Abstract

This article aimed to explore the existence of islamic education on the middle of globalization era. This research which applied a descriptive qualitative method.Islamic education must still exist in yeast to give color and trend of globalization. Therefore, Islamic education must be developed both theories, ideas and concrete action in the arena of globalization. Global world may not be denied, even just to be faced with evidence of real performance. One of which is being used as Indonesian republican government policy is the implementation of the curriculum in 2013. The curriculum is known as thematic integrative curriculum. However, among the thinkers and practitioners in education curriculum concept store is still a big question whether the issue will be resolved through the Indonesian national curriculum in 2013? Answering this question needs a comprehensive review of the entire sub-system of education in Indonesia. Islamic education is an important part of a real existence in Indonesia from age to age. The findings showed that Islamic education a real need to provide effect and active coloring toward the advancement of science and technology, as urged in the globalization era.Keyword: Globalization, Islamic education, social issues AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi eksistensi pendidikan Islam ditengah-tengah era globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif Pendidikan Islam harus tetap eksis dalam memberikan warna dan ragi bagi trend globalisasi. Oleh sebab itu, pendidikan Islam perlu terus dikembangkan baik teori, pemikiran dan aksi nyata dalam percaturan globalisasi. Dunia global tidak mungkin dipungkiri, bahkan justru harus dihadapi dengan bukti kinerja nyata. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah Republik Indonesia yaitu kurikulum pendidikan tahun 2013. Kurikulum ini dikenal dengan kurikulum tematik integratif. Namun demikian, konsep kurikulum ini masih menyimpan pertanyaan besar apakah masalah bangsa Indonesia akan teratasi melalui kurikulum 2013? Menjawab pertanyaan ini perlu kajian komprehensif dari seluruh subsistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Pendidikan Islam merupakan bagian penting yang eksistensinya di Indonesia nyata dari zaman ke zaman.penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan Islam yang nyata ini perlu memberikan pengaruh nyata dan aktif mewarnai arah kemajuan sains teknologi sebagaimana didesak dalam era globalisasi.Kata kunci: globalisasi, isu-isu sosial, pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the management of supervision and evaluation of education at Al Amanah junior high school Cileunyi during the Covid 19 pandemic. Through a naturalistic qualitative approach, i.e.  research conducted by examining problems that are naturally occurring at Al Amanah junior high school  Cileunyi, then obtained data showing distance learning process implemented by the school during the Covid 19 pandemic. The process of collecting data via whatsapp and telephone calls,. The results of the study indicate that the management of supervision and evaluation of the implementation of the local content curriculum during the Covid 19 pandemic has not been carried out programmatically. This fact shows that there are problems in terms of management, supervision and evaluation, i.e. the process of observing and measuring the operational activities of the Islamic local content curriculum and the results achieved, compared to the education standards that have been set. This also shows that the supervision process by the supervisors has not been maximized, especially the supervisors from the Ministry of Religion. Another finding from this study is that the management of supervision and evaluation by school leaders during the Covid 19 pandemic has not been implemented to organize Islamic local content learning while students study at home.Keywords: Covid 19, Evaluation, Management, Islamic Local Content, Supervision AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud menganalisis manajemen pengawasan dan evaluasi pendidikan di SMP Al Amanah Cileunyi pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji permasalahan yang secara natural tengah terjadi di SMP Al Amanah Cileunyi, maka diperoleh data-data yang menunjukkan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh yang diberlakukan sekolah selama masa pandemi Covid 19. Proses pengumpulan data melalui whatsapp dan Panggilan telpon,. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum muatan lokal selama masa pandemi Covid 19 belum dilaksanakan secara terprogram. Kenyataan tersebut menunjukkan adanya persoalan dalam hal manajemen pengawasan dan evaluasi, yaitu belum berjalannya proses pengamatan dan  pengukuran terhadap operasional kurikulum muatan lokal islami dan hasil dicapai, dibandingkan dengan standar Pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan.  Hal tersebut juga menunjukkan belum maksimalnya proses supervisi oleh Pengawas, khususnya Pengawas dari Kementerian Agama. Temuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah belum berjalannya manajemen pengawasan dan evaluasi oleh pimpinan sekolah selama masa pandemi Covid 19 yang dibuat untuk menyelenggarakan pembelajaran muatan lokal islami selama peserta didik belajar di rumah.Kata Kunci: Covid 19,  Evaluasi, Manajemen, Muatan Lokal Islami, Supervisi

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitianukualitatif, yaitu studi kasus. Data dan informasi utama diperoleh dari kepala atau pimpinan PKBM Intan Bandung sebagai informan kunci dalam memperoleh data penelitian. Lebih lanjut, data dan informasi pendukung diperoleh dari tenaga pendidik di lembaga tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi terlibat, wawancara mendalam, & dokumentasi. Hasil dari observasi ditemukan penerapan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu di PKBM Intan Bandung sebagai berikut: terbangunnya komunikasi yang baik dengan berbagai pihak PKBM Intan Bandung, komunikasi efektif dan kerjasama dengan para orang tua PKBM Intan Bandung, terbentuknya pribadi yang berakhlak mulia, serta terlaksananya kegiatan pengembangan diri bagi siswa. PKBM Intan Bandung telah benar-benar menerapkan konsepumanajemen mutu terpadu secara baik dengan konsentrasi pada keunggulan lokal yang dimilikinya, yaitu pembinaan karakter sebagai strategi meningkatkan kualitas dan prestasi sekolah. Kata kunci: Manajemen mutu terpadu; Pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat.

