Abstract

This research produce LKPD STEM-PjBL (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics-Project Based Learning) integrated on Thermochemical learning, then reveal its validity and practicality categories. This type of research is Research and Development, with 4-D model consisting of: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. LKPD was validated by 3 Chemistry lecturers of FMIPA UNP and 2 Chemistry teachers, then practicalited by 2 Chemistry teachers and 25 students of Class XII MIA 2 SMA UNP Laboratory Development. The validity and practicality tests were using Cohen kappa analysed, yielding 0.816 for the validity test and 0.837 and 0.855 for the teacher and student practicality test with very high categories. The data shows that the LKPD produced is valid and practical.

Abstract

Education 4.0 emphasizes 4C skills, critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration. Realized with STEM-PjBL integrated learning, one of them was in the Petroleum material grade XI of SMA or MA. This study aims to produce STEM-PjBL integrated LKPD in Petroleum material and determine its validity. This type of research is R and D with a 4-D model composed of define, design, develop, and disseminate (not implemented). Research is limited to the validity test with the instrument validity as a measurement tool. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and analysis of research data from five expert validators using the Cohen kappa formula. Based on the analysis concluded, LKPD has had very high validity.

Abstract

This research aims to develop teachig materials in the form of student worksheet intetgrated with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics – Project Based Learning (STEAM-PjBL) on Buffer Solution topic, and revealing the validity and practicality of the developed student worksheets. This research is R&D research with 4-D as the development model. This 4-D model has four stages, namely the define stage, the design stagethe develop stage and the disseminate stage. However the disseminate stage was not implemented. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a validity sheet and a practicality questionnaire. This student worksheet was validated by 5 expert including a chemistry lectures at FMIPA UNP and chemistry teachers at SMAN 6 Padang. The validation data were analyzed using the Aiken’s V scale while the practicality data were analyzed using a comparizon of the student’s value with the ideal maximum value of the student’s response. Based on the validation questionnaire that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that the student worksheet integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics – Project Based Learning (STEAM-PjBL) on Buffer Solution topic is valid with a V value is 0,87 with valid category. While the practicality of teachers and students obtained NP value is 97% and 89% with a very practical category.

Abstract

The collaboration between STEM and PjBL is able to increase interest, motivation, creativity, and effectiveness, and is able to influence the development of students' attitudes in learning. This study produces electronic student worksheets that are integrated with STEM-PBjL, then reveals its validity and practicality. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) research and a 4-D model which includes: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, (4) deseminate. The electronic validation of student worksheets was carried out by 3 Chemistry lecturers of FMIPA UNP and 2 Chemistry teachers and a practical test with 2 teachers and 17 students of Class XII SMA Negeri01 Gunung Talang. Analysis of the validity test used Aiken's V with the validation results of 0.884 and the practicality of using Kappa Kohen with the results, namely for the practicality test of teachers and participants with results of 0.693 and 0.758 which were in high categories. The results of the data show that the electronic student worksheets are valid and practical to use. Kolaborasi antara STEM dan PjBL mampu meningkatkan ketertarikan, motivasi, kreatifitas, dan efektifitas serta mampu mempengaruhi pengembangan sikap peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan elektronik LKPD yang terintegrasi STEM-PjBL, kemudian mengungkapkan validitas dan praktikalitasnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D (Research and Development) dan model 4-D yang meliputi: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, (4) disseminate. Validasi elektronik LKPD ini dilakukan 3 dosen Kimia FMIPA Universitas Negeri Padang dan 2 orang guru Kimia SMA dan uji praktikalitas dengan 2 orang guru dan 17 orang siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. Analisa uji validitas mengunakan Aiken’s V dengan hasil validasi yaitu 0.884 serta praktikalitas mengunakan Kappa Kohen dengan hasil yaitu untuk uji praktikalitas guru dan peserta dengan hasil yaitu 0.693 dan0.758 memiliki kategori tinggi. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa elektronik LKPD valid dan praktis digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of Student Activity Sheets (LKPD) which are integrated in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics – Project-Based Learning (STEAM-PjBL) on Acids and Bases material and are used to determine the level of validity and practicality of the LKPD that is used. developed. This research is a research (R&D) with a 4-D development model. This 4-D model has four stages, namely the stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. However, the dissemination stage was not carried out. This study used instruments in the form of content and construct validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires. This LKPD was validated by five experts consisting of a Chemistry lecturer (FMIPA UNP) and a chemistry teacher. The validation data obtained were analyzed using the v Aiken scale, while the practicality data were analyzed using a comparison of students' scores with students' maximum scores. Based on the validation questionnaire that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that the LKPD developed is valid with a v value of 0.86 with a very valid category. While the practicality of teachers and students obtained NP values of 0.85 and 0.89 with very practical categories.
