Abstract

This study aims to describe the budget plan of income and expenditure of schools, the allocation of educational financing, the supervision of education financing, and the reporting of education financing originating from parents in MTs Darul Ulum Palangkaraya. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method, conducted in MTs Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study reveal that the Madrasah Budget Plan  in MTs Darul Ulum Palangkaraya has been made through prior planning by the madrasah before meeting with foundations, school committees and parents, although the draft budget is made in the form of The simplest. In the case of the use of parents funds, the learners are in accordance with the needs and RAPBM made, in the sense that the accounting has been made accounting. Furthermore, supervision of financial management is done directly by the principal.

Abstract

Abstract

Higher education is the level of education after the secondary education that includes diploma programs, undergraduate programs, master programs, doctoral programs, and professional programs, as well as special programs, organized by universities based on Indonesian culture. One of the common characteristics of organizational development is that organizational development is a continuous and dynamic process. Executors should be able to change strategy during the ongoing process as a result of emerging problems and organizational events. This is because it has a strong influence on the achievement of college goals, especially organizational development concerning financial perspective, costumer, education service process, and learning and growth. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as an alternative to organizational development. Within the framework of organizational development, PTS should optimize education services with the potential of existing resources in accordance with the demands of the internal and external environment.

Abstract

The aim of this study; 1). to know the relationship of the principal leadership to the teacher’s professional competence at Junior High School of Palangka Raya city; 2). to know the relationship of teachers’ attitudes to their work, and 3). to know the relationship of principal leadership, teachers’ attitudes to their work with the teachers’ professional competence at the private Junior High School of Palangka Raya city. These results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship with the leadership of the principal with the economic teachers’ professional competence at the private Junior High School of Palangka Raya city. It means that the higher the level of the principal leadership, it will be followed by the higher of the professional competence of the teachers. Conversely, the lower of the leadership of the principal, the professional competence of the teachers will be lower too; 2) there is a significant relationship of the teachers’ attitude to their work with the economic teachers’ professional competence at private Junior High Shool in Palangka Raya city. It means that the higher of positive teachers’ attitude to work, the professional competency of the teachers will be higher, and vice versa; 3) there is a significant relationship of the principal leadership and teachers’ attitudes to their work with economic teachers’ professional competence at the private Junior High School in Palangka Raya city.

Abstract

These results showed that : (1) there is a significant correlation between self-concept and the ability of teachers to teach in the State Junior High School in Palangka Raya, amounting to 35.9%; (2) the results of research on teacher attitudes towards work gives a significant correlation with the teachers' teaching ability. Teacher attitudes toward work are able to contribute to the teaching capabilities of teachers by 41.2%; (3) the experience of being a teacher giving a significant correlation to the ability of teachers to teach. The experience of being a teacher is able to explain the ability of teachers to teach at 39.3%. (4) there is a significant correlation between self-concept, attitude towards the work of teachers, and the teachers' teaching experience in State Junior High School in Palangkaraya. These three independent variables jointly contribute significantly to the ability of teachers to teach, especially in this study amounted to 58.3%. (5) There is a correlation between the variables self-concept, attitudes of teachers towards work and experience as a teacher with the ability of teachers to teach. Variable attitude of teachers towards work (41.2%), is the most dominant variable related to the ability of teachers to teach.

Abstract

This research aims at describing the effectifity of Universty of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya organization that is seen from the efficiency and productivity sides and describing the ability of adaptation and development of University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya organization. The findings of research result showed that: 1) to reach the effectifity and productivity were done the steps: reaching of the formulation of purpose, the determination the field or unit as the section that will do the purpose attainment, deciding the phase of time that was needed, deciding the instrument that could be used to reach the purpose. By the steps University of Muhammdiyah Palangkaraya could produce the out put approriate the target given both quantitaitive and qualitative. 2) The ability of adaptation and development of University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya, they were seen from the efforts from the leader in overcoming the problem or challenge both internal and external, so this university still keep exist and developing accord with society expectation, although the donation factor became the key of university development. Based on the data accord with the research focus, so it could be concluded that the organization of college of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya was effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership of the head of the madrasah at Palangkaraya MTsN 1 in improving the performance of the Palangkaraya 1 MTsN Model teacher. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation study techniques with emphasis on informant data sources, namely: Head of madrasah, teachers, and students to strengthen the validity of the data obtained. Based on the results of the study that the head of the madrasa in Palangka Raya 1 MTsN Model has a type of democratic leadership and is very instrumental in carrying out its leadership as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, and motivator in improving performance in planning, implementing and evaluating classroom learning, and always empower human resources in decision making. Teacher performance in MTsN 1 This model, has carried out an effective week analysis, prota, prosem, availability of media syllabus, list of values, and attendance list of students. The performance of subject teachers in learning planning is in a very good category. The teacher has been disciplined in carrying out his duties as an Educator. In its implementation to improve teacher performance, the headmaster of the madrasah has included the teachers every time there is training in accordance with the field of study. Besides that, the headmaster also gives awards to the teacher, although not in the form of material but in the form of mental support and praise for continuing to develop the potential he has.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of small and medium micro enterprises (MSMEs) in Central Kalimantan with rattan woven craft industries being used as samples to represent other MSME sectors. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in the performance and strategy of the MSME group covering various aspects such as job training, capital support, equipment/technology assistance, and access to information and communication. The findings of this study indicate that the development of MSMEs carried out by regional governments in Central Kalimantan has gone in the right direction, with several factors still making improvements possible. Support in the form of training should be conducted regularly and scheduled with the topic of continuous training and productive participants. Aid in the form of equipment requires periodic evaluations, such as a reward-punishment system for business groups that have received various support to ensure the support provided is on target. Another strategy is to form the centre of the MSME industry in the Capital of the Province, to facilitate the access of tourists who just want to visit looking for typical Central Kalimantan souvenirs. The easiest way to do this now is to implement a movement of love for standard Central Kalimantan handicraft products to be displayed in various offices, offices, and government agencies as well as different infrastructure and public facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know the social interaction profile of IV-A students in SD Negeri 1 Kalampangan, (2) Know the effectiveness of group guidance with traditional games (gobak sodor) to improve social interaction of IV-A students in elementary school Negeri 1 Kalampangan. The study population was 21 IV-A students in SD Negeri 1 Kalampangan with 21 students and 15 students as the research sample. The method used is an experiment, with the Pre-Post Design experiment that is analysis involving two measurements on the same subject against a particular influence or treatment. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and scale. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The level of social interaction of IV-A class students in SD Negeri 1 The results based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed that social interaction behaviour had an initial increase of 40.10 (2) after given treatment (treatment) to the number of improvements on average by 72.50 with an average amount of increases of 30, (3) Meaning "Group guidance services with traditional games (gobak sodor) can increase social interaction of IV-A class students at SD Negeri 1 Kalampangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the activities of students and know the learning outcomes. The method used by researchers is to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. For data collection techniques used are observations and tests with the research subject is class X Accounting for SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir 2015/2016 Academic Year. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that: (1) learning activities of students of class X Accounting II at SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir using the more active PAILKEM strategy, (2) there was an increase in accounting learning costs for students of class X Accounting II at SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir using the PAILKEM strategy which shows Accounting learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 76.20 with classical completeness of 65.51% and in the second cycle the median was 82.41 with artistic integrity of 89.65%.
