Abstract

Learning strategy is an important factor in improving the quality of learning . In connection with the use of learning strategies , teachers need to be careful in the selection of strategies that will be used . This study aimed to describe the use of learning strategies by students on field practice MI Muhajirin Banjarmasin . Data was collected by observation . The analysis used is descriptive qualitative approach . Based on the analysis of data obtained from this study , it can be concluded that the ability to use learning strategies maahasiswa PPL II participants in MI Al Muhajirin can be quite good.Key words : Learning strategy and practice to teaching

Abstract

Learning media is an important factor in improving the quality of learning. In connection with the use of media in the learning process, teaching staff need to be careful in the selection of media that will be used. This study aimed to describe the use of a medium of learning by students on field practice II in Al-Muhajirin Government Elementary School Banjarmasin. Data collected by observation. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study illustrated the ability of PPL student in utilizing instructional media included in either category that most or some 63.6% of the students can use the media in accordance with the general principles of the use of media.                                                                                                          Key Words: Media Learning, Practice Fields II

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that respects the human rights of its citizens. Based on the fundamental constitutional mandate that education is the right of every citizen without exception, one of the indicators is that educational institutions must open opportunities for every citizen. This study aims to evaluate the existing educational facilities in the city of Banjarmasin, precisely some private Islamic Elementary School (MIS). The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. This method aims to describe the situation as a whole and thoroughly related to the selected object. The results of research related to accessibility for people with disabilities still cannot be seen in some of MIS choosen as the object of this study. The results of this study get the fact that all research objects are not friendly to people with dissabilities, such as conventional school steps. Even though the rule of laws is complete, but in fact, the implementation of these laws still encountered some problems until now.  Accessibility for disability is one indicator as a child-friendly school, so, hopefully this research will be a piece of initial information for stakeholders in the Ministry of Religion in improving the quality of essential Islamic education services.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer yang pesat memungkinkan produk program komputer dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah VCD pembelajaran. VCD dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran sehingga menjadi lebih nyata dan lebih mudah dipahami. Penggunaan media ini dapat membawa siswa lebih aktif dan termotivasi dalam proses pembelajarannya, sehingga hasil belajarnya pun akan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan media VCD dalam upaya peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis, angket, observasi, wawancara. Analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen, yaitu pre-experimental one-group pretest-postest design. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa dengan menggunakan media VCD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa. Kata kunci: Peningkatan Hasil Belajar, Motivasi, Media VCD IPS

