Abstract

This study aims to identify important indicators in experiential marketing to increase interest in buying MSME products with Tugu Sari Pupuan stamped coffee powder, Bali. This study uses a quantitative method research design to test models and instruments that have been developed by previous researchers through inferential statistics, namely by using Structural Equation Modeling, with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The population in this study were coffee connoisseurs with 90 respondents. The independent variables used in this study were sense experience, feel experience, think experience, act experience, and relate experience.The results showed that, to increase interest in buying MSME products, Tugu Sari coffee was strongly influenced by act experience (0.724) with the highest indicators being economical packaged products (0.945), unique products (0.937), and products with character (0.921). The findings in this study are useful for increasing people's buying interest in coffee MSME products. The most important indicators for increasing interest in buying MSME products are variables that come from relate experience, namely consumers recommending them to others

Abstract

This study discusses the Independent Learning Policy of the Independent Campus at the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program at the University of Flores. Respondent data was obtained as a whole (Sample Saturated) from the number of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program at the University of Flores as many as 117 people, using qualitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the understanding of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students only knew a little about the Independent Campus Independent Learning Policy (MBKM) of 66.96 percent with 59.05 percent of information sources obtained from online/offline socialization activities organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Learning activities outside of the study program that are most dominantly chosen by Indonesian Language and Literature Education students are Village Building or Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) and Student Exchanges of 38.10 percent, and students who declare readiness to participate in the Independent Learning Campus Policy (MBKM) by 90.48 percent. The survey results also show that students feel that MBKM activities in developing competence/skills as a provision for work after graduation are 88.57 percent. Students also feel interested in the MBKM program held by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology 94.29 percent and recommend programs at 94.24 percent. The impact of this research shows that students become more flexible towards the lecture process, experience with the community and provision for work after graduating from college.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of capital, labor, length of time at sea, and climate on fish production and to determine how much influence capital, labor, length of fishing, and climate have on fish production. The population in the study was 283 people and the sample was 74 people. This research uses questionnaire and interview methods and is processed by multiple linear regression analysis of the SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that there was an effect of the variables of capital, labor, length of fishing and climate on fish production in Mbengu Village. The results of the test simultaneously were 822.979 and the significance was 0.000. The partial test results obtained the variable value of capital 0.983 and the significance was 0.329, the value of the power variable Work time of 0.732, the significance is 0.467 and the length of time at sea is 0.47.779 and the significance is 0.000. Partially the length of time at sea has a significant effect on fish production and the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable (Y) is 97.1%.

Abstract

Abstract It is necessary to know the description of the availability of food commodities in a region in order to support the realization of food security. This study aims to determine: 1) Basic food commodities in Wewaria District, 2) Growth dominant food commodities that have the potential to be developed in Wewaria District. The research used the library study method. Data analysis techniques are adapted to the research objectives, namely the Location Quotient (LQ) formula to determine basic food commodities, and Growth Ratio Model (MRP) analysis to determine potential economic activity based on growth criteria. This study shows that the basic commodity is paddy rice, and the results of the MRP analysis show that corn and shorgum are the dominant growth food commodities. This research is useful for the Government of Ende Regency in formulating policies related to food potential and efforts to meet food needs for the community both in Wewaria District and at the Ende Regency level. Abstract

The Independent Learning of the Independent Campus Policy has a goal to improve the competence of graduates, both soft skills and hard skills. Students are expected to be better prepared to meet the needs of the times and become graduates who can become future leaders of the nation with superior personalities. Experiential learning programs with flexible pathways are expected to facilitate students to develop their potential according to their talents and potential. To realize the implementation design of the Independent Learning Campus Learning Curriculum that is per the needs of the job market, the University of Flores conducted a Student Perception Survey about the Independent Learning Implementation Design for the Independent Campus at the University of Flores. The perception study conducted at the University of Flores involved the study of student perceptions of the University of Flores on MBKM Policy Implementation Design involved 4212 students from all faculties and study programs using the Survey Method. The results show that in general, students at the University of Flores are quite aware of the existence of the MBKM Policy and are willing to be involved in the MBKM program that will be run by their respective study programs.
