Time management plays a role in the completion of student academic tasks well. The inability of students in time management leads them to tend to delay doing their academic tasks. The delay in doing these academic tasks is called "academic procrastination". This behavior can give negative effect for student of course. Students who do procrastination will need more time to complete their studies than students who do not do procrastination. Procrastination can lead to a decrease in productivity that leads to lower individual quality and can cause stress, anxiety, and difficulty in concentrating. The purpose of this study to see whether time management affects the procrastination habits of nursing department STIKES Bina Usada Bali?s student class of 2014 in writing graduating paper and how much influence those variable given. Research design used cross sectional with quantitative approach. Data was collected through filling questionnaire of 70 nursing students in September 2017 in STIKES Bina Usada Bali. Data analysis including univariate and bivariate analysis with kendall?s tau correlation coefficient. Univariate analysis showed that most of the nursing students had the time management skill on high category 36 respondents (51,4%) and had average level of graduating paper writing procrastination around 34 respondents (48,6%). Bivariate analysis with Kendall?s Tau correlational value of    -0,233 showed that there was a weak relation with p value 0,03 was smaller than ? = 0,05 (p<0,05) meant that there was significant relation between time management skill and graduating paper procrastination level among nursing department of STIKES Bina Usada Bali?s students, class of 2014. Time management skill is necessary for students to reduce the tendency of graduating paper writing procrastination, when the time management skill is high, the level of graduating paper procrastination becomes lower, in order to encourage nursing students to graduate on time..

  Rasa ketidakpuasan pasien asing yang menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Selain kebersihan rumah sakit, faktor caring perawat merupakan hal yang sangat berperan penting terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien asing itu sendiri. Caring perawat merupakan suatu cara pendekatan yang dinamis, dimana perawat bekerja untuk lebih meningkatkan kepeduliannya kepada pasien demi memenuhi kebutuhan dasar pasien, sehingga kepuasan sebagai indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Hubungan Perilaku Caring Perawat Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Asing Yang Menjalani Rawat Inap di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang ditentukan dengan kriterian inklusi dan ekslusi. data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 30 responden perilaku caring perawat tergolong baik dan kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukkan pasien kepada perawat cenderung puas. Terdapat hubungan yang sangat significant antara Perilaku Caring Perawat dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Asing Yang Menjalani Rawat Inap yang dibuktikan dengan nilai (Pvalue < 0,001, r = 0,967). Saran bagi Perawat adalah konsistensi menjaga dan meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap pasien  dengan demikian kualitas dan mutu rumah sakit akan terjaga.

Salah satu penyebab buruknya aspek kesehatan di Indonesia adalah tidak meratanya pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pemerintah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang No.40 tentang sistem Jaminan sosial nasional (SJSN). Berdasarkan data di Puskesmas II Denpasar Selatan terdapat 689 orang pengguna BPJS, dimana setelah di wawancarai sebanyak sepuluh orang terdapat tujuh diantara sepuluh orang mengatakan tidak puas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Kesehatan di Puskemas II Denpasar Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah pasien yang berkunjung atau berobat ke Puskesmas II Denpasar Selatan menggunakan BPJS sebanyak 253 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan p value= 0,001 dengan kepuasan pasien dimana nilai p < 0,05. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan referensi dan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat melakukan pengkajian lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor lainnya yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS seperti suasana, image.

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure that exceeds normal limits and can result in death. Lack of knowledge affects hypertensive patients to be able to overcome hypertension recurrence. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about hypertension and the prevention of hypertension recurrence in the elderly.This study used quantitative methods with descriptive research design and cross sectional approach with nonprobability sampling with total sampling, where the sample size was 42 elderly respondents with hypertension at Puskesmas II Denpasar Utara.The results showed that knowledge about hypertension was in a good category (54.8%), efforts to prevent hypertension recurrence by category had been carried out (73.8%). Chi Square test results show p value = 0,000 so that p value ≤ 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge about hypertension and efforts to prevent hypertension recurrence in the elderly.Knowledge about hypertension has an impact on the elderly to encourage the desire to prevent hypertension recurrence. This research is expected to provide information to patients with hypertension about the importance of prevention efforts by increasing knowledge about hypertension.

Caring is a factor that affects the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction. Caring behavior is not innate, but can be learned and practiced. Communication as a basic capital in caring behavior, it is very important to provide effective communication training or therapeutic communication to all nurses. This study aimed at determine the effect of effective communication training towards nurse caring in the ward at Bali Royal Hospital. The research method used is quantitative with Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. The research sample consisted of 50 nurses in the ward at Bali Royal Bali Hospital with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistic test. The results of the study were obtained from 50 respondents, the majority of respondents experienced an increase in caring behavior after the intervention/ treatment of effective communication training as many as 49 people and the results of statistical tests showed that there was an effect of effective communication training towards caring nurses in ward at Royal Bali Hospital. Suggestions to nurses to improve the ability of caring behavior to increase patient satisfaction with services. Nurses should actively participate in training and be active in finding information related to caring behavior.

