Abstract

AbstractThe current of globalization has affected many sectors including tertiary institutions. This scientific work reveals the strategy of study programs in higher education in order to develop continuously to improve management development in accordance with the needs and challenges that come. In this article, two important aspects that need to be considered are human resources and curriculum that are relevant to the conditions of globalization. Karya ilmiah ini mengungkap strategi program studi pada pendidikan tinggi agar dapat berkembang secara terus menerus melakukan improvisasi pengembangan manajemen sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dating. Pada artikel ini diungkap tentang dua aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan yakni sumber daya manusia dan kurikulum yang relevan dengan kondisi globalisasi. Abstract

Moral development has a function in an effort to prevent negative impacts arising from the current development. Time has changed the lifestyle of students. Starting from the decline in social life ethics and moral ethics. To correct these problems, there needs to be an effective effort to develop student morale in schools. One of them is through religious activities held at school, namely the Islamic Da'wah extracurricular activities that have been carried out at MAN 1 Malang City. Although the Islamic Da'wah extracurricular activities have been carried out, it does not rule out the possibility that not all students want to participate fully in this activity. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative research approach and type of case study research. Data collection techniques using participant observation, using unstructured interview methods and using the documentation method. The results showed that the morals of students in MAN 1 Malang city as a whole had good morals, although some others still showed bad behavior. This can be improved through activities carried out by Islamic da'wah bodies which are the focal point of religious activities in MAN 1 Malang city, with the hope of realizing intelligent learners in science that are also accompanied by noble morals. Keywords: Moral Development, Extracurricular Activities, Islamic Da’wah Agency

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence (SQ) is intelligence that can help humans heal themselves as a whole. There are so many people who are currently living a life full of wounds and disarray, they long for harmony in their lives. Human existence in life is to carry out the task of the Caliphate which is to make the world a place that is in accordance with the will of Allah SWT, this goal can only be fulfilled if humans are aware of their duties. While in today's instantaneous era, humans experience a crisis that is very alarming, because along with the advancement of science and technology with all its variety it has not succeeded in elevating the dignity of human life. disappearing. Abstract

The aim of the researchers was 1) to describe the quality of Islamic education in MAN Rejoso Darul Ulum Jombang. 2) describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of Islamic education in MAN Rejoso Darul Ulum Jombang. To get the results of the study, researchers used a qualitative approach with the basis of phenomenological thinking and the type of case study research, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that, 1) the quality of Islamic education in MAN Rejoso Darul Ulum Jombang has increasingly increased. This can be seen from the habituation and programs that have been designed starting from the activities of the Ministry of Religion or Ministry Of Religion, activities that are formed from Islamic boarding schools because the notes of students in the MAN Darul Ulum school are domiciled in boarding school and become the flagship program of the Qur'an. In addition, there are also many achievements in the field of religion, both academic and non-academic. 2) the role of the school principal in improving the quality of Islamic education, namely to request activities effectively and efficiently. Providing coaches for extras or teachers with training, seminars, workshops and training, collaborating with other agencies, adding religious subjects into intensive hours following PIB conducted in class XI and providing programs and religious practices to all students for example the Dhuha prayer, dzhur congregation, istighosah, reciting the yellow book, aqidatul lay and so on. Discipline students to carry out habituation and provide the widest possible forum for students who want to be creative.

Abstract

Learning Al-Qur'an Hadith is one of the support materials in the formation of spiritual intelligence because it emphasizes the behavior of the student. One of the problems that arises among high school students, including SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang, is the lack of training of the spiritual intelligence of the students. Based on these issues, the researchers are interested in further investigating on the following objectives: Describe and analyze (1) Al-Qur'an Hadith's learning design to shape the spiritual intelligence of students in Wahid Hasyim Junior High School Malang (2) Al- Qur'an Hadith learning process in training students' spiritual intelligence in Wahid Hasyim Malang High School (3) Al-Qur'an Hadith learning model in training of spiritual intelligence of students at Wahid Hasyim Malang High School In this study, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach and the type of research used The research used is a case study with the aim of presenting a complete picture of the relationship among the phenomena tested. The results show that the learning design has variations in the implementation design, the learning process of Al-Qur'an Hadith that can form spiritual intelligence in religious activities programs, it is recognized that the learning process is more effective and the Al-Qur'an Hadith learning The Wahid Hasyim High School model uses the Cooperative Contextual Model (CTL). And the TGT learning model that can shape students' emotional intelligence in various aspects at Wahid Hasyim Junior High School Malang.

