Abstract

This study aims to determine Relationship Management Information Systems with Elementary School Teacher Performance in Central Jakarta Sub Highlands. The sample in this study were teachers Highlands Village SDN 75 people. Proportional sampling using sampling. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Normality Test and Test of Significance analysis technique Product Moment and conclusions with Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the positive effect of management information systems with the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. These results indicate that management information systems can be used as one of the efforts to improve the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. Therefore, teachers need to know about the system implemented in the school as well as the delivery of accurate information from the school to the teacher. Facilities required to meet the school does in IT so that classroom teaching and learning activities designed by teachers varied, in order to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between decision making and counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 94 teachers. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using the questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis testing, obtained tcount equal to 2,10, which means bigger than ttable 1,986. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, decisionmaking contributed 4.57% to the counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi. Based on the results of the survey results revealed that more favorable decision, the lower the level of counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi.

Abstract

This research set aims to discover the relation between organizational trust andorganizational citizenship behavior at Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bea dan CukaiEast Jakarta. The research variable is organizational trust as independent variabel (X)and OCB as dependent variable (Y). The method used in this research is a survey method.To collect the data from respondent researcher use an instrument for both variableorganizational trust and OCB.Data analyzing techniques to test the hypothesis using product moment. Beforeusing the product moment researcher has to test the requirement test that cover normalitytest and liniearity test. From the result of hypothesis test for significance correlationresearcher obtain Tscore > Ttable, Tscore = 31,78 and Ttable = 1,995. From the scorewe can conclude that the hypothesis being submitted is accepted and the nil hypothesis isrejected.From the result of the research can be concluded there is a positive relationbetween organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior of employee atPusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bea dan Cukai East Jakarta. The result also sow thecontribution of organizational trust for OCB is 93,61%. From the score can be describedthat the organizational trust giving a big amount of contribution for the enhancement ofemployee OCB. However to give the positive influence on OCB employee requiredanother factor and not just organizational trust but also another factor that couldincrease the influence of OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in improving teacher discipline in Namrole District, South Buru District, Maluku Province. This research will be conducted in four SMANs of Namrole Sub-district of South Buru Regency of Maluku Province. Research in maret until june 2018. The research approach used is qualitative approach. Qualitative is one method of research in social sciences. The results show that the discipline of Teacher Work 1) Increase the discipline of teaching. 2) Improving Disciplinary Planning, 3) Improving Discipline Implementation of Learning. 4) Improving Discipline Evaluation of Learning 5) Internal and External Factors Affecting Master's Job Satisfaction. 6) Supporting Factors and Inhibitors Teacher Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is seeking information about the effect of coaching and interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. the method of survey with quantitative approach in training civil servants in Central Maluku district. This study was conducted to seluruhu employees of Central Maluku district education offices by using a survey method and hypothesis testing path analysis is applied to 125 employees as a sample and selected by using the formula slovin. The results of this study are: (1) there is a direct effect of positive coaching to the organization's commitment. (2) there is a positive direct influence of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. (3) there is a direct influence on the development of interpersonal communication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) organizational climate, (2) work motivation, (3) organizational citizenship behavior of high school teachers in the capital city of Jakarta. In data analysis, this study uses causal survey method using Path Analysis Technicque. This study used a sample of 138 teachers in 7 Buddhist secondary schools in the capital city of Jakarta who were selected using the Slovin formula. The results revealed that: first, there was a positive effect between the organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in schools. This means that an increase in the organizational climate results in an increase in teacher's organizational citizenship behavior. Second, there is a positive effect between work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in schools. This means that increasing work motivation results in an increase in teacher's organizational citizenship behavior. Third, there is a positive effect between the organizational climate and the work motivation of teachers in schools. This means that an increase in the organizational climate has resulted in an increase in teacher's work motivation.

Abstract

Abstract The economy of the community, especially the PKK women in Babakan Jaya Village, Parung Kuda Sukabumi District, during the covid 19 pandemic, was in a very bad state. Therefore, efforts were needed to improve the community's economy. In connection with that, we from the UNJ Lecturer team did community service through waste utilization training. rice to improve the economy of PKK women in this region. The purpose of this Community Service is to empower the community, especially PKK mothers to improve their economy. This Community Service Method provides knowledge through webinars and the practice of making wedding deliveries based on rice waste. The implementation of P2M activities is carried out by (1) Identifying needs for PKM targets through Focus Group Discussions. (2) Implementation of P2M Activities through the provision of theory and practice (3) Evaluation in the process and at the end of skills activities. (4) The follow-up is the delivery of delivery products to stakeholders in Sukabumi. The final result of the training is that PKK women become skilled at making skill products of economic value and in the end the economy of PKK women has increased after PKK women sold skills products that were made to stakeholders. Abstrak Perekonomian masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu PKK Desa Babakan Jaya Kecamatan Parung Kuda Sukabumi dimasa pandemic covid 19 ini sangat terpuruk.Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat tersebut.Sehubungan dengan itu, kami dari tim Dosen UNJ melakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah padi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi ibu-ibu PKK di wilayah ini. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu PKK untuk peningkatan ekonomi mereka. Metode Pengabdian Kepada Masyaarakat ini pemberian pengetahuan melalui webiner dan praktek membuat hantaran pengantin berbasis limbah padi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan (1).Identifikasi kebutuhan terhadap sasaran PKM melalui Focus Group Discussion. (2)Pelaksanaan Kegiatan P2M melalui pemberian teori dan praktek (3)Evaluasi di dalam proses dan diakhir kegiatan keterampilan. (4)Tindak lanjut yakni pengiriman produk hantaran ke pihak stakeholder yang ada di Sukabumi.Hasil akhir pelatihan, ibu-ibu PKK menjadi terampil membuat produk keterampilan bernilai ekonomi dan akhitnya perekonomian ibu-ibu PKK mengalami peningkatan setelah ibu-ibu PKK menjual produk keterampilan yang dibuatnya ke stakeholder.
