Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a wide impact on various aspects of human life, especially education, so it needs to be reorganized or managed again, in accordance with the demands of implementing learning during Covid-19. The aim is that madrasahs still have an advantage over schools in general. MTs Islamiyah Barbaran is one of the madrasas in Mandailing Natal Regency which for approximately 8 years has implemented a superior class system learning pattern, to accommodate the demands or needs of smart or superior students. The ability of MTs Islamiyah Barbaran in managing superior classes so as to produce sufficient quality output or graduates makes this madrasah always in demand, and gets a good response from the community. In this regard, this study will examine the implementation of superior class management during covid-19 at MTs Islamiyah Barbaran, using a qualitative approach, the methods used in this study are the methods of interviewing, observation and documentation. The data analysis method uses qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion or verification. Withdrawing conclusions using the inductive method. The results of this study indicate that the principal of the madrasah has carried out superior class learning innovation management during the Covid-19 pandemic at Islamic Private MTs Barbaran TP. 2020/2021, namely by implementing several policies, such as online learning, flexibility of lesson hours, IT development, and maintaining daily protocols, by implementing management functions, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, committee empowerment is one of the main keys to the success of these MTs in managing superior classes.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose this study  to determine the effect of using Mind Mapping learning methods on students' intensive reading skills. This experimental research  to stimulate students' intensive reading skills. The test instrument consists of 20 items, memory (C1),understanding (C2),application (C3),and analysis (C4). Data analysis with the Independent Sample T-Test (SPSS 25) obtained sig.(2 tailed) 0,000 <0,005, then Ho was rejected and HA was accepted, there were differences in the average intensive reading ability of students post-test experiment and post-test control. In pair 1 There is a difference in the average students' intensive reading ability in pre-tests and post-test Mind Mapping experiments. In pair 2, it was obtained sig.(2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so there was a difference in students' intensive reading ability in the pre-test-control with the post-test control class. Independent Sample T-test  showed an increase in experiment pre-test value of 76.76 increased to 76.91 seen from the paired sample statistics table.Key Word : Mind Mapping, intensive reading

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sarana perpustakaan dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Metode Penelitian merupakan penelitian survey. Subjek penelitian  ini sebanyak 80 siswa yang diambil secara acak di SMA Negeri 1 Tambun selatan Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan skla likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sarana perpustakaan  memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap  prestasi belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Begitu juga disiplin belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap  prestasi belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Koefisien determinasi (R)2 adalah  sarana perpustakaan dan disiplin belajar mempunyai hubungan yang lemah terhadap prestasi belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial.Kata Kunci :  Sarana,  Disiplin, Prestasi belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode Penelitian merupakan penelitian survey. Subjek penelitian  ini sebanyak 80 siswa yang diambil secara acak di SMA Negeri 3 Tambun  selatan Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan skla likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap  prestasi belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Begitu juga kesiapan belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Koefisien determinasi (R)2 adalah lingkungan belajar dan kesiapan belajar mempunyai hubungan yangkuat terhadap prestasi belajar  ilmu pengetahuan sosial.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of principal leadership and learning tools on mathematics learning achievement. Research Method is survey research. The subject of this research are 80 students taken randomly at SMP Negeri 1 Tambun Bekasi. Data collected by questionnaire instrument using Likert skla. Validity of data obtained by validity and reliability test, all data have normal distribution. The result of research indicate that principal leadership give significant influence to mathematics learning achievement. Likewise the means of learning give a significant influence on the achievement of learning mathematics. The coefficient of determination (R)2 is the principal's leadership and the means of learning have a moderate relationship to the mathematics learning achievement. Keywords: Leadership, Means, Achievement

Abstract

Multiculturalism, a concept that must be emphasized in the life of the nation and state that directs mutual respect, respect for fellow human beings is none other than to live peacefully, Indonesia as the most extensive country with the majority of Muslims besides Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism, multiculturalism which refers to the level of the concept of equality in social life that does not blame each other, slander and even spread hatred among others resulting in the loss of property and life, this concept must be instilled in the generation from the start, whether formulated in the educational curriculum, the material taught and the methods which is used as a manifestation of a generation that lives with tolerance, prioritizes dialogue or deliberation, helps each other to help each other.Keywords: Islamic Education, Multicultural, school

Abstract

Sebagai alat transportasi utama yang digunakan untuk mencari ikan, performa dan kondisi kapal milik nelayan menjadi suatu hal yang wajib untuk selalu dijaga. Secara umum, kebocoran pada kapal sangat sering terjadi khususnya untuk kapal berjenis fiberglass yang banyak dimiliki oleh masyarakat di Pulau Reni. Kurangnya pemahaman akan teknik perbaikan pada kapal jenis ini menjadikan banyaknya kapal yang tidak bisa beroperasi dan akhirnya dibiarkan terbengkalai begitu saja. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Pulau Reni, ditemukan kasus kerusakan kapal nelayan berupa adanya retak dan juga lubang pada bagian bawah kapal fiberglass. Adanya lubang ini menjadikan proses penambalan dengan menggunakan material komposit tidak bisa langsung dilakukan. Penyumbatan dengan menggunakan gabus harus terlebih dahulu dilakukan sebelum akhirnya pelapisan menggunakan material komposit berpenguat serat Woven Roven 600 dan Chopped Strand Mat 450 diberikan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan ilmu dan pemahaman baru terhadap masyarakat di Pulau Reni khususnya terkait dengan perbaikan dan perawatan pada kapal jenis fiberglass.