Abstract

With the existence of qualified teachers, an educational institution can be qualified. From the background of the research above, the researcher formulated the problem, namely how about learning PAI in the classroom, the strategies or efforts of the teacher how to improve PAI learning, what factors support and inhibit the teacher in improving learning. with the aim of describing PAI learning. strategies or efforts or steps of the teacher in improving PAI learning, and describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of teachers in improving PAI learning. The study was conducted using qualitative research. The study used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are PAI learning using three programs, namely intraturicular, extracurricular, and co-curricular. Based on the findings of the teacher researchers provide strategies to students in the form of organizational strategies, learning strategies, and management strategies.

Abstract

The value of Islamic religious education is required to be the direction of truth because of the moral crisis that occurred in the end of this age. Story is one form of learning to all human beings that is very relevant to the contextualization of the present era, where humans can continue to learn from past experiences that can then be taken good as well as improve or look for positive formulations of what has become a shortage of the past. Likewise with the story of the Prophet Khidr and the Prophet Moses in the letter Al-Kahf verses 60-82. The value of Islamic education contained therein is the value of patience, the value of tawadhu ', meek value, the ethical value of educators to students that is not teaching knowledge that is not mastered by students, resignation value, ethical values of students to educators ie not asking when not welcome ask, must have prejudiced values and values of faith in God's decree. Keywords: Islamic education values, acts

Abstract

The teacher is only guided by the material taught by the lecture method, a method that makes students easily bored in learning, so that is what causes student learning outcomes to be less than optimal.  this research was conducted at Mts Darul falah Tunjungtirto singosari, Malang.  the method of data analyst in this study is to use the percentage and the results are as follows, I before applying the make a match learning model on student learning outcomes did not reach the KKM that is 42%, after applying the make a match learning model can be known to increase student learning outcomes  in cycle 1 there was an increase of as much as 75%, while students who had not yet reached KKM were 4 students, based on the results of cycle 2 tests, it was found that an average of 89 and students graduated up to 94%,, So in this case it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of learning models make a match in food and beverage material that is lawful and unlawful in VII Darul Falah's class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the personality condition and to describe the importance of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in Malang 1 State Islamic Senior High School. The study was conducted with a type of qualitative research. The procedure of data collection is done by using the observation method, interview method by using the question and answer way verbally with research sources, and the documentation method that is in the form of notes, transcripts, and so on. In this study, the condition of student personality is said to be good can be seen from how students order in carrying out activities in the madrasa, polite and polite attitude to good speech. And based on what is done by a teacher of Islamic religious education in shaping the personality of students by giving examples and good example, providing student motivation, interacting and maintaining communication with students, and using subtle language. It can be concluded that the personality possessed by students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 in Malang city is good and the teacher of Islamic religious education in shaping students' personalities in accordance with the existing theories in the thesis.Keywords: Role, Personality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in increasing the motivation that exists in class VII students of MTs Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. The problems faced by students are still very lacking in learning because many students use gadgets, which increasingly affect students in their learning, from the surrounding environment, wrong in association, lack of attention from parents in learning students. The research location located in the MTs Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari school located on the street Sidorejo No. 55 Singosari Malang Regency. In this study used is a qualitative method, where documents are obtained based on the results of interviews, observation, and documentation. Which is analyzed by document reduction, document presentation, conclusion drawing. From the results of this study indicate that the motivation that exists in students is still lacking so that the teacher seeks to increase motivation in students with strategies, methods, giving rewards and penalties. While the supporting factors in motivation to learn are the facilities that support the learning process such as LCD and writing, rewards, and a high level of interest in learning. inhibiting factors for the background of students who come from broken home families, poor moral condition, wrong relationships, and low levels of interest.
