Abstract

Integrated of the service is determined by several sector. Addressing Asean Economic Community (ASC), increasing in service quality is the most high priority. coffee become a lifestyle there are many coffee shop that open in market, busy lifestyle also be the reason why some of society choose coffee shop to become the place that they can relax or gathering with friends. This also happen in Indonesia, where coffee shops are growing continiusly and rapidly, start from the traditional one until the modern one. The population in this research are the customer of Excelso coffee Manado Town Square. The sample of this research will be 100 customers of Excelso coffee Manado Town Square.

Abstract

As a part of ASEAN, Indonesia should be ready to face the open competition in ASEAN Economic Community. As a country with big number of population Indonesia of course considered as a promising goal for foreign company that intent on expand their business. Appearanced of The Premiere movie theaters in Manado become a phenomena although this kind of movie theater already introduced by other company that provide premium movie theater. This research aims to evaluate the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA used as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who already experience watching movie in The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Convenience sampling was used to collecting data through online questionnaire.The result, the servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3 shows, the cleanliness of the toilet attribute located in Quadrant 2. On the other hand, electric seats inside the studio attribute placed in Quadrant 3 on IPA chart about servicescape of The Premiere Cineplex 21 Group in Manado Town Square 3. Abstract

Asean Economics Community (ASC) is the challenge and opportunities to expand the company. The welfare benefits given to outsourced workers include, among other things, the payment of monthly wages in accordance with the prevailing Regional/Provincial Minimum Wage, which covers basic wages, transportation costs, overtime pay, holiday bonuses (THR), Jamsostek contributions, work uniforms, and other rights in accordance with the stipulations of the regulations pertaining to manpower, and as stipulated and regulated in the work contract between the Company and the third party which received jobs from PLN. Based on the data analysis using a multiple regression Reward System and Job Stress influence on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah SULUTTENGGO Office Simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract: Online Coupons present an exciting new opportunity to target consumers with highly customized offers. Research on the factors influencing attitude and behavioral intention of consumers using mobile coupons is scanty. This research is quantitative type of research which uses primary data obtained through questionnaire and uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) as the analytical tool. The population of this research is the consumer that redeem online coupons in Starbucks Manado Town Square 3, where the sample size is taken from 100 consumer. In this research, there are 20 variables that defined as factors that affecting purchase intention consumer to redeem online coupons at Starbucks Manado Town Square 3. There are 20 variables included in the analysis, and the results show that 1variable are not eligible at the time of data management and 19 variables correlate with other variable.The three primary objective of this study are to analyze factor that affecting purchase intention consumer to reedem online coupong.The results of the study show that perceived usefulness, product quality, lifestyle, and social factor influence the behavior and intention of consumers to redeem online coupons. Starbucks Manado Town Square 3 shouldmaintain and improve the product quality and online coupon to attracting of customer attention. Keywords: purchase intention, confirmatory factor analysis, online coupons

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dapat menjalankan segala sistem pelaksanaan yang berkaitan secara langsung dengan sumber daya manusia. Perusahaan memiliki suatu kewajiban untuk memberikan suatu timbal-balik bagi karyawan - karyawan yang dimilikinya untuk menciptakan suatu keuntungan yang sama bagi kedua pihak, yaitu perusahaan dan karyawan atau dengan kata lain memberikan rasa kepuasan kerja bagi karyawannya, dimana kompensasi, beban kerja dan pengembangan karir dapat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan  pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Sulut. Dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 47 karyawan dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu saturation sampling method, karyawan dalam perusahaan digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, beban kerja, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.   Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Abstract:  Such  as  the  implementation  of  the strategy  at  CV  dr  BL  Skincare  that  is  not  in  accordance  with  existing  work  standards  or  standard  operational procedure  (SOP).  This  research  aims  to  identify  how  the  employee  retention  strategy  at  CV  dr  BL  Skincare Bekasi,  in  West  Java.  Type  of  this  research  approach  is  descriptive  with  qualitative  method  is  applied  in  this research  since  there  will  be  observation  and  in-depth  interview  needed  as  a  tool  to  gather  data  and  analysis.  The sample  used  saturated  sampling   method  and  only  will  be  used  in  a  small  population  such  as  employees  and  dr. Between  Lutam  as  the  owner  at   CV  dr  BL  Skincare,  which  is  there  are  7  informants  in  this  research  in-depth interview.  There  are  five  indicator  will  be  used  in  in-depth  interview  there  are;  Nature  of  Work,  Remuneration, Flexible  Working  Hour,  Team  Relationship,  and  Job  Security.  The  result  employees  at  CV  dr  BL  Skincare  think that  employee  retention  strategy  in  indicator  remuneration  is  important  there  must  be  change.  The  strategy  that being  used  situational  salary  at  least  up  even  if  it  does  not  follow  UMP  Bekasi  West  Java.  From  the  result  the researcher  suggests  are  made  the  employees  are  not  satisfied  with  their  remuneration  provided  by  the  organization.Keywords: human  resources,  employee  retention  strategy

