Abstract

Knowledge sharing is one of important issues in a company because it is a required approach to facilitate knowledge recording and to improve the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among colleagues. Knowledge sharing accelarates the knowledge transfer. The application of knowledge sharing with the web based system is expected to be a solution for meeting the organization’s needs. The absence of policy and culture among the lecturers to carry out web based knowledge management results in knowledge sharing difficulties among the students and the faculty members in the long run. Abstract

Ant algorithm is one of Swarm Intellingence algorithms that can be used to solve NP-Hard problems. The scheduling of courses and lecturers which are done routinely each semester can be solved by exact methods and heuristic methods. Each institution has its own constraints in arranging the schedule. This paper discusses a case study in STMIK Widya Dharma. The type of ant algorithm used is the Rank Base Ant System suitable for scheduling based on ranking, which is the lecturers’ priority level. The other parameters are subjects, space, and time. Abstract

The presence of computers and the internet has now changed the face of human civilization, ranging from industry, education, to economics and commerce. One of the best-known things now is online transactions using the internet is an E-Commerce web site and marketplace. Retail companies are competing to market their products via the internet. It is quite interesting to analyze the issue of the extent to which the effectiveness of E-commerce Web sites and marketplaces in gaining consumer trust in the real food industry. More effective way to gain consumer trust. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer trust and buying interest in retail food products. The data in this study came from all consumers who had sold retail food products online throughout Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the use of e-commerce and Marketplace web sites has its respective advantages and disadvantages to gain consumer trust in the retail food industry.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research. The number of population in this study is unknown, so the researcher uses the Saturated Sample formula to determine the sample using the Saturated Sample Technique, ie all members of the population are sampled. The technique used for the sample size in this study is the saturated sample formula with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive analysis test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, homogeneity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the work stress research obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.281, meaning that the work stress variable has a relationship level. Hypothesis test t-count > t-table or equal to (2.101 > 1.984), this is also strengthened by the value < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, work stress has a significant effect partially on employee performance. The results of the research work environment obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.465, meaning that the work environment variable has a relationship level. Hypothesis test t-count > t-table or (3.640 > 1.984), this is also strengthened by the value of p Value < sig (0.000 < 0.05). Thus the work environment has a significant partial effect on employee performance. The results of the leadership style research obtained a correlation value of 0.257, meaning that the leadership style variable has a relationship level. Hypothesis test t-count > t-table or (2.025 > 1.984), this is also strengthened by the p value < sig (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, leadership style has a significant partial effect on employee performance. Work stress, work environment, and leadership style have an f-count > f-table (6.728 > 2.70) with a significance value of p value < sig (0.000 < 0.05) so for the variables of work stress, work environment, and style leadership has a simultaneous influence on employee performance. the results of multiple linear regression calculations (r-square) of 0.837 so it can be concluded that the performance of employees at retail store employees in kab. Tangerang can be explained by 83.7% by the variables of work stress, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance (strong category) while the rest (16.3%) is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Convenience of Place (X1), Service (X2), Location (X3), Final Quality of Coffee (X4), Taste (X5), Price (X6), Product Diversity (X7) on Consumer Interest (Y ) in Choosing a Coffee Shop in Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a questionnaire distributed via Google Form in several coffee shops in Tangerang Regency. By using quantitative research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis by testing the hypothesis, namely the t test and F test with the help of the SPSS 26 for windows program. The sample in this study was 133 respondents who were selected using the Slovin formula. The variables used in this study are Convenience of Place (X1), Service (X2), Location (X3), Final Quality of Coffee (X4), Taste (X5), Price (X6), Product Diversity (X7) as independent variables and Consumer Interest (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the convenience of place, location and product diversity have a significant effect on consumer interest, but service, final coffee quality, taste and price have no significant effect on consumer interest. Then Convenience of Place, Service, Location, Final Quality of Coffee, Taste, Price and Product Diversity simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Interest in Choosing Coffee Shops in Tangerang Regency. And the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.765 which means that 76.5% of consumer interest is influenced by the convenience of the place, service, location, final quality of coffee, taste, price and product diversity and the remaining 23.5% is explained by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Citra Merek dan Promosi terhadap kepuasan Konsumen produk minuman waralaba Jelly Potter di kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode Kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan alat ukur skala linkert. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa citra merek dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen hasil uji hipotesis X1 (Citra merek) menyimpulkan nilai Thitung =2.995 > nilai Ttabel = 1,985 (2.995>1,985) dengan nilai signifikansi 0.003 < 0.005 dan X2 (Promosi) nilai Thitung =2.995 > nilai Ttabel = 1,985 (3.365>1.985) dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.005 Dengan kata lain, hasilnya adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pengaruh Citra Merek Dan Promosi produk Minuman Waralaba Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi Kasus Minuman Merek Jelly Potter di Kabupaten Tangerang).

Abstract

Education and training are the most important factors in improving the performance of South Jakarta Transportation Authority employees. The author's observations show that the percentage of employees with a secondary school diploma/equivalent is still high, and there are still many employees who have not participated in any further training. The authors conducted this study to determine the impact of education and training on the performance of the South Jakarta transportation subdivision. In this study, the method used was a quantitative method. The tests used in this study used data validity tests, data reliability tests, classical hypothesis tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study partially show that educational factors have no effect on employee performance, while educational factors do have an effect on employee performance. Parallel studies have shown that both education and training have an impact on employee performance. The authors hope that the findings of this study will help public authorities make policy decisions related to education and training and inform future researchers.

Abstract

Sistem penagihan memegang peranan penting dalam rumah sakit karena menentukan ketahanan keuangan rumah sakit. Kompleksitas rumah sakit menimbulkan sistem penagihan yang juga kompleks sehingga diperlukan pembelajaran dan kajian mendalam mengenai sistem penagihan terkait dengan fungsi-fungsi dasar dalam rumah sakit. Perkembangan sistem penagihan baru yang dirintis Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang berbasis Diagnosis memberi tekanan bagi rumah sakit untuk membenahi sistem penagihannya dan fungsi-fungsi terkait, di antaranya manajemen barang medis dan non medis dalam rumah sakit. Alasan klasik “demi kepentingan pengobatan pasien” akan menjadi bumerang bagi rumah sakit karena pembengkakan biaya perawatan. Rumah sakit tidak dapat lagi memberikan tagihan besar untuk bahan habis pakai bagi pasien ketika penagihan berbasis diagnosis wajib digunakan oleh rumah sakit.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk semakin meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satunya dengan cara mengembangkan Sistem Informasi distribusi informasi sekolah melalui SMS Gateway. Pendistribusian informasi melalui SMS Gateway diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan sistem pendistribusian informasi yang sedang berjalan di SDS Gembala Baik I dan memudahkan orang tua murid dalam pengaksesan informasi sekolah. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan sebuah rancangan sistem informasi distribusi informasi sekolah melalui SMS Gateway dengan alur proses perancangan menggunakan pendekatan Zachman Framework. Perancangan dimulai dengan dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan sistem yang dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), perancangan antar muka pengguna menggunakan Graphical User Interface (GUI) dan perancangan basis data. Hasil dari perancangan Sistem Informasi distribusi informasi Sekolah ini mempunyai tiga tab menu utama yaitu tab menu SMS Server, Pengumuman Umum dan Pengumuman Kelas. Hasil dari perancangan ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan yang terstruktur untuk pembuatan coding program dan uji coba pengembangan sistem informasi distribusi informasi sekolah melalui SMS Gateway di SDS Gembala Baik I Pontianak.