Abstract

Pemerintah saat ini telah mendorong setiap sekolah untuk menerapkan sistem Pendidikan yang berbasis masyarakat. Peran aktif masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting demi tercapainya tujuan Pendidikan. Lembaga Pendidikan saat ini diharapkan memposisikan masyarakat sebagai mitra atau terlibat aktif dalam penyusunan dan pengawasan seluruh program yang dibuat oleh lembaga pendidikan tidak terkecuali Lembaga Pendidikan formal yang berbasis Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan manajemen Pendidikan berbasis masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kelembagaan di SMP Islam Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, komite, tokoh masyarakat serta dokumen yang relevan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMP Nihayatul Amal merupakan lembaga lendidikan yang lahir dan dipelopori oleh masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu SMP Nihayatul Amal menerapkan system penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang berbasis masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dapat dilihat dari partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan SMP Nihayatul Amal. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di SMP Islam Nihayatul Amal tercermin dari tiga pengelolaan komponen pendidikan yaitu pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan keuangan dan pengelolaan kurikulum.

Abstract

Increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis, the implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis, Evaluation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods and types of field research. Data collection techniques for interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique is to use data triangulation. This research found that 1) Public relations management planning in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis was carried out through a working meeting tah This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods and types of field research. The data analysis technique is to use data triangulation which is carried out annually with all related elements, 2) The implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis refers to the work program that has been determined in the annual work program. This program is divided into two parts, namely routine activities and incidental activities, 3) Evaluation of public relations management in increasing community participation in MAN 1 Ciamis. The Deputy Head of Madrasah for Public Relations also always conducts an evaluation of every implementation of activities, then the results of the evaluation are used as a reference for activities that will be carried out so that they can be better.

Abstract

Multicultural education is a process that respects the multicultural nature of the society in which we live and as agents of change. examines the relationship between power and knowledge as it deals with the nature of communities in which cultural diversity exists and sees that concept as an advance. In addition to the concept of multiculturalism, it is also known that the same multicultural concept has its roots in culture. In this process of internalizing multicultural education in MA Miftahul Falah, the author reviews the prospective transformative Islamic education. Because basically Islamic education must adjust to the targets and direction of development to the latest challenges. Transformative Islamic education reads and seeks new and current moves in understanding the root causes of Islamic education. This prospective selection is because transformative Islamic education is a new current that is relevant and appropriate to solve the root problems of contemporary Islamic education in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach where according to researchers it is suitable for solving a research problem that has unknown variables and needs to be explored. This type of research is a case study that is a case specification in an event, whether it includes individuals, cultural groups or a portrait of life. Data collection techniques are carried out in several ways, including through interviews, observation and document tracing. The results showed that the values of prospective multicultural education of transformative Islamic education at MA Miftahul Falah Gedebage Bandung include 2 values, namely the value of tolerance and the value of democracy. The process of internalizing the value of multicultural education is carried out by exemplifying, habituating, and incorporating contemporary Islamic educational values in teacher teaching materials. Obstacles in the process of internalizing the value of multicultural education include the personality problems of students, ignorant parents, and students who are not familiar with non-Muslim society

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies used by the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School in developing Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization of education. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was obtained through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School implements several important strategies to develop Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization of education. First, this Islamic boarding school adopts a holistic educational approach, which includes religious, academic and character aspects. Islamic boarding schools ensure that students not only gain a strong understanding of religion, but also academic skills that are relevant to the demands of the times. Second, the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School applies information and communication technology in the educational process. Islamic boarding schools use technology to improve administrative efficiency and internal communication. Third, this Islamic boarding school establishes partnerships with other educational institutions, including universities and research institutions. Through this collaboration, Islamic boarding schools gain access to additional resources, training for students and ustadz, and collaboration opportunities on educational projects. Fourth. Islamic boarding schools prepare students to become leaders who are able to adapt and contribute to an increasingly global society. This research provides insight into the strategies used by the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School in developing Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization of education. The results of this research can be a reference for other Islamic boarding schools in developing relevant strategies to face the challenges and opportunities posed by the globalization of education.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai kinerja optimal, dan karyawan adalah penggerak utama dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kinerja karyawan mencapai tingkat optimal demi kesuksesan organisasi, yang merupakan tujuan utama setiap organisasi, termasuk lembaga pendidikan. Penilaian kinerja guru adalah aspek penting dalam pengembangan sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisis kritis terhadap penilaian kinerja guru yang dikembangkan dan diterapkan di SMP Mutiara Bunda, bernama Performance Appraisal (PA). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengevaluasi PA guru di SMP Mutiara Bunda. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan perbaikan manajemen PA serta peningkatan kualitas pendidik dan pendidikan di SMP Mutiara Bunda.
