Abstract

Jumlah lapangan pekerjaan yang semakin sedikit dan terus meningkatnya lulusan perawat setiap tahunnya mengakibatkan banyaknya lulusan sarjana perawat yang menganggur, hal ini menimbulkan suatu masalah di Indonesia. Untuk itu perlu diperkenalkan konsep entrepreneurship di lingkungan kampus sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat perawat menjadi seorang entrepreneur.Entrepreneurship adalah penerapan kreativitas dalam memecahkan suatu masalah dengan cara mencari peluang untuk memperbaiki kehidupan (usaha). Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kuliah entrepreneurship terhadap minat mahasiswa program studi keperawatan angkatan 2014 STIKES Bina Usada Bali menjadi entrepreneur.Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh 70 orang mahasiswa keperawatan pada bulan September 2017 di STIKES Bina Usada Bali. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat Korelasi Kendall’s Tau. Analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa menyukai mata kuliah entrepreneurshipyaitu sebanyak 29 responden (41,4%) dan memiliki minat menjadi entrepreneur yaitu sebanyak 27 responden (38,6%).Analisis bivariat dengan nilai korelasi Kendall’s Tau sebesar -0,755 menunjukkan adanya tingkat hubungan yang lemah dengan nilai p= 0,00 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kuliah entrepreneurship dengan minat mahasiswa STIKES Bina Usada Bali menjadi entrepreneur. Entrepreneur dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mengurangi jumlah pengangguran dan dapat menambah jumlah lapangan pekerjaan sehingga perlu ditanamkan minat entrepreneur pada perawat di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

The effort of solving the problem of unemployment and decreasing its number, give in a chance for entrepreneurship to be the alternative choice of action. This current research is aimed to see the result of The Influence of Attitude and Motivation of STIKES Bina Usada Bali’s Nursing Students to Their Entrepreneurial Intention. The cross sectional design was implemented in this research. The data were collected in September 2020 through questionnaire distributed to 100 students of nursing. The data analysis using Kendall’s Tau. The bivariate analysis of Kendall’s Tau correlation value showed the significant and strong influence between the attitude and the nursing students’ entrepreneurial intention. The higher the attitude of entrepreneurship relevantly indicates the higher entrepreneurial intention (the value of r=0.780; p<0.0001). The same result occurred in the variable of motivation and the entrepreneurial intention as there was a significant and strong influence with the value of r=0.768 and p<0.0001.

Abstract

Nurse is currently being required to enhance their professional level of competency and qualification. This particular condition has formed a multiple type of nursing roles (education-profession-family). The adaptation in the previously said multiple roles, i.e. student-profession-family, is a requirement for the nursing students of transfer program. This research is using cross sectional design. The data were collected through questionnaire distributed to 134 nursing students of transfer program of STIKES Bina Usada Bali. The result showed 107 students (79.0%) of having a low degree of multiple roles where 87 students (64.9%) had a low level of stress. The result of the analysis with the Spearman’s Rank Test equaled to 0.683, indicated a strong level of the relation with the value of p = 0.0001 lower than ɑ = 0.05 (p<0.05). The students with multiple roles are supposed to effectively manage their stress in order to properly carry out the roles.

Abstract

The leadership of a nursing manager can create a work environment that decreases nurse turnover, further increases nurse retention and increases patient satisfaction. This study aimed at identifying the influence of the autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire leadership style towards nurse’s job satisfaction in inpatients room at the RSU Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan. Research design used cross sectional with quantitative approach. Data was collected through filling questionnaire of 30 nurses in April 2018 in RSU Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan. Data analysis is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire leadership style have a linear influence to nurse’s job satisfaction with F test 86,99 and p value 0,000 was smaller than α = 0,05 (p<0,05) and democratic is the most dominant leadership style that influences towards the nurse’s job satisfaction with t test 4,228

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the effect of progressive mobilization on pressure ulcer incidents in patient with mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit at Mangusada Hospital. The design of this study was PreExperiment (one group pretest and posttest design). The instrument used in this study was a standard procedure of Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) and observation sheet of Decubitus. The result of the test indicated most of the respondents experienced grade I pressure ulcer (decubitus) before being given progressive mobilization therapy and after the therapy, all respondents (100%) did not show pressure ulcer (decubitus) incident. Wilcoxon test showed that there was an effect of progressive mobilization on pressure ulcer incidents in patient with mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit at Mangusada Hospital (p-value = 0,042).
