Abstract

Abstract - Marketing activities for tourism changes along with the development of the use of social media in the community. Traditional marketing methods that were used in marketing activities began to be shifted by digital marketing methods. One type of digital marketing method is social media marketing. Tourism official of denpasar cooperating with the Bali Tourism Board, and the Regional Tourism Promotion Agency uses social media in an effort to promote the tourism potencial of the city of Denpasar. The use of social media is very minimal in 2016 and 2017 to promote the tourism potential of the city of Denpasar. This Situation is not in line with the strategic plan of tourism official of Denpasar for 2011-2015 which states that promotion is carried out involving Information Technology. Mariani (2016) mentions that social media is very helpful in promoting a previously unknown tourist attraction into a favorite tourist attraction. When the use of social media that is very minimal by the manager, the promotion is declared successful. It is caused the strength of the content created by users of social media to introduce this attraction to other social media users. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts made by the government in promoting tourism potential by utilizing social media. The research using quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data consist of number of posts, number of followers, number of likes. Qualitative data consist of social media content and data of interviews with sources. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. This research concludes that several social media-based promotion efforts have been carried out, namely greeting social media users through image and video content, inviting the public to attend certain tourism activities, involving social media users, and informing the calendar of events at the beginning of each month. Keywords: : Marketing, Tourism Destination, Social Media Abstrak – Kegiatan pemasaran tujuan wisata mengalami perubahan seiring dengan berkembangnya penggunaan media sosial di masyarakat. Metode pemasaran Tradisional yang dulu digunakan dalam kegiatan pemasaran mulai digeser oleh metode pemasaran digital. Salah satu jenis metode pemasaran digital adalah Pemasaran media sosial. Dinas Pariwisata Denpasar bekerja sama dengan Bali Tourism Board, dan Badan Promosi Pariwisata Daerah menggunakan media sosial dalam upaya untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata kota Denpasar. Pemanfaatan media sosial yang sangat minim pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata kota denpasar tidak sejalan dengan Rencana strategis satuan kerja perangkat daerah dinas pariwisata kota denpasar Tahun 2011-2015 yang menyebutkan bahwa promosi dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan Teknologi Informasi. Mariani (2016) menyebutkan bahwa media sosial sangat membantu promosi sebuah objek wisata yang sebelumnya tidak dikenal menjadi sebuah objek wisata yang ramai dikunjungi. Dengan pemanfaatan media sosial yang sangat minim oleh pengelola, promosi dinyatakan berhasil. Hal ini disebabkan kekuatan content yang dibuat oleh para pengguna media sosial untuk memperkenalkan objek wisata ini kepada pengguna media sosial yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam mempromosikan potensi wisata dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kuliatatif. Data kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah jumlah posting, jumlah follower,jumlah likes. Data kualitatif berupa konten media sosial dan hasil wawancara dengannarasumber. Penelitian ini merupakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa beberapa upaya promosi berbasis media sosial telah dilakukan yaitu menyapa pengguna media sosial melalui content gambar dan video, mengundang masyarakat untuk hadir dalam kegiataan wisata tertentu, melibatkan masyarakat pengguna media sosial, dan menginformasikan calender of event disetiap awal bulan. Abstract

Trends of Information System affect the tourism industry. This fact showed by the utilization of information and communication technology used in the tourism industry. In the 1960s Flight Industry (Airlines) introduced the Central Reservation system. The mid-1990s tourism information system developed into a destination management system (DMS). The system was developed to provide information about tourism product to the tourist and used to find out the number of visitors. With this data, the destination management organization can make efforts to attract more visitors to come to the tourism destination Sanur is a one tourism destination that located in Bali Island. Geographically the sanur tourism destination is located in the southern part of the island of Bali. Administratively, sanur is a kelurahan in Denpasar Sub district, Denpasar municipality area. The main attraction of Sanur is the natural form of beaches along approximately 7 km from the start of the Matahari Terbit beach to the Mertasari Beach. Sanur Tourism Area is an area that is growing very rapidly. The growth of sanur area needs to be followed by good management to avoid exploitation of the Area.Good management requires valid and complete data to be able to make the right decision for  developing of sanur tourism area. In the management of tourist areas, obtaining valid data is not an easy job, because it involves many parties and data changes fast enough. To obtain a valid data need a Information system, so that data can be kept updated continuously.This article discusses the analysis of information system needs for sanur destination management. The discussion in this article aims to find the concept of information systems needed. The method used in data collection is interview and observation method. Data were analyzed by using linear and hierarchy technique with 6 stages.The results of this discussion is a concept of information systems with databases to be able to provide the data as a needed of the management sanur tourism area.

