Abstract

Permasalahan tentang memanusiakan manusia seakan tidak pernah usai dibicarakan dalam berbagai kajian. Kasus-kasus intoleran terus bermunculan dan menjadi polemik yang tidak berkesudahan. Indonesia sendiri memiliki banyak warisan konsep yang telah diwariskan, diimplementasikan secara turun-temurun baik melalui hukum yuridis ataupun hukum kebudayaan bahkan keagamaan. Pesantren merupakan kawah candra dimuka untuk menuntaskan permasalahan intoleransi di Indonesia, karena pesantren adalah lembaga kaderisasi tokoh yang akan memimpin bangsa Indonesia ini. Pesantren Ekologi Hidayatul Irpan adalah pesanten yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai perdamaian melalui nilai-nilai alam semesta. Alam semesta adalah sumber pendidikan nilai. Sumber pendidikan nilai adalah Tuhan Y. M. E.. Di Pesanten Ekologi ini, santri diajarkan tentang nilai, moral, prinsip dan akhlak yang baik dalam membangun interaksi sesama umat manusia, baik yang beragama Islam, Kristen Katolik, dan Protestan. Perbedaan, di Pesantren Ekologi Hidayatul Irpan bukan sebuah ancaman untuk hidup rukun dalam agama yang berbeda. Perbedaan adalah rahmat kasih sayang untuk membangun hidup tentram, sejahtera dan berkadilan, serta bekejelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Peniliti melakukan wawancara dan pengamatan lapangan, serta telibat dalam berbagai aktifitas di pesantren. Sehingga peneliti dapat melihat bagaimana pesantren ekologi mengusung strategi melahirkan Peace Worker (pekerja perdamaian).

Abstract

This research describes the Implementation of Education Management Information System (SIMDIK) in the learning process at SMKN 1 Cijulang. Educational management information systems are developed to meet the needs of institutions / schools, where schools want in the learning process to use information systems in an effort to answer the challenges of the 21st century that require institutions / schools to develop management information systems (SIM) to create learning that is not monotonous and saturated for students in the classroom. This study uses qualitative methods using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study show that the Implementation of Education Management Information System (SIMDIK) at SMKN 1 Cijulang in the learning process utilizing learning application systems namely Edmodo, E-Raport and Smart Board for Axioo classes in creating interactive learning is good enough. Supporting factors in the implementation of educational management information system in SMKN 1 Cijulang is the existence of a dapodic information system that is useful to register students, educators and education personnel (PTK), the support and cooperation from various parties in infrastructure or human resources in supporting SMKN 1 Cijulang as a school that implements digitalization system. The obstacles encountered in the learning process at SMKN 1 Cijulang include elderly teachers who have difficulty in using management information system (SIM) applications.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are supporting tools in achieving learning objectives. MI Al Washliyah Cirebon is an A-accredited school that has quite complete facilities, such as classrooms, mosques, cooperatives, teachers' offices, UKS rooms, cooperatives and others. This study aims to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure (Strategy for the procurement of infrastructure at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon). This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data processing: triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative. Data Source: Principal, Deputy Principal for facilities and infrastructure Sector. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation. Research instruments: researchers, observation instruments, interview instruments. Results of the research and analysis show that the facilities and infrastructure education at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon has been planned effectively through the following stages: (i) collecting data on educational facilities and infrastructure which includes parties who understand the educational needs. Facilities and infrastructure at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon (ii) requesting a list submission infrastructure needs of each teacher, homeroom teacher and parents through the committee, (iii) needs analysis in infrastructure planning. Procurement procedures through: (i) procurement, (ii) acceptance of grants and assistance, (iii) maintenance (iv) purchases. Evaluation of educational facilities carried out at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon is effective, carried out continuously, comprehensively and objectively including: short term (1 year), medium term (5 years), long term (10 years).

