Abstract

This research aimed to analyze: (1) Learning planning design through manipulative media with using Realistic Mathematics Approach (RMA) (2) Learning activity with manipulative media through RMA (3) Learning evaluation system through realistic mathematics approach with using manipulative media (4) Improving students’ learning result after using manipulative media through realistic mathematics approach.Method was used Classroom Action Research with research subject that is students in 4A and 4B class at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sepang Jaya 2009/2010 which consist of 60 students, through three cycles.Kata kunci : aktivitas belajar, PMR, media manipulatif,  hasil belajar.

Abstract

The objektives is 1) to discribe ability and condition of teaching material mathematics students worksheet has gotten in mathematic learning; 2) to get the teaching material students mathematics worksheet for junior high school that is  suitably to characteristics and needs of students; 3) to find the average scores of formatif test students have studied by teaching material students mathematics worksheet to compare with students have studied by parcel book; 4) to discribe the efectivity, eficiency and attraction usage of teaching material students mathematics worksheet for junior high school in learning. The method is development research method.Kata kunci :  LKS matematika, efektifitas, efisiensi, daya tarik.

Abstract

This study aims : (1) to describe the context, (2) to describe the input,(3) to describe the process, (4) to describe the product. The method of program evaluation used qualitative descriptive with CIPP model. The findings of research on the evaluation study concluded: (1)There is aprincipal policy such as the decision letter on goals and needs as well as the chances of success of program,(2)The availability of trainers and participants,sources and uses of funds budget of committee as well as the facilities or infrastructure of broadcasting devices is feasible even incomplete,(3) The details of the effectiveness of the implementation schedule, implementation of the activities has been carried out for 8 standards of 14 Professional Standards of Broadcast Radio, and also the role of the supervising teacher / coach has been implemented; (4) Many students have mastered to operate the broadcasting devices although it is not optimally, so that they are able to broadcast based on their capabilitiesTujuan penelitian ini untuk : (1) mendeskripsikan tentang konteks; (2) mendeskripsikan tentang input;(3) mendeskripsikan tentang proses; (4) mendeskripsikan tentang produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan model CIPP. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi disimpulkan : (1) adanya kebijakan Kepala Sekolah berupa SK pengurus program,sasaran dan kebutuhan serta peluang keberhasilan; (2) tersedianya tenaga pelatih dan peserta,sumber anggaran dan penggunaannya dari dana Komite serta sarana/prasarana perangkat siar sudah layak walaupun belum lengkap; (3) rincian efektifitas pelaksanaan sesuai jadwal, aktivitas pelaksanaan terlaksana 8 standar dari 14 Standar Profesional Radio Siaran, dan peran guru pembimbing atau pelatih sudah terlaksana; (4) siswa sudah trampil mengoperasikan perangkat siar walaupun belum secara maksimal dan dapat melaksanakan siaran.Kata kunci: evaluasi program,kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pengembangan diri, radio komunitas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) learning environment condition of physics, (2) tool and infrastructure that support in learning process of physics, (3) physics learning process that was done,  and (4) physics learning achievement learnt at SMAN 1 Ambarawa Prigsewu Regency. The population were the entire students of  class X SMAN 1 Ambarawa Prigsewu Regency in the year of  2012/2013 that consisted of 175 students. The data used in this research were gathered to use observation method, documentation,  and practice test.While specifically the conclusions are : (1) the evaluation in component context  with category is enough (2), the evaluation in component input with good category (3), evaluation in process component is in good category and (4) the evaluation in component produced points in  good category.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis : (1) kondisi lingkungan pembelajaran fisika, (2) sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran fisika, (3) proses pembelajaran fisika yang dilakukan, dan (4) pencapaian hasil belajar fisika siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Ambarawa Kabupaten Pringsewu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Ambarawa Kabupaten Pringsewu Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 175 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes unjuk kerja.Sedangkan secara khusus dapat disimpulkan hal-hal berikut: (1) evaluasi pada komponen context nya kategori cukup, (2) evaluasi pada komponen input kategori Baik, (3) evaluasi pada komponen proses dengan kategori baik, dan (4) evaluasi pada komponen product menghasilkan poin dengan kategori baik.Kata kunci : CIPP model, evaluasi, pembelajaran fisika.

Abstract

Tingginya perilaku swamedikasi antibiotik dapat meningkatkan peluang penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan resistensi antibiotik. Perubahan perilaku swamedikasi antibiotik diperlukan untuk menurunkan penggunaan antibiotik yang irasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi masyarakat terhadap praktik swamedikasi antibiotik yang bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan model intervensi dalam rangka menurunkan praktik swamedikasi antibiotik (SMA). Studi observasional analitik dilakukan pada bulan November–Desember 2014 kepada masyarakat yang berkunjung ke fasilitas kesehatan primer di Kota Bandung. Wawancara terstruktur dengan menggunakan kuesioner tervalidasi dilakukan untuk melihat variabel perilaku swamedikasi serta variabel persepsi ancaman, keuntungan, hambatan, dan kemamampuan bertindak berdasarkan teori perubahan perilaku health belief model (HBM). Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 506 responden dewasa yang diambil secara acak di 43 puskesmas dan 8 apotek. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi logistik (CI 95%, α=5%).Validitas kuesioner dinyatakan dengan koefisien korelasi >0,3 dan nilai reabilitas alpha-cronbach sebesar 0,719. Terdapat 29,45% responden yang melakukan swamedikasi antibiotik selama 6 bulan terakhir. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabel HBM (persepsi ancaman, keuntungan, hambatan, dan kemampuan bertindak) dengan perilaku swamedikasi antibiotik (p>0,05). Persepsi ancaman, keuntungan, hambatan, dan kemauan bertindak berdasarkan teori HBM menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah terhadap perilaku swamedikasi antibiotik. Mudahnya akses dalam membeli antibiotik secara bebas diduga menjadi faktor dalam perilaku SMA sehingga regulasi yang ketat diperlukan sebagai dasar intervensi dalam menurunkan perilaku SMA.Kata kunci: Antibiotik, health belief model, swamedikasiAssociation between Perceived Value and Self-Medication with Antibiotics: An Observational Study Based on Health Belief Model TheoryHigh prevalence of self medication with antibiotics can increase the probability of irrational use of antibiotics which may lead antibiotics resistance. Thus, shifting of behavior is required to minimize the irrational use of antibiotics. This study was aimed to determine the association between public perceivedvalue and self-medication with antibiotics which can be used to develop an intervention model in order to reduce the practice of self-medication with antibiotics. An observational study was conducted during the period of November–December 2014.The subjects were patients who visit primary health care facilities in Bandung. A structured-interview that has been validated was used to investigate the association between perceived value and self-medication behavior based on the Health Belief Model theory (perceived susceptibility, benefits, barrier, and cues to action). Approximately 506 respondents were drawn randomly from 43 community healthcare centers and 8 pharmacies. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and logistic regression (CI 95%, α = 5%). Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were shown with a correlation coefficient of >0.3 and a cronbach-alpha value of 0.719, respectively. We found that 29.45% of respondents practiced self-medication with antibiotics over the last six months. Additionally, there was no significant association between the perceived susceptibility, benefits, barrier, and cues to action with self-medication behavior (p>0.05). Easiness to access antibiotics without prescription was presumed as a factor that contribute to self-medication with antibiotics, therefore strict regulation in antibiotics use is very needed as a basic intervention to decrease self-medication with antibiotic.Key words: Antibiotics, health belief model, self-medication
