.

Abstract

An investment decision is a policy taken on two or more investment alternatives in the hope that they will benefit in the future. This study aims to examine whether the influence of demographic factors on gender, age, occupation, education, the effect of familiarity when the capital market rises, the effect of familiarity when the capital market is downtrend and the perception of risk on investment decisions. This study uses a sample of the people of Magelang Regency. The number of samples was 96 respondents based on purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the perception of risk had a positive effect on investment decisions. Meanwhile, gender, age, occupation, education, familiary effect when the capital market is uptrend, familiary effect when the capital market is downtrend has no effect on investment decisions.

Abstract

Social inclusion library is a National Library program that aims to improve the quality of human resources through literacy. This community service program aims to create a social inclusion library. The method used in this community service program goes through four stages, namely: observation, socialization, training, and mentoring. This community service activity received a positive response and was able to improve the knowledge and skills of librarians in realizing social inclusion-based libraries through various literacy improvement programs for the community.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal pertumbuhan pada anak (pertumbuhan tubuh dan otak) akibat kekurangan gizi dalam waktu yang lama. Anak yang stunting memiliki perawakan yang lebih pendek dari anak normal seusianya dan memiliki keterlambatan dalam berpikir. Di Desa Pasangsari terdapat anak yang Stunting dengan jumlah 40 anak pada usia dini. Penyebabnya adalah kurang terpenuhinya gizi ibu saat hamil dan anak usia balita, sehingga anak terlahir normal namun tidak dengan masa pertumbuhan yang maksimal. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menekan angka stunting di desa Pasangsari. Penurunan angka stunting yang optimal diperlukan pembinaan baik kepada masyarakat maupun perangkat desa secara bersama-sama tentang stunting, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan perangkat desa tentang bahayanya stunting pada anak. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Peserta pelatihan akan diberikan materi berupa teori, simulasi dan praktek. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari anak-anak, remaja, calon ibu, ibu hamil, dan ibu-ibu.. Jumlah peserta kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan ini akan dipantau dan didampingi agar peserta pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kapasitasnya dalam perencanaan partisipatif.

Abstract

Overconfidence and Investment Decision are very important instruments for individuals, especially investors in the capital market. Overconfidence is the first step if an individual wants to invest, because every investment instrument carries risks. If they have a confident attitude, they will dare to take risks. Investment decisions are very important in investment instruments. Individuals must be able to analyze portfolios by properly weighing risk and return. Overtrust and investment decisions must be determined by financial literacy, because if financial literacy is low, investors can become entangled in illegal investments. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of financial literacy on overconfidence and investment decisions. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Test the quality of the data used, namely test the validity and reliability test, test the model and test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the financial literacy variable had a positive and significant effect on overconfidence and investment decisions

Abstract

This research is based on the many cases of goods and services in the market so that many products do not maintain the value of their products which results in consumer discrepancies in making purchases. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the Influence of Product Quality, Green Marketing and Experiential Marketing on Purchasing Decisions on Lawoek Temanggung Coffee consumers. This study used quantitative methods with a total sample of 100 people. Using Non Probability Sampling Technique by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis tools used are validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that product quality (X1) influenced the purchasing decision as evidenced by the t test with a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Green marketing (X2) has no effect on the purchase decision as evidenced by the t test with a significant value of 0.092>0.05. Experiential marketing affects purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t test with a significant value of 0.015<0.05.