Midwifery is one of many professions in the world of health assigned to help the process of labor for mothers, including the caregiving during the childbirth and has as well become the only profession to assist women in the pre and post-labor. The large amount of midwife graduates as counted in every year is contributing in the increasing number of unemployment in Indonesia. For those who had been graduated as a midwife in addition with specific skills of taking care for mothers before and after the birth giving, must have not been unemployed after being equipped with the knowledge of entrepreneurship as there should be an opportunity to create business and new job fields for others. STIKES Bina Usada Bali has inserted entrepreneurship subject to become compulsory in the curriculum to help give new vision to the students. This research is aimed to see the influence of entrepreneurship education to the interest of becoming an entrepreneur for midwifery students of STIKES Bina Usada Bali. The cross sectional design was implemented in this research by applying quantitative method of approach. The data were collected in September 2019 through questionnaire distributed to 39 students of midwifery. The data analysis included Kendall’s Tau univariate and bivariate analysis. The univariate analysis showed that most students had moderate characteristics for entrepreneurship numbered 16 of the total students (43.2%) and those with high interest in entrepreneurship was in the number of 18 students (48.6%). Meanwhile, the bivariate analysis with Kendall Tau’s correlation value of -0.775 showed the presence of weak level of correlation with the value of p=0.00 less than ɑ =0.05 (p<0.05) meaning that there was significant relation between the education of entrepreneurship and the interest in becoming entrepreneurs of the midwifery students of STIKES Bina Usada Bali. Bidan merupakan salah satu profesi dalam dunia kesehatan yang memiliki tugas untuk membantu proses melahirkan pada seorang ibu, memberi asuhan pada masa persalinan dan menjadi satu–satunya profesi yang memiliki tugas untuk merawat seorang wanita yang akan melahirkan dan juga setelah melahirkan. Banyaknya lulusan bidan setiap tahunnya menjadi salah satu penyebab meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia. Lulusan bidan yang sudah memiliki kemampuan yang khusus dalam bidang pengasuhan dan perawatan seorang ibu yang sedang mengandung dan setelah melahirkan, seharusnya tidak menjadi pengangguran ketika mereka dibekali pengetahuan tentang entrepreneurship, karena mereka dapat membangun usaha mereka sendiri dan bahkan mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan. STIKES Bina Usada Bali menambahkan mata kuliah entrepreneurship sebagai salah satu mata kuliah yang wajib diambil oleh mahasiswa untuk memberikan pandangan baru kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan entrepreneurship terhadap minat mahasiswa kebidanan STIKES Bina Usada Bali menjadi seorang entrepreneur. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross sectional menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan September 2019 melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh 39 mahasiswa kebidanan. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat Korelasi Kendall’s Tau. Analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar memiliki karakter entrepreneur sedang sebanyak 16 mahasiswa (43,2%) dan mahasiswa yang memiliki minat tinggi menjadi entrepreneur sebanyak 18 mahasiswa (48,6%%). Analisis bivariat dengan nilai korelasi Kendall’s Tau sebesar -0,775 menunjukkan adanya tingkat hubungan yang lemah dengan nilai p= 0,00 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan entrepreneurship dengan minat mahasiswa kebidanan STIKES Bina Usada Bali menjadi entrepreneur. The Influence of Attitude and Motivation of STIKES Bina Usada Bali’s Nursing Students to Their Entrepreneurial Intention I Gede Wirajaya; Nina Rismawati Hakim; Alfiery Leda Kio

The effort of solving the problem of unemployment and decreasing its number, give in a chance for entrepreneurship to be the alternative choice of action. This current research is aimed to see the result of The Influence of Attitude and Motivation of STIKES Bina Usada Bali’s Nursing Students to Their Entrepreneurial Intention. The cross sectional design was implemented in this research. The data were collected in September 2020 through questionnaire distributed to 100 students of nursing. The data analysis using Kendall’s Tau. The bivariate analysis of Kendall’s Tau correlation value showed the significant and strong influence between the attitude and the nursing students’ entrepreneurial intention. The higher the attitude of entrepreneurship relevantly indicates the higher entrepreneurial intention (the value of r=0.780; p<0.0001). The same result occurred in the variable of motivation and the entrepreneurial intention as there was a significant and strong influence with the value of r=0.768 and p<0.0001.

Multiple Roles and Stress on Students of Transfer Program of 2019 STIKES Bina Usada Bali Nursing Study Program Nina Rismawati Hakim; I Gede Wirajaya

Nurse is currently being required to enhance their professional level of competency and qualification. This particular condition has formed a multiple type of nursing roles (education-profession-family). The adaptation in the previously said multiple roles, i.e. student-profession-family, is a requirement for the nursing students of transfer program. This research is using cross sectional design. The data were collected through questionnaire distributed to 134 nursing students of transfer program of STIKES Bina Usada Bali. The result showed 107 students (79.0%) of having a low degree of multiple roles where 87 students (64.9%) had a low level of stress. The result of the analysis with the Spearman’s Rank Test equaled to 0.683, indicated a strong level of the relation with the value of p = 0.0001 lower than ɑ = 0.05 (p<0.05). The students with multiple roles are supposed to effectively manage their stress in order to properly carry out the roles.

The leadership of a nursing manager can create a work environment that decreases nurse turnover, further increases nurse retention and increases patient satisfaction. This study aimed at identifying the influence of the autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire leadership style towards nurse’s job satisfaction in inpatients room at the RSU Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan. Research design used cross sectional with quantitative approach. Data was collected through filling questionnaire of 30 nurses in April 2018 in RSU Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan. Data analysis is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire leadership style have a linear influence to nurse’s job satisfaction with F test 86,99 and p value 0,000 was smaller than α = 0,05 (p<0,05) and democratic is the most dominant leadership style that influences towards the nurse’s job satisfaction with t test 4,228