Abstract

Abstract: Entertainment is a form of activity that holds the attention and interest of audience, or gives pleasure and delight. One of the entertainments part is cinema. In Indonesia, cinema’s or movie theater businesses become more increasing along the development of time. The attitude of the customer is the overall activities of the movie theater which reflect their respond about the movie theater. This research aims to analyze the service quality of Movie Theater in Manado in this case XXI Manado Town Square 3. The type of this research is a quantitative descriptive research. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) was used in this research. The sample of this research is 100 respondents who already experience the service quality of XXI Manado Town Square 3. The sample was taken by purposive sampling. The result of the research shows that XXI Manado Town Square 3 should maintain their good service and improve their low performance. Abstract

Abstract: Employee will sustain high levels of performance if they are appreciated and rewarded accordingly. Moreover, through incentives reward, the management of Ibis Manado City Center Boulevard Hotel expects the employee to be more passionate to achieve the categories of reward in line with enhancing their performance as well. Financial incentives if not assisted by other types of incentives, are not sufficient and only can boost employee performance at the moment. On the other hand, non-financial incentives seen more effective motivators that can fulfill the intrinsic motivational for the employees to enhance their performance. Hence, the focus of this research is the effect of non-financial incentives towards employee performance. Used qualitative methods, 10 employees of Ibis Manado City Center Boulevard Hotel were interviewed to collect the data. Results show that job-related incentives have the most pivotal role in enhancing employee performance at work. Management should give chance to every employee to received job-related incentives since according to findings it really helpful for their daily work and also career.Keywords: non-financial incentives, employee performance, job-related incentives.

Abstract

Abstract : Nowadays coffee shop are becoming an easy place to find in Indonesia with many brands, and one of them is Starbucks. This coffee shop is still competing with its domestic and international competitor that running on the same business such as St. Ali is the coffee shop from outside Indonesia, also The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, J.CO Donut & Coffee, Excelso, MOKKA Coffee Cabana, MAXX Coffee, Kopi Luwak, and Yellow Truck that some are offering more affordable beverage that can attract mostly Indonesian society. The aim of this study is to find out if there is significant difference between male and female customers in repurchase intention based on brand trust and brand commitment of Starbucks in Manado. This research is quantitative research and uses independent sample t-test. The sample size of this research is 100 customers of Starbucks in Manado. The results showed no significant difference between male and female customers in repurchase intention based on brand trust and brand commitment of Starbucks in Manado. The recommendation based on the result is Starbucks in Manado should create special offer for female and male customers in different day, and open new branch in Manado for easy customer reach.Keywords : brand trust, brand commitment, independent sample t-test.

Abstract

Abstract: Human Resource Management is very important in hospitality industry. One of this hospitality industry that operates in manado city is Ibis hotel. In this hotel, it’s important to discuss about employee retention. Employee retention means keeping right people on right jobs for every organization. This research aims to analyze the problem about employee retention in Ibis hotel Manado. This study aims to define the factors that affecting employee retention in Ibis Hotel Manado and to determine which factors most impacting employee retention in Ibis Hotel Manado. This research utilizes descriptive quantitative method. Populations and samples in this study are the employees of Ibis Hotel Manado, using saturated sampling technique in collecting sample research from respondents. The results of this research conclude that there are four factors that impacts the employee retention of Ibis Hotel Manado, such as talent management factor, consisted of training and development, perceived of organizational support, organizational justice, job autonomy, career development, commitment, performance appraisal and employee empowerment variable. Workload factor, consisted of by job satisfaction, work environment, leadership, organizational culture, and work life balance social interaction factor, consisted of demographics, mentoring and compensation variable. Psychological well-being factor, consisted of reward, job stress, and job security variable.Keywords: employee retention, factor analysis, talent management, workload, psychological well-being, job security.