Abstract

Left-right run and true-false strategy is the activity hearing a true statement then run to the right and when hearing a false statement then run to the left. The learning outcome is the ability the student receives after learning activities. The english language learning  was about my body's material for IV  grade. This research aims to know the result of student learning by using Left-right run and true-false strategy on learning English and to know if there is a significant influence to student learning outcome by using Left-right run and true-false strategy. This research is field research by using experimental method. The sample in this research is the fourth graders of MIN Managers in Banjarmasin. IV  grade students A are as experimental classes (using Left-right run and true-false strategy) and fourth-grade students B are as control class (using index card match strategy). The material taught is my body material. The result of the research shows that the use of Left-right run and true-false strategy can improve the students' learning outcomes in fourth grade English learning at MIN Pemurus Dalam in Banjarmasin. It is based on the analysis of student learning outcomes of experimental and control class. Experimental results of experimental class students are better than the results of the control class students. This can be seen from the average value of the experimental group students at 87.82 whereas the average grade of the control class students is 64.09. Based on average posttest results, the difference is 23.73. Left-right run and true-false strategy has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in fourth grade English learning at MIN Pemurus Dalam in Banjarmasin. This is based on a different test that states Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The government guarantees the equal and same rights to access education. But the problem is, is it true that education can be accessed by all levels of society without exception, including those with disabilities? We must look at the issue of education for individuals with special needs through its implementation or in other words whether schools really have accepted disabled people to enjoy regular education like other children. This study aims to find out how schools within the Ministry of Religion, especially at the level of State Islamic Elementary School (MIN), as an institution that is authorized to implement the government policies that provide easy and equitable access to education. This research is a survey research conducted on 5 state Islamic elementary schools with research time starting from July 2018 to December 2018. The target population is all MIN, and all of them will be observed in depth. From the results of the study we can conclude that all of the State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) in Banjarmasin are not responsive to disability. This is indicated by the absence of supporting facilities for this matter and there are no disability students who attend all these MIN. Then the socialization of the related legal basis is indeed unknown to the school as an executor who directly serves the community. Pemerintah menjamin hak yang sama untuk mengakses pendidikan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Tetapi yang menjadi permasalahan adalah, apakah benar pendidikan dapat diakses oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat tanpa terkecuali termasuk bagi kaum disabilitas. Isu pendidikan bagi individu berkebutuhan khusus ini harus kita lihat melalui dilihat dari implementasinya atau dengan kata lain apakah sekolah benar-benar telah menerima kaum disabilitas untuk menikmati pendidikan regular seperti anak-anak lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sekolah yang berada di lingkungan Kementrian Agama khususnya pada tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) sebagai pelaksana kebijakan pemerintah, melakukan upaya akses pendidikan yang adil dan merata. Penelitian ini menrupakan penelitian survey serta dilaksanakan pada seluruh MIN di Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 5 MIN dengan waktu penelitian mulai dari tanggal Juli 2018 sampai dengan Desember 2018. Populasi target adalah seluruh MIN yang berjumlah 5 dan semuanya akan di observasi secara mendalam. Dari hasil penelitian dapat kami simpulkan bahwa seluruh Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) di Kota Banjarmasin dapat kami katakan tidak layak disabilitas. Hal ini ditandai dengan tidak adanya fasilitas pendukung hal tersebut dan tidak ada pula siswa disabilitas yang bersekolah di semua MIN tersebut. Kemudian sosialisasi dasar hukum terkait memang tidak diketahui oleh pihak sekolah sebagai pelaksana yang langsung melayani masyarakat.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang yang merubah suatu hal yang haram menjadi halal dengan syarat sah sebuah pernikahan telah terpenuhi, tetapi yang menjadi fenomena di Indonesia khususnya di Kalimantan Selatan adalah tingginya angka pernikahan dini yang terjadi. Hal itu dikarenakan ada sebagian pemikiran dari masyarakat bahwa menikahkan anaknya dengan segera maka dia tidak perlu lagi mengurus nafkah untuk anak tersebut, melepaskan tanggung jawabnya sebagai orang tua apa bila anaknya adalah perempuan. Data Riskesdas nasional pada tahun 2014, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan menduduki peringkat ke-2 setelah Jawa Barat dalam kasus pernikahan dini pada usia paling muda antara 10-14 tahun. Berdasarkan data BKKBN, jumlah keluarga remaja di Kalimantan Selatan adalah 2483 orang dengan jumlah perkawinan dini mencapai 18% dari total jumlah remaja usia 14-16 tahun.  Sebuah tugas yang berat bagi kita semua untuk mengatasai fenomena ini.

Abstract

This study was aimed to know the students’ ability in managing classroom in the internship program of teaching. As future teacher, the students are directed to master on the skills of teaching. One of the skills is pedagogical skill to manage the classroom. This study used a descriptive design. The data was collected by using observation. The population of the study was the internship program students of semester VI of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah study program. The sampling used random sampling with 11 students sample. The result of finding shows that the highest score was 75 and the lowest score was 50. The students who were in the category of “Very Good” or in the range of 71-85, was 18.2% (2 of 11 students), in the category of “Good” or in the range of 56-85 was 36.4% (4 of 11 students), in the category of “Good Enough” or in the range of 41-55 was 45.4% (5 of 1 students), and no students were in the category of “Poor” or in the range of 26-40.