Abstract

Policy of Government through Circular Minister of Administrative and Beraucratic Reform No. 11/2014 contains a ban on the whole range of civil state apparatus governance activities outside government agencies apply from Desember 1, 2014 alarmed hospitality businesses. Chariman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (IHRA) Wiryanti Sukamdani recognize this policy has had an impact on revenue of the hotel. If the hotel continued to decline, will possibly be happen of Termination of Employment.Employment synonymous with career opportunities. Orientation of hospitality students can be ascertained by majoriy is looking for a job after graduation, when the availiability of jobs in particular field is getting narrower, it is fear will affect the interest of students for career in th hospitality field. This research aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of the impact of government policy through Circular Letter of Minister of PAN and RB no. 11 of 2014 on the prohibiton of carrying out activities for government personnel outside the government agencies against the interest of student majoring in hospitality School of Tourism Bali International for career in the field of hospitality.Result of the research concludes that impact of government policy on Circular Letter of Minister of PAN and RB no 11 of 2014 negatively affect the interests of student for career in the hospitality field is not proven true, in this case indicates that the interests of students the School of Tourism Bali International (STPBI) for career in the hospitality affected bu the impact of government policies is significantly positive

Abstract

This community service activity is a collaboration between IPB International and DPD HILLSI (Association of Indonesian Private Training Institution) Bali which supervise the Job Training Centers in Bali. This activity was held to respond to an urgent need related to distance training that was held as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This distance training needs transformation of training media from conventional to digital. The participants of this community service activity are instructors from Job Training Centre of the tourism and hospitality sector in Bali. This activity, which was held for 3 days, focusing on the development of digital-based media in accordance with current needs. The method of this training was not only lecturing, but also discussion and give many opportunities for the participants to practice their skill, and presenting their media. Participants were given the opportunity to work on a project to make several training media which were presented at the end of the training. To support the project, all participants were provided with supporting facilities, such as internet quota, modules, and clip microphones. After participating this training, participants have understanding of the importance of media in a competency-based training, able to create various digital-based training medias, and distance learning quality improvement.

Abstract

Bali adalah tempat wisata paling favorit para wisatawan. Namun karena adanya Pandemi Covid-19 membuat beberapa sektor bisnis terumata dibidang makanan dan minuman mengalami penurunan drastis. Masyarakat yang mengalami dampak Pandemi Covid-19 mulai berpikir cara lain untuk mencari pendapatan dan memasarkan bisnis mereka melalui media sosial. Dengan adanya media sosial, para konsumen tidak diharuskan untuk datang ke lokasi untuk mengetahui produk-produk yang dicari dan membeli produk-produk tersebut. Selain melalui pemasaran media sosial, promosi juga dapat dilakukan melalui strategi word of mouth. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diambil melalui kuisioner dan disebarkan melalui google form kepada followers Instagram Livingstone Bali. Pada penelitian ini metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka Social Media Marketing Instagram dan Word of Mouth secara simultan mempengaruhi minat berkunjung konsumen pada era Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and the internet has changed various aspects of human life, including drastically changing the tourism industry. In a dynamic global society, the evolution of information technology has become one of the key development factors. This radically changed the world of the tourism industry and offered a new perspective of development. All information related to tourism can be distributed through the use of information technology (Wolah, 2016). That way, tourists can get tourism information with the help of communication and information technology quickly. This research was conducted in Penglipuran Village which is located in Bangli District, Bangli Regency, Bali. The reason for choosing this location is because Penglipuran Village is one of the tourist villages that has a fairly rapid development in Bali and has become a tourist attraction that is very popular with tourists, both local and foreign tourists. This type of research is qualitative which in this study does not focus on numbers or numerics but rather focuses on knowing a phenomenon in depth by using data that has been obtained in the field. Panglipuran Village is one of the tourist villages with a variety of uniqueness. Information about this village is published on a website with the url penglipuran.net. This website is analyzed using 5 dimensions of Destination Management System (DMS). Penglipuran village website fulfills 2 of the 5 dimensions of DMS. In the next development the Penglipuran Village Website can be developed into a dynamic website so that it can fulfill the 5 dimensions of the DMS.

