Abstract

In order to adapt to the impact of Covid'19 (Corona Virus), the village government must be able to take village fund budget management policies by paying attention to the conditions and needs of the people in the village, this is done so that the solutions to the problems faced can be handled easily From the results of the research, the community felt that the most visible impact of covid'19 was the economic, health and social impacts, these three impacts made the community feel stressed because the sensitivity of the village government in overcoming these impacts was still far from what was expected. In this research, the method used is qualitative research method with qualitative descriptive research type. Based on the results of the research, the village government basically has to be wise in the management process of managing the Village Fund in taking urgent action against the impact of Covid'19 on the community, because it is slow in taking policies to help the community from the economic impact, and health which is an impact that affects people's lives. This happened because basically the policy in taking action was not overcoming the impact of covid', but the policy taken from the beginning of the emergence of covid'19 was to open a guard post and create a village entrance portal for outsiders who wanted to visit the village of Wunlah. This is a wrong policy.

Abstract

            The driving school program is one of the ways the government has tried to implement a new curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. This program emphasizes the output of students with the character through the profile of Pancasila students. One of the critical points in this curriculum is an operational curriculum option, where educational institutions can develop their curriculum to be implemented. This study aims to explain the implementation of the curriculum structure in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Corner for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research was conducted at madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi East Java. This research is qualitative research with a field approach (field research). Primary data sources are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation—data analysis using triangulation to collect data; data reduction process; presentation; and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in the 2022/2023 school year, madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun implemented a curriculum structure in line with PP No. 57 of 2021 concerning the National Education System, and the Ministry of Education and Culture, No. 371/ M/ 2021 concerning School Programs. The RPP applied by itself is directed at project-based learning, with the output of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students.   Abstrak Program sekolah penggerak merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah dalam uji coba menerapkan kurikulum baru di masa pandemi Covid-19. Program ini menekankan pada luaran peserta didik yang berkarakter melalui profil pelajar pancasila. Salah satu poin penting dalam kurikulum ini adalah adanya opsi kurikulum operasional, dimana lembaga pendidikan dapat mengembangkan sendiri kurikulum yang akan diberlakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi struktur kurikulum dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan (field research). Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan triangulasi untuk mengumpulkan data; proses reduksi data; penyajian; serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 ini Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun menerapkan struktur kurikulum yang selaras dengan PP No 57 Tahun 2021 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dan Kemendikbudristek No 371/M/2021 Tentang Program Sekolah Penggerak. RPP yang diterapkan sendiri diarahkan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dengan output penguatan profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

This research is entitled Collaborative Pillars of Rural Development, which is located in Latdalam Village, South Tanimbar District, Tanimbar Islands Regency, Maluku Province. With a qualitative descriptive model, researchers took field data to obtain scientific facts related to How Collaborative Pillars Drive Latdalam Village Development. And the results of this study are (1) the communication of the driving pillars of village development in the village of Latdalam (Village Government, Churches, and Customary Institutions) needs to be maximized; (2) Commitment from the driving pillars and the community needs to be implemented with high development and awareness, and suggestions are given to this problem, namely: Implementation of the concept of Collaborating the village driving pillars in Latdalam, because healthy collaboration will create healthy ones, and be an example which is good for the next generation to maintain and develop the concept of collaboration in subsequent developments.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah lingkungan kerja, beban kerja serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi Jakarta. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling Slovin diperoleh 112 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi JakartaKata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between organizational trust, output control, process control, normative control, and control on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). As part of the data gathering procedure utilizing the snowball sampling methodology, questionnaires were handed to bank workers based in Batam. This study collected data from 152 employees, and SPSS was used to assess the hypotheses. The findings of this study support the notion that trust has a significant and positive relationship with organizational confidence and employee performance, that output control has a substantial and positive relationship with OCB, that process control has no effect on OCB, that normative power has a significant and positive relationship with OCB, and that trust has a significant impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh kerjasama tim dan komunikasi tim didalam sebuah perusahaan dengan dampak yang ditimbulkan pada variabel kinerja karyawan. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu PT. Mahadana Asta Berjangka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi tim dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara disebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survey kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form kepada 30 responden yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20.0 dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa dengan t hitung sebesar (0,687) ? Ttabel (2,048). Komunikasi tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar (5,851) ? Ttabel (2,048) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 94%. Kerjasama tim dan komunikasi tim berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi para peneliti untuk memperhatikan dan membangun kerjasama tim dan komunikasi tim yang baik.

Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0 seperti sekarang ini, kewajiban dalam mewujudkan peserta didik yang mempunyai karakter kuat positif, harus senantiasa menjadi sebuah prioritas, meski wajib dilakukan penyesuaian dan pengawasan yang ketat. Penggunaan internet mempunyai intensitas efek bagi peserta didik yang harus dipersiapkan bentuk pengawasannya yang efektif. Satu dari beberapa solusi yang bisa dilakukan di dunia pendidikan ialah dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui literasi digital. Lebih dalam pembahasan ini dilakuan penelitian studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filosofis guna mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui literasi digital sebagai strategi dalam menuju pembelajaran imersif era 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peserta didik yang bisa memanfaatkan ataupun memakai literasi digital secara optimal, bisa mempunyai karakter yang baik, sebab bisa memilah dan memilih berbagai informasi yang positif dari sejumlah media literasi yang digunakan. Temuan lain terkait pengimplementasian literasi digital pada pendidikan karakter peserta didik, bisa dilakukan dengan berbagai strategi, diantaranya ialah menguatkan pemahaman pada nilai karakter, penerapan literasi digital yang berbasis pada pendidikan karakter, memahami berbagai konsep yang terdapat pada diri peserta didik, serta manajemen kelas yang sifatnya kondusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan reward terhadap employee engagement melalui dukungan organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanasi tipe kausal yang berusaha menguji pengaruh antar variabel dalam suatu model struktural. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel eksogen, yaitu kompetensi, dan apresiasi, dan dua variabel endogen, satu variabel Mediasi, yaitu dukungan organisasi, dan satu variabel dependen yaitu keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan 86 karyawan dalam CV. Raffana Kids Store menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kompetensi terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa penghargaan tidak memiliki efek langsung pada keterlibatan kerja. Namun, peran dukungan organisasi dapat memediasi penghargaan untuk keterlibatan kerja yang baik dan dukungan organisasi sebagian dapat mempengaruhi keterlibatan kerja.

Abstract

Determine the relationship between organizational communication, training, and development, and teacher performance is one of the objectives of this study. 58 people totaled as respondents in this study, which used a saturation sample method. The basic data used in this study was collected through giving teachers questionnaires. The analysis approach used in this study, multiple linear regression, is carried out using the SPSS 22 program. The findings of this study suggest that training and development, organizational communication, and teacher effectiveness are all significantly impacted. Teachers' performance is concurrently greatly impacted by organizational communication, training, and growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes, as well as to find out how much the level of critical thinking skills has to do with the thematic learning outcomes that the researchers concatenated into learning outcomes for Indonesian language, social studies, and civics in fifth grade elementary school students. This study used the descriptive-correlational method. The tools used to collect data are Likert scales and documents. The sample used is a saturated sample, that is, the entire population is 83 fifth-grade elementary school students. The correlation technique used in this research is product moment correlation, with the t-count results being 3,446 for Indonesian language learning outcomes, 2,819 for social studies learning outcomes, and 8,971 for civics learning outcomes. The results of the correlation between critical thinking skills and Indonesian learning outcomes are 0.253, 0.303 for social studies learning outcomes, and 0.258 for civics learning outcomes. So, the descriptive results are that there is a significant positive relationship between critical thinking skills and learning outcomes in social sciences and civics, with the level of relationship being at a moderate level.
