Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP, 2) pengaruh konsep diri terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP, 3) pengaruh secara simultan dari motivasi belajar dan konsep diri terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif Inferensial. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih ada mahasiswa penerima KIP memiliki IPK di bawah 3,00. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi IPK mahasiswa diantaranya motivasi belajar dan konsep diri. Dari hasil analisa data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Persamaan regresi Y atas X1 dan X2 diperoleh Y ̂= 19,16+0,022 X, artinya setiap penambahan X1 dan X2 sebesar satu satuan unit maka akan terjadi penambahan variabel Y sebesar 0,022. 2) Besarnya persentase pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan konsep diri terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa sebesar 63,4 %. 3) Uji hipotesa diperoleh: a) uji hipotesa X1 terhadap Y diperoleh nilai t - Hit = 4,275 > t - Tab = 1.980 sehingga H01 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik, b) X2 terhadap Y diperoleh nilai t - Hit = 4,227 > t - Tab 1,980 sehingga H02 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan konsep diri terhadap prestasi akademik, c) uji hipotesa X1 dan X2 terhadap Y diperoleh nilai F - Hit =101,326 > F - Tab = 3,07 sehingga Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi belajar dan konsep diri secara simultan terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP pada Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Kristen IAKN Tarutung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of professionalism of Christian religious education teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak, Pakpak Bharat Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. Hypothetically, there is a positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research population was 152 people and the research sample was 31 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 50 items which were compiled by research based on variable indicators in accordance with expert theory. Instrument testing was carried out on 31 Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak who were not research respondents whose validity and reliability had been tested. The results of data analysis show that there is no positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year with a significant test of the influence obtained by tcount < ttable of 0.24 < 1.749, thus it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence Effective Communication by Christian Religious Education Teachers has on the Christian Character of students at SMP Negeri 4 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Laguboti consisting of 6 classes totaling 190 students and a sample of 33 people was determined using a probability sampling technique with a random type (simple random sampling). Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 25 items, namely 15 items for variable : 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.598 > rtable(a=0.05,n=33) = 0.344. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.135 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=31)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y=10.81+0.46X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=15, dk denominator=n-2=33-2=31) namely 17.24 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive influence of the implementation of the Scramble Model learning by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class IX students at SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive inferential statistical approach. The population is all 103 class IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 28 people was determined using the cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 41 items, namely 20 items for variable North Tapanuli 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.618 > rtable(a=0.05,n=28) = 0.374. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.013 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=26)= 2.056. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="6.51"+1.01X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 38.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=28-2=26) namely 16.09 > 2.09. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of teachers' interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects for class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 190 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 32 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of teacher interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test The positive relationship obtained is rxy = 0.593 > rtable(a=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.037 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21","28"+0.58X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 16.28 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Learning Strategy for Improving Thinking Ability (SPPKB) on students' active learning in class XII of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative inferential statistical method. The population is all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items, namely 20 items for variable 1 Laguboti 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.627> rtable(a=0.05,n=35)=0.334. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.621> ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=33)=2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="31.62"+0.52X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 39.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount> Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=17, dk denominator=n-2=35-2=33) namely 21.24>1.62. Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.

Abstract

Abstract. Christian Religion Extension Workers face great challenges in carrying out their duties, so they require a high work ethics to maximize their performance. The aim of this research was to analyze various factors that influence the performance of Christian Religion Extension Workers. Through quantitative research, an analysis of factors was carried out that had a significant influence on the work ethics of Christian Religion Extension Workers at the Ministry of Religion, Toba Regency. The research result showed that among the career development system factor, salary factor, work environment factor, social factor, competency factor and appreciation factor, the career development system factor is the most dominant in increasing the work ethics of Christian Religion Extension Workers. Thus, it can be concluded that the incentive in the form of challenges and opportunities to improve one's career can increase work ethics.Abstrak. Penyuluh Agama Kristen menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sehingga membutuhkan etos kerja yang tinggi agar dapat memaksimalkan kinerja mereka. Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja para Penyuluh Agama Kristen. Melalui riset kuantitatif dilakukan analisis faktor yang memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja para Penyuluh Agama Kristen di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Toba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di antara  faktor sistem pengembangan karir, faktor gaji, faktor lingkungan kerja, faktor sosial masyarakat, faktor kompetensi dan faktor apresiasi, faktor sistem pengembangan karir paling dominan dapat meningkatkan etos kerja para Penyuluh Agama Kristen. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya insentif berupa tantangan dan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan karir dapat meningkatkan etos kerja.