Abstract

Penerapan sistem informasi yang tepat di Desa Medewi dapat menjadi kekuatan tambahan yang dilihat dari kurangnya sistem informasi kepariwisataan khususnya pada registrasi kunjungan wisatawan di setiap daya tarik wisata. Dalam artikel ini peneliti merekomendasikan sistem registrasi kunjungan daya tarik wisata yang berisi tentang informasi dari wisatawan mengenai identitas pribadi, asal wisatawan berkunjung, atraksi atau aktivitas yang menjadi favorit di setiap daya tarik wisata yang ada, serta laporan pemasukan yang berisi tentang informasi terkait pendapatan yang diperoleh dari kunjungan wisatawan melalui penjualan tiket masuk yang dimana pengelola akan mengetahui jumlah pendapatan dari daya tarik wisata yang ada dan yang terakhir ada laporan. Pada penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif, yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengkaji rancangan sistem registrasi daya tarik wisata yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem informasi pariwisata di Desa Medewi. Sistem registrasi yang dirancang oleh peneliti ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pariwisata khususnya dalam mendukung pendataan kunjungan wisatawan untuk mengetahui tingkatan kunjungan dari tahun ke tahun yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pengembangan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas, baik untuk pelayanan ataupun ketersediaan informasinya. The application of the right information system in Medewi Village can be an additional strength as seen from the lack of a tourism information system, especially in the registration of tourist visits at every tourist attraction. In this article the researcher recommends a tourist attraction visit registration system which contains information from tourists regarding personal identity, where tourists visit, favorite attractions or activities in each existing tourist attraction, as well as income reports which contain information related to the income earned. from tourist visits through the sale of entrance tickets where the manager will find out the amount of income from existing tourist attractions and finally there is a report. In this study, collecting data using a qualitative approach with thetype of research that is descriptive, which was carried out aimed at examining the design of a tourist attraction registration system that fits the needs of a tourism information system in Medewi Village. The registration system designed by this researcher is very influential on tourism development, especially in supporting data collection on tourist visits to determine the level of visits from year to year which can be used as a reference for development carried out to improve quality, both for services and information availability.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) sebuah metode untuk membangun arsitektur enterprise. EAP pada umumnya digunakan dengan beberapa jenis framework. Salah satu framework tersebut adalah Zachman Framework. Framework ini merupakan struktur dalam menggambarkan arsitektur detail dari enterprise. Penelitan ini membahas pemanfaatan zachman framework dalam pengembangan blueprint sistem informasi Lembaga Sertifikasi Usaha Pariwisata (LSUP). LSUP merupakan perpanjangan tangan dari Komite akreditasi Nasional (KAN) dan Kementerian Pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif dalam memastikan standarisasi usaha pariwisata di Indoensia. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya LSUP memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mengelola data sertifikasi usaha pariwisata yang distandarisasi. Pengembangan Blueprint Sistem Informasi LSUP menggunakan 7 komponen dari 36 Komponen yang disusun dari 6 Abstraksi dan 6 Perspektif. Komponen yang digunakan adalah 2 komponen dari perspektif Planner, 2 komponen dari perspektif owner dan 3 komponen dari perspektif designer. Blueprintt ini menggambarkan Identifikasi kebutuhan data, analisis value chain, bagan alir sistem, identifikasi teknologi pendukung, entity Relationship diagram, Data flow diagram, dan rancangan interface untuk sistem informasi LSUP.
