Abstract

The Batak ethnic community consisting of the Batak Toba, Karo, Simalungun, Pakpak and Mandailing communities are North Tapanuli people who adhere to Christianity, Catholicism and Islam. The North Tapanuli people inhabit the Tarutung sub-district, Sipoholon sub-district, Siborong-borong district, Pahae Julu district. , Pahae Jae District, Sipahutar District, Pangaribuan District and Garoga District. . With a pluralistic community background consisting of various religions, the people of North Tapanuli can maintain tolerance between religious believers. It is proven that until now there has not been any conflict between religious groups. The purpose of this research is to examine how the North Tapanuli community builds tolerance between religious believers. In addition, what potential does North Tapanuli have that are used in building tolerance. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach by conducting observations and interviews and literature study is used in this study. The results of this study indicate that Dalihan Na Tolu as the Kinship System of the Batak community is the local wisdom of the North Tapanuli community. This kinship concerns kinship ties with blood ties (one offspring) and marital ties. Local keariophan has the potential to build tolerance between people. This study concludes that the people of North Tapanuli can build tolerance between religious believers because their local wisdom lives and develops in that community and is hereditary.AbstrakMasyarakat Batak di Tapanuli Utara meliputi Batak Toba, Karo, Simalungun, Pakpak dan Mandailing yang menganut agama Kristen, Katolik dan Islam. MasyarakatTapanuli Utara mendiami wilayah kecamatan Tarutung, Kecamatan Sipoholon, Kecamatan Siborong-borong, Kecamatan Pahae Julu, Kecamatan Pahae Jae, KecamatanSipahutar, Kecamatan Pangaribuan dan Kecamatan Garoga. Dengan latar belakang masyarakat majemuk agama, masyarakat Tapanuli Utara dapat memelihara toleransi antarumat beragama.Terbukti sampai saat ini belum ditemui konflik antaruamat beragama. Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengkaji bagaimana masyarakat Tapanuli Utara membangun toleransi antarumat beragama. Selain itu, potensi apa yang dimiliki Tapanuli Utara yang digunakan dalam membangun toleransi. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kualititatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara serta studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dalihan na Tolu sebagai sistem kekerabatan masyarakat Batak merupakan kearifan lokal masyarakat Tapanuli Utara. Kekerabatan ini menyangkut hubungan kekeluargaan beradasrakan ikatan darah (satu keturunan) dan ikatan perkawinan. Kearifan lokal memiliki potensi dalam membangun toleransi antarumat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Tapanuli Utara dapat membangun toleransi antarumat beragama dikarenakan kearifan lokal yang dimiliki mereka hidup dan berkembang di masyarakat tesebut dan secara turun-menurun.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, peran ganda dan beban ganda yang di alami oleh para petani perempuan, bagaimana pandangan masyarakat terhadap perempuan yang bekerja, bagaimana gereja membantu perempuan dalam menjawab persoalan nya, dan bagaimana pendampingan pastoral dengan perspektif gender ini di lakukan kepada petani perempuan dengan peran ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya menganalisis data yang ditemukan dengan menggunakan kajian feminis. Faktor penyebab perempuan mengalami peran ganda antara lain sebagai berikut; adanya pengaruh budaya patriarki, untuk mencapai kesejahteraan hidup, suami yang kurang bertanggung jawab terhadap keluarga. Adapun aksi pastoral yang dalam penelitian ini adalah; mengutuhkan, mendamaikan atau memperbaiki hubungan, dan membimbing. Konseling menerima pertolongan yang di berikan penulis melalui pendampingan pastoral dengan perspektif gender, sehingga narasumber, dapat bersikap terbuka kepada penulis, dan bangkit menjadi arsitek dalam kehidupan nya, menjadi perempuan yang kuat dan tidak dipandang lemah oleh masyarakat.Kata Kunci: perspektif gender, peran dan beban ganda, stigma masyarakat, gereja  Abstract:The purpose of this research is to find out, the dual roles and double burdens experienced by women farmers, how society views working women, how the church helps women in answering their problems, and how pastoral assistance with a gender perspective is carried out to farmers. women with multiple roles. The research method used is a qualitative method with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, then analyzes the data found using a feminist study. The factors that cause women to experience dual roles include the following; the influence of patriarchal culture, to achieve the welfare of life, husbands who are less responsible for the family. The pastoral actions in this research are; strengthen, reconcile or repair relationships, and guide. Counseling accepts the help given by the author through pastoral assistance with a gender perspective, so that the resource person, can be open to the author, and rises to be an architect in his life, becoming a strong woman and not seen as weak by the community.Keywords: gender perspective, multiple roles and burdens, community stigma, church

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of professionalism of Christian religious education teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak, Pakpak Bharat Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. Hypothetically, there is a positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research population was 152 people and the research sample was 31 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 50 items which were compiled by research based on variable indicators in accordance with expert theory. Instrument testing was carried out on 31 Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak who were not research respondents whose validity and reliability had been tested. The results of data analysis show that there is no positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year with a significant test of the influence obtained by tcount < ttable of 0.24 < 1.749, thus it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much positive and significant influence the Role Playing Model has on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The population is all 120 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christians and the sample was determined to be 48 people, namely 40% of the total population using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using 47 positive closed items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Role Playing Model on the learning activity of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test a positive relationship to obtain a score rxy = 0.561 > rtable(a=0.05,n=48) = 0.284, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable .05,dk=n-2=46)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable The regression equation Y ̂="20.68"+0.74X is obtained. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental motivation on interest in learning Christian Religious Education Class XI Students of PGRI 20 Private High School Siborongborong, North Tapanuli Regency, 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a quantitative method with inferential descriptive data analysis. The population is all students of class XI SMA PGRI 20 Siborongborong in the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians as many as 245 people and a sample of 58 people is determined using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique (random sample). Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 45 items, namely 20 items for variable X and 25 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence of parental motivation on interest in learning in the subject of Christian Religious Education for class XI students at the private high school PGRI 20 Siborongborong North Tapanuli Regency 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test requirements analysis: a) a positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.558 > rtable(a=0.05, n=58) = 0.254. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 5.034 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=58)= 2.000. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y=41.87+0.52X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 31.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=28, dk denominator=n-2=58-2=56) namely 25.32 > 1.39. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