Abstract

pengelolaan sampah di Desa Banggunjaya sendiri masih kurang memadai, kurangnya tempat pembuangan sampah di setiap sudut Desa dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai sampah menjadi alasannnya. Sehingga sampah yang dibuang oleh masyarakat tercampur yaitu organik dan juga anorganik. Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai sampah dapat diatasi dengan pendekatan teknik sosialisasi guna memberikan pemahaman mengenai sampah. Tujuannya agar masalah sampah ini dapat dipahami oleh masyarakat. Kegaiatan pengabdian berbasis riset ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), salah satu paradigma penelitian dalam ilmu-ilmu sosial yang menitikberatkan pada partisipasi kolaboratif sejumlah elmen masyarkat dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan, merencanakan aksi, melaksanakan tahap-tahap aksi, memantau dan mengevaluasi hasilnya. kegaiatan PAR itu meliputi: (1) permasalahan (2) pengumpulan data, (3) Perencanaan, (4) implementasi perencanaan atau Tindakan, dan (5) evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan program edukasi pemilahan dan pengelolaan sampah organik dan anorganik kami fokus mengedukasi anak-anak tingkat dasar sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan ditiga lembaga tingkat sekolah dasar yaitu: (1) SDN 1 Bangunjaya (2) SDN 2 Bangunjaya (3) MIS Amanah Bangunjaya. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini yaitu anak-anak dapat memulai pemahaman menjaga pentingnya kebersihan baik itu disekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Program ini berhasil mendorong untuk melakukan perubahan prilaku masyarakat yang kurang memperdulikan mengenai pengelolaan dan pemilahan sampah dilingkungan Desa Bangunjaya. Dan dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini juga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran anak-anak dalam mengelolah sampai mengenal jenis-jenis sampah dan cara memilah sampah. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kesadaran bagi masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungannya.

Abstract

Ecological-oriented education becomes important when there is an ecological crisis like today. The ecological crisis marked by the relationship between humans and culture with the environment in which they live, live, and exploit natural resources. This is the challenge of education in Indonesia to form and produce citizens who care about environmental damage or pollution while also wanting to preserve and make use of the environment in a balanced way. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques including interviews, observation, literature review or literature and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Bakti Karya Parigi Vocational School has implemented the Ecology Class program through effective planning, organizing and implementation. Ecology class has been implemented since 2016 with a special ecology class program

Abstract

A high interest in reading will affect a person's skills. Each skill is interrelated with each other and is related to the processes that underlie language skills. Seeing the importance of reading interest, efforts are needed to foster reading interest in a person. Therefore, the school library must be utilized as much as possible as an information resource center and a center for fun educational recreation facilities for its users, especially students, so that it is hoped that the school library can foster students' interest and love of reading. The purpose of this study is how library management, how the role of teachers on reading interest, how student reading interest, is there a relationship between library management and student reading interest, is there a relationship between the role of teachers on student reading interest, is there a relationship between library management and the role of teachers on student reading interest. This study only focuses on the relationship between library management and the role of teachers on student reading interest. The type of approach used is qualitative method with naturalistic research method because the research is conducted in natural conditions (natural environment). The relationship between the library and the role of the teacher is quite good, while the role of the teacher in improving student reading is very instrumental. Therefore, all teachers must understand the role of what it takes to improve student skills at MAN 1 Pangandaran. This research is expected to contribute to related parties such as principals, teachers, committee administrators to add insight or knowledge about the importance of library management and teacher motivation in fostering students' interest in reading.

Abstract

The educational service delivery system is part one of marketing management. Marketing management for educational institutions, especially madrasas, is needed in line with the increasingly competitive competition between schools. Marketing is needed by educational institutions in building a positive image. If the institution has a good view in the eyes of the community, it is likely that it will be easier to overcome competition. The purpose of this research is to describe the description of the implementation of the education service delivery system. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection methods, namely: observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study show that the service delivery system or education marketing carried out by SMKN 1Cijulang is by using internal marketing, external marketing and interactive marketing.

Abstract

The changed of social and cultural is a process that exists in social life and this will continue to change along with the development of science and technology. Since the past, of course, there have been many social or cultural activities in society that have changed, this is none other than the behavior of the people themselves. The purpose of this research is to find out how the impact that occurs from social and cultural changes that occur in society, especially the area of Pantai Indah Madasari. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, based on theoretical studies and direct observation. The results of the study found that the impact of socio-cultural changes on education in the Madasari Beach area varied, there were positive and negative impacts. This depends on how society as social and cultural actors use it as a change into something positive or negative.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies used by the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School in developing Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization of education. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was obtained through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School implements several important strategies to develop Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization of education. First, this Islamic boarding school adopts a holistic educational approach, which includes religious, academic and character aspects. Islamic boarding schools ensure that students not only gain a strong understanding of religion, but also academic skills that are relevant to the demands of the times. Second, the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School applies information and communication technology in the educational process. Islamic boarding schools use technology to improve administrative efficiency and internal communication. Third, this Islamic boarding school establishes partnerships with other educational institutions, including universities and research institutions. Through this collaboration, Islamic boarding schools gain access to additional resources, training for students and ustadz, and collaboration opportunities on educational projects. Fourth. Islamic boarding schools prepare students to become leaders who are able to adapt and contribute to an increasingly global society. This research provides insight into the strategies used by the Riyadlushorfi Wal Mantiq Islamic Boarding School in developing Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization of education. The results of this research can be a reference for other Islamic boarding schools in developing relevant strategies to face the challenges and opportunities posed by the globalization of education.
