Abstract

Maraknya game online menyebabkan pemain menjadi kecanduan terhadap game online. Kecanduan game online menimbulkan kerugian secara signifikan seerti penurunan kemampuan atensi atau memusatkan perhatian, kemampuan eksekusi atau merencanakan dan melakukan tindakan, serta kemampuan inhibisi atau membatasi tindakan. Berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan kecanduan game online salah satunya dengan Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) yaitu sebuah terapi untuk memodifikasi pikiran dan perilaku kecanduan game online. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Cognitive Behaviour Therapy terhadap kecanduan game online. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan  pre and post test one group without control group. Sejumlah 30 siswa diberikan Cognitive Behaviour Therapy dan diukur kecanduan game online nya sebelum dan setelah diberikan terapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata kecanduan game online sebelum intervensi adalah 57,17 dan nilai rerata kecanduan game online setelah intervensi adalah 43,23. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh signifikan pengaruh Cognitive Behaviour Therapy terhadap kecanduan game online  (p value 0,001 dengan ? = 0,05, p value < ?).   Kata Kunci: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Kecanduan Game online

Abstract

The prevalence of hospitalized child’s anxiety reached 75%. The anxiety worsen  the healing process of diseases. The hypothesis of the relationship between mother’s anxiety and child’s anxiety was emerged because many mothers had anxiety in child’s hospitalization. The mothers were depressed, confused, or  very angry in child’s hospitalization. The research aimed to find out the relationship between the level of Mother’s anxiety and the level of  3-year-old to 6-year-old child’s anxiety who had hospitalization in Room Anggrek Ambarawa Public Hospital. Researcher also aimed to identify the level of mother’s and child’s anxiety acc ording to the their characteristics. The research used non experimental quantitative method and correlation study design. The data were collected by interview using questioner. The sample were 60 partners of mother and child who were taken by incidental sampling technique. The data were analyzed using kendalls tau formula. The research indicated that the occurance of mothers and children with mild anxiety was 63.3%, the occurance of mothers with mild anxiety and children with moderate anxiety was 10%, the occurance of mothers with moderate anxiety and children with mild anxiety was 5%, and the occurance of mothers and children with moderate anxiety was 21.67%. Kendalls tau correlation test indicated that p value is 0.000 and coefficient correlation is 0.643. The conclusion was there is relationship between the level of Mother’s anxiety and the level of  3-year-old to 6-year-old child’s anxiety who had hospitalization in Room Anggrek Ambarawa Public Hospital. The level of mother’s and child’s anxiety were different according to the characteristics.  The author recommended that nurse should give comprehensive nursing care and the hospital should make Standart Operating Procedure for anxiety management

Abstract

Background: The pandemic of COVID 19 has impact on many field include mental health. People experience fear, anxiety, and even panic attacks. Anxiety will cause many negative effects. Handling anxiety quickly can be done by providing Anxiety First Aid . The purpose of the research is to increase the citizen level of knowledge and skill about Anxiety First Aid and adaptive coping in COVID 19 pandemic. Methods: Activities carried out by three main activities such as screening of panic incident, providing Anxiety First Aid (AFA) training, and education about adaptive coping. Respondents involved were 21 residents of Bonoroto Plesungan Karanganyar Central Java. Results: There is a resident who has panic incident history. The knowledge and skill of residents increase after giving training and education. The pre-test showed that the majority of the respondents had bad knowledge (90,47% or 19 respondents) and bad skill (100% or 21 respondents). The post-test showed that the majority of the respondents had good knowledge (86% or 18 respondents) and good skill (86% or 18 respondents). Conclusion: Adaptive coping and Anxiety First Aid are highly recommended to prevent panic attacks during COVID 19 pandemic.
